Patrick, Myles, and their crew appropriately identified the solution to a water seepage problem into the below grade laundry room of my Capitol Hill home. I also had a few other odds and ends needs: repairing back steps and repointing a wall in the garage. The quality of my discussion with Patrick persuaded me that he knew what was necessary to actually fix the underlying problems vs provide me with temporary fixes. The work proceeded very efficiently. Patrick provided daily updates and photos, and consulted with me at each step along the way. The crew work intensively for three straight days and completed each of the elements of the job. Patrick and his team did a great job for us. We needed our paver stone patio straightened and relaid. We talked on Friday, he came out to look at on Saturday and his team started on Monday. It was done within a few days and looks great. And when we noticed a slight imperfection a week later, he came out and fixed it right away free of charge. Professional and easy to work with.
