Roofer 911

We called on a Friday and the work was started and completed the following Monday. The flashing was replaced and the main roofer, named June, took care in matching our shingles since a few had to be replaced and ours were long out of stock. It rained later in the day, and the bricks remained dry. June was very professional and competent. He was very nice to deal with and quite responsive when we were making all the arrangements.

Estimate was done promptly and the work performed on time. This was the best experience with any contractor I have dealt with.

It was impressive how quickly Steve came to visit our home. We're used to issues with this older home but after a recent deluge of rain, we noticed dampness on our 1st floor ceiling. Steve used his IR camera and moisture detector to locate wetness behind the drywall and even beyond where we could see issues. We felt comfortable with his explanation of the issues and that his team would be able to fix them.

Overall I had a fantastic experience. Steven showed up on time within the time window and thoroughly scanned the top floor of the home for wetness and leaks. He found the trouble spot where we had water come in after the most recent huge rain storm, and tested a couple of places for wetness to see if we had other leaks or just cold air coming in. He went through every room and scanned the entire upper floor for problem areas. He then went outside with me and showed me the problem area. 30 minutes later I had a proposal to fix the leaking issue, which was a very reasonable proposal and they will complete the work within 24-48 hours. I couldn't be happier with the services I received today.

Service was timely and thorough and he provided excellent feedback for me to address the problem that was discovered with a plumber.

During the rain storms of April 14th, we noticed a leak in one of our ceilings. We found the $99 inspection special being run and gave it a try. Steve contacted us nearly immediately following the purchase and was available the very next day. He showed up on time, was very professional and knowledgeable, and immediately began using his space-age infrared camera to visualize the moist areas in the ceiling and walls. Additionally, once he zeroed-in on the spots, he would use a moisture meter to confirm the moisture content percentage. (I learned that 17% is the threshold for mold). Following the inspection of the upstairs rooms we then went out back to view the roof, where he pointed out from where the leaks originate, and exactly what his team would do to prevent further leakage. Once done, he left and within about 20 minutes we received the estimate with detailed photos of the problem areas and the work to be performed. You "sign" on-line and pay, and the team of two was there by noon making the repairs. Like the name says (Roofer 911), you find out about these problems and need them fixed fast. And we can now confirm following this past week's monsoons, we no longer have the leaks. Money well spent. I did not obtain any other estimates, so I cannot really assess the cost, but it was worth it to me to have it fully fixed ASAP.

I found Roofer911 through Angie's List. I was kept up most of the night on Tuesday 4/29 during heavy rain, due to a metallic dripping sound coming from inside the wall of my master bedroom. I called on Wednesday and spoke with Steve, the owner. He offered to come out on Thursday but I wasn't able to be home, so we set a time window on Friday. I requested morning and he came right at the time I told him would be best for me. Within minutes he found the problem with his infrared equipment. I had a proposal within the hour and the repairs were done that same day. I was very impressed with Roofer911's quick response, professionalism and the whole experience. If I had waited, the problem could have become much worse fairly quickly, so Roofer911's ability to immediately identify and address the problem is hugely appreciated. I would use Roofer911 again and highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

Roofer 911 provided efficient, professional service. Steve came out promptly with equipment to accurately judge the extent of the problem. He scheduled his men to do the repair within an hour and the work was completed quickly and professionally. I think that the price was fair for the fast, effective service that prevented additional damage and gave me peace of mind. I developed a leak in my roof that showed up on my ceiling in a bad rainstorm with an even worse storm predicted for the following day. The next day - - all was secure. We have a recurring leak around a window. Various contractors had tried to fix and/or identify the source of the leak without success. Many had suggested expensive repairs (replacing siding and/or replacing windows). Steven came with a moisture detector and an infrared water infiltration detector. He identified the problem as in the windows themselves, both the window that showed the leak and the window on the floor above. He recommended that we caulk the faulty areas. The service was prompt and professional and the price was excellent. We won't know for sure if the fix works till the next big rainstorm. But we're very happy to to have some certainty of the source of the problem and the way to address it. We recommend this service provider.

The speed in which this job was completed was just unbelievable. I called Steven at seven o'clock in the morning. He was at my home by seven thirty with an estimate. The entire job was completed by four in the afternoon in a driving rain storm. As of today I have not had any problems with leaks. The roof on our 28 year old house has been leaking occasionally for the past few years and we always seemed to get the "Band-Aid" fix with our contractors and never the permanent fix we were both looking and paying for. I had recently heard good things about Roofer 911 and decided to contact them and have them check out our roofing problems. The owner, Steve Briesemeister, came right over and fully explained his infrared leak detection system and how it will actually pinpoint exactly where the water is entering the house. He also stated that point of entry is not always the area(s) that need to be addressed and corrected. He performed a thorough examination of my leaking areas and gave me what I considered a reasonable and fair cost repair estimate. He went on to explain that with his 40 of roofing experience he was more than certain that the problems were directly related to the original homebuilders incompetence. He quickly pointed out the incorrect pitch(s) of the gutters as well as the improperly installed ridge vent and flashing work. I signed up and his crew came out early the next day. They worked continuously for 5 or 6 hours and were very professional and courteous. They even repaired an area they thought may become a problem later on and did not charge me for this work. They cleaned up the area of all debris, and unlike my previous contractors, I couldn't find one rusty nail anywhere on my property. We just went through 2 days of very heavy rain (over 3 inches) and my house is dry as a bone. They are now my go-to guys when it comes to roof repairs.

I have used Roofer 911 twice now, both times due to weather damage to our roof. The first time, Steven came out quickly, provided a reasonable estimate on the spot, and had the repair work done shortly thereafter. When I had an issue with a nearby part of the roof, they quickly fixed it as part of the warranty on the first job without any questions. After several attempts by others to prevent a leak happening in the rear of our home I finally looked on the internet to find a roofing specialist. Reading information from his website about infrared technology I decided that is what I needed to finally fix my roof leak issue. The owner Steve, came out himself and determined the issue. We had some small miscommunication prior to his arrival but he came out hours before he was leaving for vacation to make sure I was taken care of. Then he sent an estimate and once I had approved he had his work staff out within hours. I wanted to wait for the next significant rainfall so I waited weeks to write the review to make sure I could tell everyone that my roof does not leak and the work performed was quality. It's raining like cats and dogs as I type this and it rained all day yesterday and thankfully my roof is totally dry!! It went extremely well. Steve B. responded to my call immediately and had someone over the next morning. He sent the photos of the damaged part of the roof along with the estimate which I thought was very reasonable. All I had to do was to esign a document and then call him with my credit card info. His crew were back at my house that afternoon to do the repairs. He makes it a pleasure to do business with his company both because of his professionalism and his responsiveness. Steve, the owner was professional. He identified the leak quickly using an infrared tool and, on the same day, repaired it. As part of the estimate, he sent me pictures and took the time to explain the location and nature of the leak on my roof. Quick and quality service is a must in DC, and Steve is spot on.

I was very impressed with both the use of infrared technology and the knowledge base and experience that Steve has to manage his company. Usually I shop around to get estimates for a job this size, but when I read his company's resume' on Angie's list and compared it to others on the same list, my mind was pretty much made up. Steve also provided a free cost estimate with services to be completed on line vial e-mail, which I think was worth it based on experience and reputation. Roofer911's technicians arrived on site in a matter of hours the very same day and performed the service in very courteous and professional manner. All old debris was removed and the area was cleaned up just like it was before they arrived. The real proof will be after the next heavy downpour, but I feel confident that the original problem has been corrected. I recommend that anyone surfing the internet or using Angie's list to look for roof repair stop at Roofer911 and give them definite consideration.

Steven Briesemeister (owner) was immediately responsive to my request for an assessment and estimate submitted on their website (called me within 15 minutes and came to my house for the assessment and estimate same day). Not sure which I am more impressed with, Steve's professionalism and expertise or the infrared imaging device he utilized to assist in identifying what turned out to be likely multiple sources of the problem all of which he recommended be addressed to ensure a complete and durable solution. Replace improperly installed ice/water shield and step flashing at roof base of chimney, correct improperly installed ridge vent, inspect/fix as needed the chimney crown-top and fix one leaking vent pipe boot). Steve's work team completed the repair work the following day. The team led by Antonio was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. So far I am very pleased with the knowledge and expertise of Steve and his team, and the use of the infrared imaging technology appears to be a powerful combination. Roofer 911 has been a real pleasure to work with in all respects (and I believe their cost/pricing is quite reasonable) -- but of course, the endgame proof is whether their repairs have completely stopped my perplexing and persistence leak problem which will only be told after the next heavy rain. Be assured, I will be updating this review (hopefully with further positive confirmation my problem is resolved) after the next heavy rain.

WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL! WONDERFUL! April 15, 2014, it rained all day . Early in the morning that day around 8 AM, I noticed water was leaking from the roof and dripping down on our chandelier in the foyer. I called two other roofing companies, and both of them stated the earliest they can see me is two weeks from April 15, 2014. This will not work; especially when water is dripping down on my chandelier. So, I called Roofer 911 and spoke with Steven Briesemeister (owner). He informed me he can be at my house by 11 AM to diagnose the leakage problem. Steven showed up at 10:30 AM (this is fantastic!) and did a very thorough job of inspecting the problem and provided me with photographs of the areas he believed were causing the leakage. He also provided a thermo image of the area that had dampness due to the leakage from this morning. A detail estimate of the cost was provided as well as a thorough explanation he shared with me as I review his proposal. The cost was reasonable, and I agreed to have his company carry out the repair work. The next thing I am about to share with you I hope you find it as AMAZING as I did. His crew showed up at 2 PM and work through 5:30 PM that same day to fix the water leakage problem. They were on the roof the entire time it was raining outside to carry out the repair and fixed the leakage. THIS IS INCREDIBLE!!! Steve was extremely responsive. I called in the morning and he was at my home within hours. He really knows what he is doing and diagnosed a problem that had plagued me for years. He detailed the work needing to be done so I could understand the labor involved and the cost. His team of workers were efficient and thorough. I am confident my problem leaks are now fixed. I would not hesitate to call on Roofer911 again, however, I doubt I will now need them for some years to come.
