They did a great job. Also pointed out some other areas needing repair (i.e. chimney pipes). Accepted it as legitimate and had them do the work. Overall satisfied.

The company is the worst. He came late. He said that he will be here between 8 and 8:30. I waited for him for 30 minutes and then he came late. He talked to my tenant, and then he scared my tenant that my roof has mold. My roof is a brand new roof. I talked to him over the phone, and I said that he came late, and he intimidated my tenant. He wanted to rip off the whole roof and replace it with a new one for $10,000. It is a brand new roof, and it is just leaking along the skylight because sometimes the weather can be extreme and the corners of my skylight are expanded, but he wants to rip off my whole roof, my entire roof shingles and replace with new one. He should not be in Angie's List. That company is a fraud. I wanted to sue him for that. I found 3 other companies to prove to my tenant that there is no mold, and all we needed to do was extend the window of the skylight. The glass is expanding. He is crazy.

Their inspection was thorough and knowledgeable. They provided us with a video of their inspection, complete with close-ups of areas where the leaks were occurring. (This is a real benefit when you can't see for yourself.) Their estimate, which arrived that same afternoon, was detailed and reasonable and the work was quickly and professionally accomplished. Roofer911's crew arrived the next day and did the work with a minimum of fuss and bother, and no disruption to our household routine. Oh... and they charged what they estimated. We'll call them again for our next job.

My wife and I contacted Steve after noting water spots in 3 areas of our house on Friday afternoon. Steve was at the house and completed an estimate by Saturday 1100 am. We contacted him later that afternoon regarding another issue. Steve returned and rewrote the estimate that afternoon. After approvals and signatures, Roofer 911 folks were on site by 830 am on Sunday and completed work efforts by 330 pm. The employees explained the steps to complete the work. They cleaned up and stopped by to state they were complete. All in all this was a very good experience. By the way, this was the second time we used Roofer 911 and can guarantee Roofer 911 is the only company we will call with roof issues. My wife and I are very pleased.

As with our previous experience with Roofer 911, we couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and promptness surrounding our entire experience with the company. As a result of the winds and snow from Jonas, another section of aluminum fascia (different gable this time) broke loose and was slamming against the house. From initial contact to final repair (in literally hours), Roofer 911 performed exceptional work. With as many roof issues that many homeowners in the area were dealing with, Roofer 911 not once made it seem as though our job wasn't a priority. When a new roof is needed, we won't hesitate to contact Roofer 911 first! Highly recommend!

I woke up and my son told me his ceiling was leaking. I went down the list of providers on Angie's List and Roofer911 was one of 3 who had a person answer the phone. I told him the issue and asked if he could come out. He said yes. I then asked the money question, "will you be able to make the repair today?" He answered he was 100% sure he would and he would be there between 10 and 1. He arrived at 11:30. He did a infrared analysis and discovered that the water was flowing down a beam. Which confirmed what I saw when I climbed in the attic to put a bucket to catch the water. He told me that he would email me an estimate and if I agreed, we would send one of his guys back to make the repair. A few minutes later he came to my door and said he saw that there were some nail pops and he plugged it up AT NO CHARGE!! Needless to say I was ecstatic. I will definitely hire them when we decide to replace the roof.

We had a leaking roof and didn't know where the leak was coming in. A stain turned into a drip and soon into a sagging ceiling with water running down into tubs we set out. When we called Mr.B, more rain was in the forecast, and he promised to come after the next appointment the same day. And he did. It only took a moment for him to analyze and recognize where the roof leaked. He appeared experienced and professional and came with the right diagnostic tools. He provided us with a free estimate on the spot and gave us time to consider. We trusted his convincing assessment of the situation and agreed to the repair. It was a bit more than we had hoped, but considering that the repair was promised the same day with warranty, and he addressed a few minor unrelated roof issues without extra charge, it was a good deal. His crew of 3 showed up shortly after he left, and they repaired as promised. I only wished they had picked up all the extra nails on the roof, which we picked up after they left. Heavy rain the next days confirmed that the roof leak was indeed fixed, and based on the outlined repair, should not become an issue again with the current roof. After a delay of a few months before achieving the appropriate thermal difference between inside and outside, an appointment was made. Steve arrived promptly. Using his hand held thermal imaging device, he surveyed the interior of my house looking for thermal and water leaks. He detected a few areas of less than adequate insulation. He was prompt, polite and really nice. The survey was conducted quickly and professionally. I would use him again if I needed to do so.

The camera illustrated where heat was leaking from the building. It did not reveal details about a leak in our home. The camera is only good enough to report on the surface it photographs. i.e. If there is a leak in the attic and you don't scan the attic you won't see the leak from the ceiling in your home. The section of our home that had the leak was in a closed attic space. Consequently, the infrared camera revealed nothing of use. There was no way to identify where the leak in the roof came from. Sure, we get a $50 credit on roof repair, but how do you repair a roof where you don't know it's leaking. Thermography is a limited application for leak detection. It could certainly detect a leak in the wall. However, its best application is in insulation assessment. We were able to see in our home where insulation was not adequately working and more importantly where our home ceilings were not sealed. Our home was built before attics floors were sealed with foam. Subsequently, you can see with the infrared camera exactly where all the heat is escaping the building and cold air is penetrating the space. Thanks to this assessment we will have the house sealed when the budget allows us to add new insulation.

The owner visited our home promptly, and professionally and honestly assessed the situation including proactively reviewing the rest of the home for any other issues. The owner then provided us an estimate which we agreed to, and the work began the next morning. The work crew was professional, polite and worked quickly. We highly recommend this company.

I was impressed by the promptness and thoroughness of Roofer 911. Within a week of my call and over the holidays, Steven was able to arrange a visit, provide an assessment, and enable a team to provide the agreed upon repairs that day. I also appreciated how Steven took the time to explain what he was going to do, and why. It was obvious that Steven had many years of professional experience in this area.

We have had a leak that has been researched by 2 roofer/contractors who could not find the source of the leak. We even had one roofer say there were several damaged roof areas and suggested we replace the whole roof...as a means of fixing this problem. I decided to check Angies List as I always have good results. I contacted Roofer 911 and asked them to see if they could find the problem. Steven responded promptly and was over the next day to check out the problem. He not only immediately found the problem, but knew immediately what caused the issue and how to fix it. He reviewed the entire house to make sure that was the only leak we were experiencing. We were given a very reasonable quote within 30 minutes and the roof was repaired the same day. Courteous, professional, reasonable....excellent job!!

It went well, the only reason I won't give them an A is because he promised to forward me the pictures that he took, but he did not. He did show me the pictures as he took them.

Steve from Roofer 911 called me on a Tuesday evening and arranged to come to my home the next morning. He performed an inspection of the area where water marks appeared in the drywall with an infrared camera. He also checked the rest of the upstairs to ensure there were no other areas of concern or leaks, checking for moisture in the drywall as necessary. We then went outside so he could inspect the roof and determine the problems. He e-mailed me a proposal within 15 minutes of the inspection. I digitally signed the proposal and sent it back to him. Before noon, June arrived with another person to begin repair work. It took them about an hour or so to finish. June explained to me everything he noticed during the repair process, what he repaired, why it needed to be repaired, and what the builder of the home should have done to make sure the problem did not occur in the first place. Steve then gave me a follow up call to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. Everyone did an excellent job.

We've used Roofer911 several times this year now and we are consistently pleased with the overall service from Steve and his team. THe first time around we found a leak in our kitchen during the torrential downpours this past summer. We had only recently moved into our house so this was not a pleasant development at all. I scoured AngiesList for a good roof repair and contacted several to help in this 'emergency'. Steve contacted us back literally within the hour and set us on our way for an IR scan (which we purchased on Angieslist). Steve identified several areas causing leaks and his crew was back the following day. Several months later we found a small leak develop around the chimney and the same experience with Roofer911. Steve, the owner, came himself to do the estimate - sent that over to us within 20 minutes and did the work the following day. THe only reason it took the additional day was that we weren't able to respond quickly enough. We'll see how things go at our next rain. I was so pleased with Steve I asked him to replace our gutters. I had gotten estimates from 3 separate countractors and all came up with proposals with slightly different options. Steve had one of the lower (not lowest) initial estimate but then walked me through whether some of the options were worth doing on my particular roof. Ultimately Steve matched one of the other estimates for the exact same scope of work and got the work done within hours. Steve consistently is responsive, ontime and obsessed about the quality of his crew's work. He calls to followup and update you once things are completed. He really seems to enjoy what he does. Roof and water leaks are no fun at all but its nice to have someone like Roofer911 available in these times of need.

I rarely make recommendations unless the service was exceptional. I highly recommend Roofer 911 without hesitation. My roof started leaking after heavy rains on Wed/23 Dec 15. I found Roofer 911 (Steve) around 10am on Christmas Eve. He was at my home by 1pm and he pinpointed the leak shortly after arriving. His crew arrived around 4pm and finished the repairs by 5:30pm. They were professional and completed the job with a smile--all on Christmas Eve. I will use them for all future roofing issues.

Roofer911 was very responsive and did a great job. I sent an inquiry in on a Sunday and I had a reply back within a few hours asking to set up a time for them to come to the house Monday and provide me with an estimate. Within a few minutes of his visit to the house I had a formal written estimate, and a commitment to get the job done the next day. After paying for the job electronically, I got a signed form back from him immediately. The crew that did the work the next day were very courteous and clean and had the job done in a little over an hour. Overall, my experience was very positive and I was impressed by the timeliness of the contact, the professional interaction and the quality of the crew.

Contacted Roofer911 at 4:30AM due to rain/water dripping into upstairs hallway. Response was within two hours via email and in person by 9:00AM. He analyzed the situation and provided an estimate within 15 minutes. I approved the work to be done and work was completed by 1:00PM the same day. Great service and operates the way I wish other businesses operated.

Steve came out on Saturday morning with his little machine and showed us not only that we had a serious problem on the utility room roof, but also exactly where the leak originated (not in the utility room area). He showed us that the moisture issue was not confined to the utility room area but all along the ceiling line on that side of the house. He also went beyond the scope of the inspection and showed us where we were lacking insulation in the walls and attic and gave us suggestions to fix the attic issue. Within minutes of the conclusion of the inspection, Steve not only emailed us a proposal for the work (with a $50 credit), but scheduled a crew to come out the same day (a Saturday) and do the repairs because the weather forecast was calling for rain in the next day or two and that would have made our problem more distressing. Within a few hours the crew came, replaced the plywood and shingles on the utility room roof, repaired the area of the roof that was causing the problem (due to another contractor's error), and cleaned up efficiently and disposed of the soggy debris.

Roofer911 was excellent. We had water showing on our siding after several days of hard rain and our handyman said he was sure there was a leak in the flat roof above where the water showed. We contacted three roofing companies for advise and estimates. Two of them said that the entire roof had to be replaced, gave a steep price and said it couldn't be done until the Spring even though melting winter snow would damage the siding and maybe the studs in the wall. Steve from Roofer911 looked at the roof and showed through a video he took on the roof how it could be repaired for a small fraction of the price and that they could do it the next day. The crew showed up on time and fixed it in half a day. They were polite, efficient, and did a great job.
