Roofer 911

Roofer911 was recommended to us by another company. Steven came Saturday October 22nd 2016. And roof was was fixed Monday October 24th 2016. My problem 2 valleys, 1 Front Of house one in back both leaking rain into my two bedroom ceilings. Shingles on my roof have been discontinued (color and style ). And all material at both sides of the two valleys had to be removed to correct the problem. They had been touched up twice by two other companies but were still leaking. Steven explain procedures...Good news they would be able to reuse my shingles and not change the look of my roof. The shingles were carefully removed and stacked neatly from both valleys and all material was removed down to the bare wood. We watch several times and the men were doing a good job. All new materials were placed neatly, the repair was done and my shingles were replaced. My roof looks great wouldn't know they had been removed and put back. I am very pleased with their professional work. Roofer911, Steven, and his crew were Heaven sent.

The builder had neglected to do this very basic function. But 911 Roofers came in and got the job done. The removed the siding and sheeting from the effected area. Then they flashed the windows properly. Then re-sheeted the area. Finally they put the siding back on. Fast turn-around. I gave them the job on October 13th and they had a crew out here the next day.

Could not have asked for more. Roof showed signs of a leak during week of rain with more on the way. I reached out on Thursday, they showed up first thing on Friday as promised and completed the work that same day. We've been dry ever since.

Great. They were there quickly the same week, would have been there the next day but my schedule did not fit for that. Came out when they said they would and quickly fixed. Showed me pictures of the repairs for proof.

Steven set an appointment, diagnosed our major complaints, investigated other minor concerns, and gave us an estimate. Estimate was true to services performed. His team came at 7:30 in the morning and notified me they were at my home. Work was completed by 1pm. Hurricane Matthew hit over the weekend with a lot of heavy rain and so far so good with the repairs. My husband and I had been putting off the call for roofers because it felt like it would be "an ordeal." However, Steven diagnosed the problem ( 1 day), gave us the estimate(and signed contract day 2), and it was fixed ( day 3) in less than 3 days. The process was fairly painless.

All work was completed in a very professional manner with all debris removed leaving the area clean. Crew doing the work reviewed the area of the leaks to be certain they knew what needed to be done not simply relying on the cost estimate. We couldn't be happier with the job.

Showed up as planned and identified not only where I knew I had a leak but other locatios as well. He quickly identified the source and came up with a plan of action. His workers showed up and knocked out the work lightning fast and clean. It has been raining since last night and no more leaks!!!!! Thanks Steve

Last Thursday we woke up to find that our roof had leaked overnight during heavy rains. Water had come through our ceiling, into water fixture and even down the stairs. I found Roofer 911 through Angie's List and called. Steve answered immediately and said that he would be able to come by that day and assess the roof. He said he would give be forty minutes notice before arrival. He was there within hours and when he called was in fact only ten minutes away. He was able to diagnose the problem, give us a fair estimate, and sent workers to our home within two hours. They came during a break in the rain, fixed the roof and it looks great and no more leaks. We were very happy with the service Steve and his company provided!

They were excellent. I sent an email at 0400 in the morning when I was awaken by the leak in my roof. I received a response from Steve within an hour, and he was able to come to my house within hours. He had his team out to fix the issue the same day, before it rained. These guys were a life saver. This is the second time I have used them and I would use them again and recommend them to friends/family.

I called Steven and explained him the problem with my basement window leak. He seemed to be a very nice person and promised to stop by next day to diagnose the problem. He took at look at the door, roof, sidings and was able to diagnose & talk about fixing it. His team was here to fix it next day and did a good job. Right now waiting for heavy rains to see if that fixed the leak. Overall very satisfied !

Steve is very knowledgeable. He found the issues right away . He is punctual , answers the phone everytime, courteous and fully explained the scope of work. The work was completed professionally and on time . Highly recommended.

Very professional. Steve came to my house scanned all the leaks in the ceilings. Identified the problem immediately and recommended the correct solution to address all the leaks that was happening from my roof. Goto place if you are looking for a prompt and professional service. I also liked his fully digitalized quotes and billings.

I called for service on Friday afternoon and Roofer911 was at my house early the next morning, provided me a very reasonable service estimate and completed the work by Saturday afternoon, less than 24 hours. Went very well. Steve was clearly very experienced in his line of work. Very professional and took the time to explain all the findings and also provided an estimate to fix the leak. Considering next steps but would DEFINITELY hire Steve for both roof analysis and leak detection and also for fixing the roof.

This is the second time I have engaged with Roofer 911. Once again what a pleasure it was working with Steve and his company. I called Steve on Saturday to tell him about a leak I saw in my kitchen. Steve came out first thing Monday morning to check it out. We ran the faucets and shower on the third floor to see if the leak was coming from the above floor as opposed to the roof. Sure enough water leaked through the ceiling. Steve explained what a plumber would need to do to fix the problem. While Steve was here, I asked him to inspect the roof. Without hesitation Steve jumped in and inspected the roof both inside and out. As I did last time, I felt Steve had my best interests in mind. He is completely focused on customer service and customer satisfaction! I would not hesitate at all to recommend Roofer 911.

The service Roofer 911 provided couldn't have been better. We noticed our roof was leaking around 7 pm on a Friday night. I knew it was going to rain again over the weekend so we needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. I went on Angie's List and looked for a company that did emergency work and would come out over the weekend. This company had great reviews so I called them, completely expecting to leave a message since it was almost 8 on a Friday night. That didn't happen though. Steve answered the phone and agreed to come out by 8 am the next day. He looked at the leak in the room and looked at our roof from the ground and immediately knew what was wrong. Our builder (DR Horton who is TERRIBLE by the way!) didn't install the ridge vent on our roof correctly which was causing the leak. He also noticed the other ridge vent over our garage was coming off too and offered to fix it as well. His man, June (who was awesome) came out a few hours later and fixed everything. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work, especially since it rained pretty hard about an hour after he left. It's rained hard a few times since and we've had no problems. The roof is fixed and we couldn't be happier!

In March 2016, we noticed we had a leak coming from our metal roof that was seeping through the master bedroom ceiling and damaging our drywall. We immediately contacted local, highly rated roofers to schedule appointments to inspect and repair our roof. We ended up contacting many, many, many roofers (including many of the highly rated roofers on Angie's List), and most of them didn't have immediate availability, so at first we were scheduling the initial inspection appointments several weeks out. Even though we told every roofing company at the time we made our appointments that they would need to send out at least two technicians with a 40 ft. ladder (we have a three story above grade townhouse) and that we have a metal roof, inevitably, a single technician would show up to our appointment that we waited several weeks for, tell us they needed a second technician and a 40 ft. ladder, promise to come back or follow up and never did. We eventually started booking as many appointments as we could get, sometimes two appointments a day. We finally did get a local roofing company to come out to fix our roof, but they didn't actually fix it, which became apparent when it started raining in the Spring and water came through our wall again. I found Roofer 911 on Angie's List but read in one of their reviews that they don't do repair work on metal roofs. However, I was very interested in their infrared leak detection technology so I emailed Steve and asked if he might be able to come out and help me find the leak, and then I would try to get another roofing company to perform the work. Steve immediately called me within the hour and told me he would come out the next day to help me figure out where the leak was coming from. He felt so bad about what my husband and I had already gone through with all the other roofing companies that he didn't even charge us for the infrared inspection. Then, Steve tells me that one of his foremen does do repairs on metal roofs, and put me in touch with Antonio, who was extremely flexible with my own inflexible schedule and came over one Friday morning at 7:30am with two other technicians to inspect my roof. Once they figured out the problem, they were ready and available to do the repair work the following day. My husband and I still needed to coordinate with our next door neighbors, but once we gave Steve the green light, the repair work was literally done the next day. From beginning to end, Steve has been extremely responsive, and in speaking to him it's obvious he takes so much pride in the work he does and that he genuinely cares about his customers. Antonio and his crew were also very professional, punctual, courteous, and flexible. The level of service we received from Roofing 911 compared to all the other local roofing companies we contacted was like night and day. There was so much stress, waiting and disappointment with all the other roofing companies, but when we worked with Steve, everything was quick, efficient, and easy! I absolutely will not hesitate to contact Steve again should we ever need roofing services again.

After coming out to inspect to see about roof replacement at a property I rent out, Steve recommended a repair due to faulty builder installation (16 years ago). Since I didn't get any other estimates, just approved him fixing it, I don't know how the price compared to others given the same opportunity to provide an estimate, but he saved me a lot over total roof replacement! Also, I was not there, and tenants didn't really know what they did on the roof. Since Roofer911 has a great reputation, I assume all repairs were completed as specified. I would definitely call them again as Steve has years of experience and won't tell you you need replacement when you just need repair.

The technician was very professional and he was right on time. He gave us an estimate but I wanted to have another estimate, so I did not hire Roof 9ll

I have had several roofers try to find a leak that only happens when there is a heavy, driving rain. None of them could find the leak. Some roofers said I had to call them when it was happening. Try to get someone out on the spot! Steve was here on time. Showed me the imaging of where the leak was coming from, and informed me that I am missing some insulation in the ceiling in two rooms. He made a video of what he found on the roof. Steve gave me a quote within a half hour which I thought was reasonable and I immediately accepted. The repair crew was here that afternoon as we were expecting heavy rain the next day. They did the necessary work and let me know when they were finished. They cleaned up after themselves. I think Steve is very professional and knowledgeable and I would call Steve again for any roofing needs.

I sent Roofer911 an email describing the siding that was pulling away from one side of our townhome and requesting availability for repairs, as well as a gutter inspection. I received a call from Steve less than an hour later stating he was on his way over to take a look and he would send an estimate. Sure enough I received an estimate shortly afterward and spoke to him on the phone later that same morning. Steve very clearly described the issues related to the siding damage, as well as identified a problem with our front gutter, which was not quite straight and the angle was causing the driving rains to splash out and leak into our walls. I felt well-informed, and Steve sent a contract for my review and signature, stating that he was almost positive the work could be finished that very same day--if not, definitely the next day (storms were forecasted later in the afternoon). The electronic contract signed, I soon heard from Antonio, who was on his way to my home and provided a GPS arrival time to the minute. And by 3:30 p.m. -- again, the same day since contacting Roofer911 just after 9 a.m. -- the job was done. Looks secure and straight as described. With the unpredictable storms we seem to be getting in this area, Roofer911 is providing valuable, prompt service to its customers. I am so glad I didn't have to worry about the storms that did strike that same evening!

Simply amazing! Called 8am and he was over 9am. Video taped and took pictures of roof damage so he could explain and show me (as if I was on the roof with him). 930 got me a contract electronically. 9:35 e-signed contract. 1pm - 3pm a crew showed up and did an excellent job. If all business worked like this I would be smiling every time I pay someone. It was pure job and an emergency situation.

Roofer 911 repaired a piece of fascia between our roof and siding that tore off from a windstorm. After I prior contractor blew us off and never returned calls we reached out to roofer 911 and they took the call, provided an estimate AND completed the work on the SAME DAY. We waited 30+ days for the prior contractor to return a simple phone call (baffling). Thankfully roofer 911 was the complete opposite. The guys arrived, took care of the job and cleaned up the mess. I was thrilled with the service provided by these guys and would highly recommend them.
