Roofer 911

I checked lots of reviews from various companies before choosing Roofer911. Steve came out and provided an estimate for a new Roof, Gutters, and Fascia boards spanning the front and rear of the home. I wanted the Fascia boards completely replaced with pvc composite. Unlike other contractors, Roofer911 didn't need or want a large deposit. Steve said that I would write him a check when I was completely satisfied with the installation. His estimate was very competitive, and I had others that were thousands higher. Young, the scheduler, was great to work with and extremely professional and responsive. The roofing team was meticulous in checking and replacing all damaged roof boards, very impressive. They even painted my ugly flu a nice black to go with the Pewter Grey roof. I did have a couple of questions when the gutter team was on-site and I contacted Steve. Steve answered right away and resolved the issue with the team leader immediately. Steve was on-site for the start of the project and always available by phone. The roof and gutters look great!

Next time we had heavy rain and high wind, the window still leaked. Called the company. Company said they would send their foreman out to investigate. He never came. Called again. Again they said they would send their foreman out. He never came. The company also said they only warrant their work for six months.

My impression was that the owner was very thorough and knowledgable.

Tried calling. No answer until automatic message stated mailbox full and cannot accept new messages at this time. Moving on......

Everything went extremely well. I called yesterday and they came out the same day as promised and found the problem very quickly. It was an improperly installed ridge vent. They came out today and did the repair by properly installing a new ridge vent. They responded quickly. They were efficient, and most importantly they were honest. They have earned being the only company I will think of hiring to do roof work in the future.

TL;DR. We had Roofer 911 perform a complete roof replacement, and we couldn't be happier with the cost (even though Insurance covered it), the speed, the help with homeowners, or the quality. Steve, and the workers, were incredible to work with. Details In January we got "hit" with a round of people telling us everyone in the neighborhood needs a new roof because of hail damage. Of course, I didn't really buy it, and brought in our insurance company and a different roofing company. We did, indeed, need a new roof, and our CertainTeed shingles had a design flaw so that everything needed to be replaced. After a few concerning issues with our roofer, including that they wouldn't send an estimate and instead would "work with insurance", we turned to Roofer 911 for a third opinion. I found them after reading Yelp reviews, and chose them based on the amount of repair work they've done, and that they've been in business for over 40 years. I couldn't have made a better decision. As mentioned, the CertainTeed shingles on our roof had a design flaw, and the reviews online were not very good for the newer models, so I wanted some other options, knowing I would have to get it approved by our homeowners covenance committee. After I emailed the company, Steve replied within the hour, during the weekend, and came by the next day to confirm that we had problems. He also dropped off three sample shingles, two GAF which match the color of our current shingles, but have a longer warranty and better reviews, and one which was our current shingle for comparison. I was able to bring these over for the covenance committee to review and approve the new shingles. I also received a detailed digital contract, listing the cost and amount of each part as well as the cost of labor. Roofer 911 was the only company that did this, and when I asked about it from another company I was told they'd work with insurance, so I had no idea what was actually going into our new roof. We scheduled the replacement for about 5 days later (a Saturday). Friday evening we returned home to see the materials placed and ready to install, and they started around 8 Saturday morning. We had a bunch of workers, and they were done within about 12 hours. I'll say, replacing a roof involves a LOT of banging, so we found ways to leave the house. But we felt incredibly safe with the workers, and they were really focused on getting the job done well. The caps over the ridges cover more than the previous caps did, and the roof in general looks excellent. They cleaned up absolutely everything (which is amazing based on how much mess we saw during the process), and you wouldn't even know they had been there. When they finished the work the head worker came over to make sure I was happy with the work and the cleanup. We haven't had a hard rain yet, but so far everything looks more solid than it had before we got the roof. I'll certainly update if we run into problems. Throughout the process Steve has been incredibly responsive and honest. He's made clear that he wants us to be happy, and is genuinely interesting to talk to. I've already referred Steve to my in-laws who had damage during a recent wind storm I really can't recommend the company enough if you're looking to get your roof replaced.

I had a bad leaking after recent rain. The ceiling dropped and the water was everywhere. There were rain for several days in the forecast. I called my roofer friend and left several messages. Searching for top roofer in the Angie's list, I either got text said total roof replacement only, or the soonest appointment would be 2 weeks after. This guy Steve from Roofer 911 replied me within 30 minutes and came the next day at 10:30. He went over the problem area with his detector and let you know which part of ceiling were wet and possible source of the leaking. He did his estimate at my drive way and sent the paperwork through email. After I signed the contract, the workers showed up at 13:00 the same day and finished the work at 16:30. They documented what and how they did the fixing by taking pictures. The whole experience was so smooth and eased my anxiety. I will call Steve for any future roof jobs and will recommend Steve to my friends. I wish he had other talents like plumbing and repair air conditioning.

Repaired roof partially when it should have been replaced. Used heat gun but used it sparingly during inspection...should have checked all rooms...not really sure if it did anything. Never went to the attic. Seemed like the intent was too do multiple repairs on the roof thus garnering a bigger payout. Also will try and rush you in an effort to prevent you from getting second quote.

I think people should be aware of the price. The problem we have with them was, they identified what they thought was a problem and it may have been the problem. Well one of two problems but the roof leaked again in the same area. So we felt like that they weren't misleading us but they didn't really complete the job by identifying all of the problems. The gentleman said he thought that was the problem, he fixes that. We still had a leak, so in my mind he's not finishing the job. That was the problem we had. They came back after. Unfortunately we had to tell them we not going to pay the credit card cause they didn't come back to fix the problem. And they said they were going to charge us more when they came back and I said no I'm not paying more because the first time I asked you to find the problem they wanted to charge me to come out a second time. They let it go and didn't charge us anymore.

Steve called promptly following my inquiry and set up an appointment. When he came out, he diagnosed the problem and offered his solution. Although the repair was not something his company does, he guided me in the right direction and saved me potentially a lot of money. I feel confident if I have any roofing problems in the future, Roofer 911 will be my first call.

I am very confident the roof is water tight now. I am looking forward next rainstorms, if in a very unlikely scenario that my roof still leaks, you gusy are first to know on this post. :)

I was very pleased with the service today. Steve used the infrared camera to pinpoint the location of the leaks and provided and itemized list of all the work that would be done. The crew showed up the next day, worked efficiently and neatly and was able to take care of the leak and repair another area that has been problematic in the past as well. Very pleased with the whole experience.

What a great experience!! We are exceptionally pleased with the responsiveness, customer service and quality work of Roofer911! Recommended by a neighbor, Steve and his team were very professional and thorough! Steve arrived early yesterday morning to personally assess the situation. He then explained his findings, outlined his plan and I had the detailed written estimate immediately! He followed up shortly thereafter to provide info about the team that would arrive to complete the repairs and, again later, to ensure everything went well and that we were happy with the service provided! Jude, the site supervisor, was equally customer focused, efficient and, at the conclusion of the repairs, he cleared any debris! This was a very positive experience!!

Owner came out to assess, I had estimate and work he'd perform specifically stated in offer. He also took pictures to reflect what areas would be repaired. Had an initial slight miscommunication with his team, but got it sorted out quickly and easily and the work was finished up. Despite high winds I haven't lost any of shingles in the areas in which they worked. Nice job!

Very well. Steve and his crew are very professional. He came to my house within 45 minutes of my phone call. The roof was repaired that same day due to storms for the next 2-3 days. Cost with 1-year warranty was $1100. Workers spent about an hour at my house.

After providing my contact information on Roofer 911's website, Steve called within an hour to set up an appointment to inspect the leak. He was able to spot the source of the leak as well as where the water was settling, around the chimney. All of the other firms only found where the water settled, not the actual source. Steve was able to provide an estimate from his vehicle within 15 minutes and I signed the electronic paperwork right there. Within 2 days his roofing team was at my house, found the leak, fixed the problem at its roots and repaired the external area around the chimney to prevent further internal damage. All in all it was a great experience working with Roofer 911 and we've had a major rainstorm since the repair and no leaks!

A few nights ago strong winds damaged my roof’s ridge vent by blowing it up and breaking a section off (as you can see in the picture). The broken section was wedged between the ridge, which kept it from blowing completely off. Needless to say, my attic was exposed and rain leaked in. I contacted three roofers, one couldn’t come out to take a look until the next day, another couldn’t come out until next month, and the third didn’t bother calling me back after I sent him pictures of the damage he asked for. I got back to my roofer-search and found Roofer911…..why oh why couldn’t I have found Steve first and saved myself a headache. Steve was at my house in little over an hour, less than 15 minutes later I had a detailed quote, about two hours later the guys were on my roof, and less than an hour later they were done. I actually emailed Steve asking when they would be back because I couldn’t believe how quickly, smoothly, and efficiently everything went. Steve sent picture of the completed job and when I went outside to look I could clearly see the huge difference between my ridge vent and the neighbors. I own another home out-of-state and had to have roof work done and it was absolutely nothing like this superb experience with Steve and Roofer911. I highly recommend Roofer911. we have been fighting a leak on the back wall of the house from most 10 years. This week reached out to the Internet and found a miracle worker by the name of a roofer 911 Steve Briesemeister . We sent Steve some pictures of the back of the house on Thursday night at 9:30 PM the next morning at 7 AM we received an email from Steve that he could absolutely help and was on his way. On his way sounds too easy on his way meant he had to drive 250 miles round-trip. Steve arrived at 12 o'clock and four hours later he had not only identified the source of the lakes he also did a scan of the entire house and found another leak out front that we never noticed. Steve presented us with infrared pictures of the leaks and Is detailed video of how to repair them. Being his company is 250 miles away Steve suggested that to save money we should hire a local roofer and he would gladly talk to them and guide them through the repair. Now for the best part when I talk to Steve on the phone it was going to be $1000 to have him drive to Richmond due to him having to rearrange his schedule and the travel time. We were fine with that the problem was when I went to pay Steve he would not except any money that he felt sorry for us and that he was glad he could help and to apply the money towards the repairs. In summary I believe we found a Company that is very professional and a person who has integrity that is way off the charts. Life is short and when you meet a person like Steve you want to make him your friend. My wife and I are going to make it a point to stay in touch with Steve as a friend. I highly recommend roofer 911 and if you can get the opportunity to meet /Work with Steve it is a chance of a lifetime.

Steve and his team at Roofer 911 are extremely responsive. They provided us a quote after a on site inspection within an hour of our initial call. I called Steven on a Saturday after months of trying to the repairs completed. Steven came out early Sunday morning and was as pleasant in person as he was on the phone. Steven promised me a full quote within 15 minutes and he delivered. Throughout the entire process Steven was in full communication mode and nothing was left for guessing. He promised the repairs would be completed as soon as the next day and sure enough, he was again right on the money. All in all, the entire experience was stress free and very easy. I would definitely hire Steven again and I certainly recommend his expertise and services.
