Description of Work: Repaired small area of roof leak. Customer service and response time is excellent. This is second time I've used them. Since we have not had signficant rainfall, I cannot confirm if problem is resolved yet but so far I am happpy with their customer service.

Description of Work: Used thermal image to diagnose location of leak in roof. |Fixed roof by removing and replacing several shingles while applying appropriate roofing material.

Description of Work: Replaced missing shingles on roof discovered when wet carpet and dry wall were noticed by a large window in the Master bedroom. Using the infrared device, it was discovered that the leak was not coming from the window but from the roof (infrared showed a wet area behind the drywall on the adjacent wall). An inspection of the roof showed an area of missing shingles directly above the wet area behind the drywall. A estimate was given and accepted and the roof shingles were replaced within a couple of hours of the initial appointment. This was greatly appreciated because high winds, torrential rain and thunderstorms were predicted for that night and the next couple of days. Mr. Briesemeister called that Saturday night after the initial storm to see if the area was wet or dry. It was dry.

Description of Work: Steve came by to help investigate a leak in one of our dormers with his infrared gadget. He took photos to pinpoint the location of moisture in our walls/ceiling and recommended using the information obtained with his method for a warranty claim with the roofing contractor who installed the roof/siding a few years ago.

By that afternoon the work had been completed. Super customer service! It's been almost two months and no more leaking ... and we have had several heavy thunder storms. Could not be more pleased :)

Description of Work: Roofer responded and came the same day they were contacted, gave us a price and agreed to perform the service the next day. We were very pleased with the service at the end of that day - and especially two weeks later after a very heavy rain! No more leaking!

Description of Work: I was pretty sure I had a problem with my roof but didn't know exactly where, which is why I purchased the "$99 for Infrared Leak Detection and $100 Repair Credit" deal from Roofer911. | |Steve was very flexible with scheduling on a Saturday and showed up when expected. He was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Steve did an infrared inspection of our ceilings to identify where our roof leak was originating from and the extent of the damage. Fortunately, it wasn't bad enough to require drywall replacement, but of course work had to be done on the roof. He determined the source of the problem to be from a valley on my roof and potentially the ridge vents. This inspection took about 45 minutes. | |He provided me a proposal immediately, which I agreed to. His crew (2 men) them came out the same day to do the repairs. They were also very professional. They actually went up into the attic prior just to confirm Steve's assessment of the problem source, which they verified. | |To fix the problem, they put down a ice and water shield under the shingles down the valley of the roof and reseated/resealed the ridge vents. They were able to keep the original shingles, which was good because the manufacturer no longer makes the same ones so the color would have been off if new shingles were needed. The repair took about an hour. | |
