Roofer911 came out to inspect the work and prepare an estimate. Steve listened to us describe our problem, asked a few questions and then conducted his inspection. He was very professional. Using his infrared sensor he examined the leak and while the stain was evident on the ceiling, he told us it was dry at the time of the inspection. He then began to look for a possible source and was able to determine it was coming from a torn vent boot on the roof. He showed and explained what he was doing at every point along the way. I was so impressed by the infrared sensor that I had him check a few places in the house where we had previous leaks that had been repaired and he was able to validate that the repairs were good. We then showed him a stain in the kitchen which we had been led to believe was the result of rain being blown up in to the eaves during one of our storms. He inspected the stain and surrounding area to include the floor above and outside. He was able to determine the source as separated caulking around the dryer vent and a crack in the siding a few feet above the kitchen. In the outdoor inspection, I pointed out a spot where the flashing was separated from the chimney and Steve put that on the list. He also pointed out that we had a long and slightly sagging gutter on the back side of the house that might also be contributing to our problems as the water would be filling up the gutter in the area of the sag and then back flowing through mount points. We agreed the estimate would include repairing the torn vent boot and the other two on the roof which we agreed would fail soon enough, the missing shingles and flashing, the spot where the chimney meets the roof, the dryer vent, and the sagging gutter. He completed his estimate promptly, emailed it to us and we elected to proceed. His team arrived on time and were very professional. I watched in awe as they worked two stories up as easily as you and i walk the sidewalk. They repaired all of the vent boots. I am a bit of a handyman myself and I was impressed with how they dissembled the surrounding shingles and old boot and then reassembled the new boot and sealed it all. BTW - the new boot was a high quality aluminum base instead of the old rubber boot that had dried out and cracked. They repaired the shingles and flashing in similar fashion. When they tackled the separated flashing around the chimney, they determined a more complete repair was needed to do the job right. Without asking me or suggesting an increased cost, Steve's crew expanded the scope of work to ensure a quality repair and proceeded to fix it right. A lessor contractor would not have fixed the problem right or stopped work while they demanded more money to fix it. Had it been a significant job, I would have expected to pay more but in this case, Roofer911 just went ahead and fixed it right. I appreciated their commitment to quality work. The crew then patched the dryer vent and small crack in its vicinity and then lowered our gutter about 1/2" on one end to take out the sag and ensure a good flow toward the downspout. They also patched another crack that Steve and I had not noticed. Afterwards, Roofer911 cleaned every bit of scrap and ensured I was happy with their work. I inspected the old vent boots and found the original culprit dried out and torn with the other two right behind. I was very pleased with the work and my experience dealing with Roofer911 and recommend them highly.
Description of Work: We had a small leak and did not know where it was coming from. We also had some shingle and flashing damage from a recent wind storm.

It was such a pleasure to have met you both. As a homeowner myself, I perfectly understand how upsetting it can be to hire a contractor to perform a job and then all of a sudden the project becomes more involved and is being asked for more money so the work can be done correctly. So, by learning from my past experiences, I will never charge additional if my men see something additional that may be attributing to the leak. We will gladly take the loss in order to ensure your home is water-tight! Thanks again so much for your business and have a wonderful week! Steven

After waiting for two weeks to hear back from Old Dominion Speciality Construction, I was referred to Roofer911 by a friend. I called them first thing in the morning on 3/31, explained my situation, and within 45 minutes I had a foreman at my house to review the work and provide an estimate. While in the attic the foreman noticed the seating of my attic fan had slipped and took pictures to show me on his phone. I liked the added touch of showing me the issue as opposed to just telling me. After a review of the work needed, I had an estimate in less than 20 minutes and because they had a crew in the area they were able to send someone out to fix everything the same day. I would easily and highly recommend Roofer911 for anyone in the area looking for roof repairs. They are responsive, do quality work, and proved to be very trustworthy. Job well done from top to bottom.

After the last snowstorm started to melt, we noticed some discoloration of the drywall in our basement ceiling. It didn't get any worse, so we just let it be. Unfortunately, the weekend of rain we just had caused this minor leak to become something more significant. We had a moderate steady leak that was coming down our chimney and eating away at our drywall. After calling several companies that wanted $500 just to show up, we found roofer 911. The owner, Steven, showed up himself on a Sunday to diagnose the problem, and offered a no-pressure estimate, free of charge. He arrived quickly, and was very courteous and polite. He showed us the origins of our leaks using his infrared scanner. It was nice to see what was happening behind our walls. A proposal was drawn up very quickly, and he explained the procedures for repair process quite well. Steven's team showed up the next day, and were able to take care of our problem. They noticed some additional cracking that wasn't in our proposal - and repaired it free of charge. Overall, Roofer 911 did a great job, and we would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Thanks again for your business and it was such a pleasure to meet you! Rest assured, even if we had 85 mph winds your roof shingles will not blow off again. Also, not only were the surrounding loose roof shingles refastened into place, they were also resealed with polyurethane so not to blow off.

I would recommend Roofer911 to others. Steve Briesemeister, the company owner came out to my home to evaluate roofing damage. He was professional, clear in his communication, and on time to the appointment. He took the time to answer my numerous questions and did not try to rush me into any decisions. He explained the process for what work needed to be done and that the repairs could be made the same day. I was so impressed by Steve that I talked to my neighbor (who needed roof work done as well) and he decided to use Roofer911 the same day. Within about 1 hour of agreeing to the work, the roofing team came to the house to begin the repairs. The team was just as professional, clear, and courteous as Steve. In my many years of working with contractors for home repairs, I have never met a team like this; one that felt like an extension of the owner. The team clearly explained the work they were going to do and asked if we had any questions. The kicker to the whole event is that the team realized that not as much repair was needed as originally believed. They explained what they found and why some of the expected work was not required. They also told me that the bill would be reduced based on the reduced amount of work. It is good to know there are honest contractors out there. Oh, and the team was very clean; no mess left after they left. So yes, I wholeheartedly recommend Roofer911.

Description of Work: I had two stains on my basement ceiling. Steve, the owner, did an infrared leak detection analysis. He found that there no plumbing leaks but the stains were caused by condensation from the duct work. He provided excellent service and e-mailed results of his inspection. As a Real Estate Broker, I found his service to be extremely valuable. I would recommend him in the future.

Provider was very responsive from the initial contact. When I contacted provider on late Friday evening, they responded immediately and scheduled a visit for mid day Saturday. When Steve showed up on Saturday, he survey the entire roof and took pictures of the damage. He explained clearly the issue and what must be done to correct. He then assured that work can be completed the same day. Crew showed up an hour later and completed the work very professionally. They took pictures after the work was completed and discussed what they did. They also explained what to expect and before leaving, cleaned all the debris from the work. Very satisfied and will certainly recommend them to others considering roof repairs.

Roofer911 is just fantastic. I have used them 3 times now. Several years back we had our roof replaced by another company but soon found out it was not done well. We were continually losing flashing and shingles whenever the heavy winds of the winter came. I knew I could not go back to the previous company, so I looked at a few opinions on line and picked Steve at Roofer911. I am very happy to have found them. They have always been extremely fast and ever since using them, NONE of my shingles have blown off (which was an annual occurrence for us). They even came one time on New Years Eve knowing that rain was in the forecast for he next day! We had very heavy winds last week in South Riding and as soon as I heard flashing on the front of our house banging (and eventually rip off) - I immediately emailed Roofer911. I was contacted the next day to provide photos. Within hours I had a quote, contract, payment, and the work was done that day. All looks great from the work and I am confident, based on previous work, that I will not need to replace that piece again.

All went very well. Estimator arrived on time, quickly assessed the problems (water leakage) and located source using IR camera, and scheduled complete repairs the same day. Job was complete in less than 24 hours after my initial call. This is the second time I have used this contractor, and both times I have been completely satisfied.

It went great. Steve was very professional, knowledgeable, timely, and seemed to genuinely care about helping me resolve my mold and ventilation problem. I was impressed with his infrared technology and enjoyed seeing the results of where the hot and cold spots in my house are located. Because my need is for resolving a mold and ventilation problem in my attic, and not needing Roofer911's service to replace my roof, Steve did not charge me for this service call. Wow, that was very nice. Thanks again, Steve.
Description of Work: I had a mold and ventilation issue related to my attic, and Steve came out within several hours of my phone call to assess the problem. I had a leak in the dinning room that I thought was coming from my roof. I called Roofer911 and Steve came out to my place the very next morning. Turns out it wasn't a bad roof, it was my upstair's window leaking from the snow that fell earlier the week. The water was draining into my dinning room wall. I was hesitant on the infra-red technology, but was pleasantly surprised, it did show where the water was pooling. I would highly recommend using this service if you have an immediate issue with a suspected leaky rook. The best part, he didn't charge me, he instructed me how to fix the problem myself by purchasing a couple things from Home Depot. -Call this service, I found him to be honest. Especially if you are having an emergency. -Do trust the infra-red technology. You will have to see the pictures yourself, they showed the differences in temperature in the wall. Especially places where the water was pooling or leaking in from.

Steve is the ultimate professional. He explains the issues in terms you can understand, and gives you a very detailed estimates with illustrated and highlighted pictures of the areas he plans to do the work on. And he delivers on what he promises, when he promises. If you have any roof leak issues. Roofer 911 is the company to call.
Description of Work: I had a water leak coming to the house between the outer and inner walls that we suspected was related to a roof leak. I contacted Steve at Roofer 911 early in the morning and responded back to me immediately. He came to my house that morning, responded with a diagnosis and estimate, and scheduled to do the work the very next day. This was critical because snow was coming in two days. He finished the work the day he said he would and the leak was fixed

I contacted Steve at Roofer911 after several attempts with other companies to get a ceiling water leak diagnosed and repaired. I tried for over a month, going through two other roofing companies, trying to repair the leak. When they finally showed up, they told me it was repaired, but when it rained I continued to get calls from my tenant that the roof was leaking again. I finally called Steve who went to my house within hours, diagnosed the issue, provided photographs of all the problem areas, and had it repaired the next day with what I feel was an honest and reasonable cost. It rained the next day and my tenant told me the leaks have stopped. As a landlord living overseas, I am always looking for reliable and honest repairmen and Steve has earned my trust. I highly recommend Steve at Roofer911. Mark

There were many issues with my roof and Roofer 911 was the only one to respond and show up on a weekend to fix a newly discovered roof problem; the owner Steven did this swiftly and without fuss, he had his team there within an hour. He also found another area of possible water penetration near the problem area. His emergency team went to work, repaired the areas by installing extra flashing, resealing my vent and valley shingles, re-shingled an entire problem area, opened up part of my roof overhang soffits, cleaned them out, removed the blockages that were helping to trap water during windy rain days, and remounted my gutter. It also passed the first heavy rain test. It was a little expensive, but worth every penny especially given the weekend and urgency of the repair. So I decided to have his team do the entire roof. They tore my roof off (to include two layers of shingles on half the house), replaced dry rotting roof boards and fascia boards (they were clearly rotted due to poor roofing), and did it in a day and a half. The job should have taken a day, but due to the extent of the damage, it took more time. I would definitely use his company again, especially for rapid repairs!

Situation: |We had very heavy rains in late May and early June 2013--I think about 5" in one day and daily rains for about 2 weeks. A brown, wet stain appeared in my townhouse bedroom ceiling about 30 inches from the interior wall and the same distance in from the eave wall in front. I found Roofer911 on the internet. Their web site said they are Better Business Bureau A+ and the top-rated roofers in Northern Virginia. They have dozens of rave reviews but no critical reviews on their web site. But caveat emptor! |A young man did the inspection. He did view the stained ceiling but did not look in the attic, under the eaves, or climb onto the roof for a close inspection. He did take a couple of pictures that are attached to the contract. | |From Roofer911 Contract: |REASON FOR LEAKAGE: All leaks are caused by improper installation and is not storm related. Insurance company will only cover the roof repairs if there were visible signs of damage. |ï‚· Improper installation of roofing materials, (nails in flashing) |ï‚· Ridge vent not installed correctly or waterproofed correctly. |ï‚· Gutters not pitched properly |Roofing procedures |1. Remove all nails, screws and spikes holding gutters into place at front |and back side of house according to pictures. |2. Fasten gutter back into place making sure to penetrate the rafters behind the wood fascia and to pitch properly to insure a positive water-flow to the drain. |3. Remove all roofing material were roof and wall meet according to picture |number 1. |4. Repair or replace any damaged step flashing where roof and wall meet. |5. Re-shingle area with GAF Royal Sovereign-25 (golden cedar) self- |sealing, if the old shingles cannot be reused. |6. Remove approximately twenty linear feet of improperly installed ridge |vent. |7. Repair or replace any damaged roof shingles along ridge once vent is |removed. |8. Apply polyurethane sealant to the deck at both sides of ridge. |9. Press and fasten ridge vent into place, making sure to penetrate the |rafters underneath every 18 to 24". |10. Re-seal all fasteners. |11. Clean up job and cart away all debris. |12. The Six (6) month warranty on workmanship. TOTAL: $1,250.00 | |What they did (as far as I can tell): |After June 11, we had fairly dry weather. We hired a drywall contractor to fix the stain in the bedroom ceiling. He was reluctant to start because the attic insulation was still damp. He reported that it looked like nothing was done to fix the leak above the ceiling stain--no sign of any new materials and the rafters and sheathing was stained and depressed. Later, we asked him to check the roof on the outside. He said there was fresh caulk spread around the shingles above the leak. He thought some of it was covering nails driven through the shingles, but this later proved to be incorrect. There was caulk spread around but it did not cover any nails. When I asked Roofer911 (Steve) about this he said he didn't know what I was talking about. He said some other roofer must have applied the caulk. The leak was fixed as far as he was concerned, unless it reappeared and it could be shown that the reappearance was due to Roofer911's work. | The Roofer911 crew spent about an hour on the roof. I didn't see how they could have done all the work listed in their contract in that short a period. Since I'm 73 and no longer able to climb onto the roof, I had a second contractor climb up to evaluate the work. He said he doubted the ridge vent was removed and re-mounted because some but not all of the fasteners had been re-caulked. Along the wall, he found some fresh caulk but no sign of any new materials. (I later looked closer from the ground and saw that two clumps of moss were still growing on the roof adjacent to the wall.) Overall, he said it looked to him that someone had spread about one tube of fresh caulk around the roof, including on the shingles above the ceiling leak. No new materials had been used. | I don't think they did anything to the rain gutters. I have closely examined them as compared with the "before" pictures taken by Roofer911. In email exchanges, Steve seemed not to be too concerned with details. For example, his final verdict on the cause of the leak was that water had leaked down from the ridge vent, under the shingles and over the roofing paper until it found a nail hole or other defect and dripped down onto the bedroom ceiling. Notice that his contract above says that the ridge vent was @20 feet long (the roof ridge is 20 feet long). However, the ridge vent was only 10 feet long as shown in the picture his man took. Moreover the ridge vent is not above the ceiling stain leak. Water would have had to run sideways to get to it. After I had told him where this leak was by reference to his company's front view of the house, he later said the leak was in the rear of the house. |In my view, the Roofer911 diagnosis was flawed, and all I got for my $1250 was one tube caulk spread around my roof. I was worried that it was only matter of time before the leak would re-appear--probably just after the 6-month warranty expired. I started checking things out more closely. At Yelp.com, I did find some negative ratings. Steve was described as a fast-talker and more prone to offering excuses than being committed to making things right. I then joined Angie's List and found the same kind of descriptions. My experience was the same. The Roofer911.com web site says that the company is A+ rated by the Better-Business Bureau--but I found that it is not listed by the BBB as Roofer911, but rather as Improve Today VA--the company is not BBB certified and there is a complaint with the same general issues as I have presented here. The Roofer911 web site as says it is a top-rated roofer in Northern Virginia, but I have yet to discover any independent evaluators that support such a claim. | I want to give two examples contrasting what the Roofer911 web site says with what Steve told me in my specific case: | |Roofer911.com: Look for long guarantees and warranties on goods and services to be sure you hire a reputable roofing company. |My case: Six Months from Roofer911. (Compare with Ten Years from the company I hired to do a proper fix.) | |Roffer911.com: Sags- Roofing sags can mean hidden problems lay in wait under shingles. While this may be just a sign of age, sagging roof ridges can mean rot and decay has taken place in structural members of the roofing substrate. Immediate steps to repair the problem must be taken when sagging roofs are visible during your roofing inspection. |My case:Where you see the roof shingles lifting at the back of the home was most likely done by an inexperienced roofer that re-shingled the area directly above the leak area and is only masking the problem and serves no purpose. Please understand, most roofers fail to comprehend how water can travel from an improperly installed / waterproofed ridge vent and show no signs of wetness inside the attic directly below but instead have water stains on the plywood further down the roof. During heavy downpours or driving rains water can get up underneath the ridge vent and travel in between the roof shingles and the felt paper underneath and wherever the water finds an opening such as through the side of a nail or a tear in the felt that's where the water will drop into the attic. Being that the ridge vent has been waterproofed properly underneath you will have no more leaks as you can see by the many heavy rains since the work was first done. Re-using the old undamaged shingles along the wall is what 95% of all homeowners are hopeful of so not to make their home look like patchwork and cause problems with the HOA. Also, the gutters only needed to be re-pitched and not replaced as per our contract. You mentioned, if I was a medical doctor this would be considered malpractice, I don't understand? Your leak has been fixed just as Bonnie requested and will present no more problems for the lifetime of your roof. Have a wonderful evening! | | Well, I had Springfield Roofing, Siding, and Windows, Inc. Inspect the roof. As soon as the inspector got out of his truck, he noticed a problem at the eaves. From his ladder, he reached under the shingles at the eaves and pulled out a handful of crumbling sheathing. He explained that there was no ice and water membrane installed as required by Fairfax County Code. Water was wicking up, especially by ice-damming in the Winter. He climbed into the attic and confirmed the sheathing was stained and sagging right over where the stain had appeared in the bedroom ceiling. Since I had lost all confidence in Roofer 911 at this point, I asked Springfield Roofing to repair and re-shingle the entire roof, which they did. They had to replace 5 and one-half sheets of plywood sheathing! |I had asked Roofer911 to fix the leak that caused the bedroom ceiling stain. They did not do a thorough inspection or they would have discovered the extensive deterioration of the sheathing near the eaves. Furthermore, from the time they spent on the job and the physical condition of the roof I believe the only thing they did was spread a tube of caulk around. This has been an expensive lesson to me. I wanted results but got a song and a dance. From the reviews I have seen Roofer911 sometimes does a good job, but sometimes not. Perhaps there are different crews--some good, some bad. There doesn't seem to be any quality control such as post-job inspections. I would never take a chance on Roofer911 again--it would be too much like rolling dice.

[removed member name] It's a shame you and I didn't meet in the very beginning because if we had we wouldn't be having this problem now. As I mentioned in the very beginning to Bonnie, you most definitely need a new roof but she “insisted on only a roof repair”. I said okay, our repairs will insure a permanent fix until you are ready for a new roof so she agreed for us to perform the repairs. Approximately one month after the repairs were completed on the home where your wife lives I received a phone call from you saying you had a roof leak again and wanted it fixed along with correcting other problems that was outside of our agreement. After speaking with you on the phone, I immediately called Bonnie and asked her about the roof leak and she said, “My roof is not leaking anymore after you performed the repairs”. I perfectly understand your frustration because other roofers were saying you needed a new roof after our repairs were completed and you feel you were done wrong. Please understand, we only did what Bonnie requested and that was to stop the leaks by repairing the source without the use of caulk. Your complaint has taught me a very valuable lesson, if a roof needs to be replaced that is the only procedure I will recommend even if the homeowner demands just a repair. Sincerely, Steven

Overall for the work performed verses the price paid I feel like I was way way over charged! Steve is a fast talker and will come out to your house, look over the problem, (doesn't get on the roof though) and proceeds to get you a quote right away and then will schedule the work asap. But, in my opinion, he made the job sound like it was going to be much more complicated than what it really was. You'd think from his description that it would take a lot of time and effort to complete the repair. but, In reality, it was a simple repair, it took 1 hour total with 1 guy. And I had stupidly agreed to his flat fee of $850. I questioned him and even asked if he might provide me a discount because he obviously had overstated the complexity of the job, and he proceeded to give me a long shpeel about the quality of their work, blah blah blah, but seriously,,, 1 hour of work for $850 !!!! I wish I could make that much,, sign me up! Look,, lets be honest,, Roof repair is not rocket science. I mean 99% of the companies will fix the leak and do the job right. And after googling average pricing on the web, reviewing prices on Angies list for similar work by other contractors, asking a few people in my neighborhood and even another roof company, the concensus was that the price should have beeen @ $200-$300 max for the work I had done. So, Roofer 911 charges @ 3 times as much as most others. Is it worth it, in this recession? No way. My recommendation is: Get a few quotes from different contractors Insist on paying by the hour verses a flat fee. Don't call Roofer 911

Description of Work: (Attic Fan and Ridge Vent Leak) Hi [member name removed], We always try to be as reasonable as possible with our prices so for you to feel you were overcharged is upsetting for me. When I write a proposal for a homeowner, it is always clearly written and easy to understand with no fancy terms that will confuse the customer in the slightest. Please understand, we had two excellent roofers working on your home, not one for 1-1/2 hours repairing your roof. As I said to you, the roofers at Roofer911 are not only very fast at what they do but also highly skilled and don’t need to think about there every next move because it comes naturally as with any other skilled tradesman with many years experience. You mentioned that “Roof repair is not rocket science. I mean 99% of the companies will fix the leak and do the job right”. I have to disagree, finding the source of a leak takes many years of experience and most roofers have no clue as to how water can travel underneath the roof shingles from one point to another without showing any signs of damage inside the attic or the living space. Personally, if I was a homeowner with a roof leak, I would call a roof repair specialist just as I would call a Cardiologist for heart disease if needed and not my family physician. Hopefully in time you don’t have another roof problem but if you do, I would hope you would consider giving us a call knowing that we did the job right with no more leaks which means peace of mind. Thank You, Steven
Linda B.

I called this company because they were highly recommended on Angie's list and the Home Owners association. I spoke to a gentleman named Steve and he said that he could go by my house on Friday 12/14/2012 to check it out and call me with an estimate. I am trying to sell my house so time is critical. I did not hear from him on Friday so I called him on Sat. He said he was with a customer and would call me right back. Didn't hear from him on Sat.. so I called again on Monday. It's 12/19/2012 and I still have not heard from him. I could understand if he was too busy and could not do the job..but he should have AT LEAST called back and told me that.

Excellent company to work with. After the severe storms my skylight showed signs of minor leaking. I was highly impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness of this company. I called on a Thursday morning and received a quote via email and was able to sign online. I was kept informed on every step and the work was performed the very next day even in the extreme heat we have been experiencing, they were able to come out and reseal my skylight.

Steve was professional and knew the business. He found several issues that needed repair to address my leaking roof. His crew showed up the same day after I e-signed a paperless contract via email all within about an hour of Steve stoping to inspect the roof. I gave a B for quality because it hasn't rained hard yet -- and that will be the real test of the workmanship.
Description of Work: Flashing and J channel replaced. Shingles replaced in area of repair. Center vent replaced. Gutter realigned to drain properly. Vent pipe caps replaced (2). Applied flashing cement. Cleaned up.

Mr Steve Briesemeister made it a point to visit the very next day. He also told me the work I considered was not necessary. It is not often when a contractor will tell a customer that the work is not needed. His company is a rare find. At the point when I do need roof work, roofer911 will be my choice.
Description of Work: Mr Steve Briesemeister told me the work I considered was not necessary. It is not often when a contractor will tell a customer that the work is not needed, that the roof showed only normal wear and any effort would likely result in damage to the roof and be a waste of money.

Steve and his roofers did an excellent job. He was quick to respond to my call, and right from the initial meeting did a thorough job in assessing the required repairs. In addition to his nearly 40 years of experience with roofing, his infrared detection device is able assist in pinpointing exactly where the leaks originate. The guaranteed same day service is not an empty promise. His staff were onsite and completed the repairs by sundown and even had lights ready to do their work in the dark if necessary. To give you an example of the thoroughness, Steve brings a camera with a zoom lens that allows him to take before and (if requested after) shots of exactly what needs repair. Once you see these shots, the work becomes glaringly obvious and the after shots show the quality work that they've completed when placed side-by-side. Talk about resting easier, this should do it for you. It sure did convince my insurance adjusters and make them happy! They took one look at these and the detailed description of the work completed and had nothing but good things to say about the service. Basically they told me-- they never get this kind of excellent documentation from roofers and that we were fortunate to have gotten this company to perform our repairs. A+

Requested a quote via the website. Website states they cover Prince William and that no job is too big or small. Company did not respond to quote request. I called and was told they are too busy to provide a quote, that they are not servicing my area, and that they do not know of another roofer in the area. Gentleman was very polite, but refused to provide an estimate. Perhaps my job was too small?
Description of Work: Was requesting a quote for roofing repair. Specifically, several shingles were lost in a wind storm.
