It went just fine! In less than 8 hours from the estimate, Steve's crew came and repaired the damage. The roofer was courteous and professional and clearly explained what work was done. He also checked out the entire roof for any looming problems (there were none). Although it cost a bit more than I expected, I was very pleased with the experience and will call Steve and Roofer 9-11 again should I have any other roof issues (let's hope not). I will also recommend favorably to my friends and neighbors. Don't let the fly-by-night roofing solicitors con you into unnecessary work; call the pros at Roofer 9-11.

FANTASTIC. We asked for emergency help as storming was causing water to flow back down the walls. Steven came out on a Saturday morning and he determined the issue was not with the bay window itself but actually the windows on the 3rd floor above. They drilled some holes (or something!) and like magic, our issue was resolved. We have not had any further leaking or water damage since their work! This was expensive but beyond worth it to fix something we have been trying to resolve for over 4 years. Thank you! Highly recommend - very responsive.

In a nutshell, master roofer Steven Briesemeister doesn't come cheap, but he does come quickly and he applies his expertise to solve difficult roofing problems, in my case, an elusive leak in my 70 year old slate roof. My longtime roofer wasn't up to the job. While he attended to my problem, Steve also checked out the rest of my roof. He found and fixed a leak I didn't know about around a bathroom vent pipe. He did it at no additional charge. Steve's estimates are comprehensive and clear, and he walks you through them, You know what you are paying for. Bonus: you can always get hold of Steve by cell or email. Paperwork is handled online.

After I called Steven and explained the problem he stopped by the next day. He identified the problem as improper flashing using his thermal camera. The team came in two days. They removed siding around the two windows, the leaking one and the one above it. Then they installed new flashing around these windows and then fasten siding back into place. Now waiting for the rain with the wind from the windows' side to see if the fix works. Overall very satisfied.

Great. 2 other companies failed to identify source of a leak. Steve quickly identified the problems, explained the issues and solutions thoroughly and completed the work within 24 hours.

I was very pleased with Roofer 911. The usual roofers I used were not available for 3 weeks. Roofer 911 came right away, gave me a fair price and had it fixed within a couple of days. I was very happy with their professionalism. They did exactly what they said they would do and showed up on time. The workers were also very courteous and cleaned up nicely when they left. I will definitely call on them again.

Very good. Steve came out to take a look the day after I submitted a request. He was extremely professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He sent me a quote with was very informative and detailed as to the work that they were going to do. A few hours later, a work group showed up in the rain and repaired the leak. I appreciate the fast action they took in saving the interior of my home from any damage. Thank you Steve and your crew, they were really friendly also.

Steve is a pro! I received estimates from three roofers and hired Steve and Roofer 911. He had the right tools and skills to diagnose the problem. He was professional, courteous and very (!!) responsive. His team came on schedule and the work was done in about 6 hours. A foreman came by and checked the work; and Steve called me the next day to review what was done and make sure I was satisfied. Overall an excellent experience!!

We were contacted on the same day we requested a quote online, and the owner drove out that afternoon to assess the repairs we would need. He provided us with an estimate that evening. The cost was comparable to (and slightly less than) other quotes we were finding online for similar work. The crew arrived on time the following day, and completed the work in less than an hour. We went up to the attic to ensure the leak had been fixed, and the area is dry (it's now raining so we would definitely know if the leak continued to be a problem). In sum, the service was prompt, thorough, and professional.

This is the second time I used Roofer911, which in and of itself says a lot given the number of options in NoVA. I put in a request on Saturday afternoon and I knew Steve would get back to me same day, given my past experience. The roof was not an emergency so he said he would come on Monday. After the analysis, we were provided pictures and an estimate. We didn't have the work done until today. We are also having other work done and the contractors installed a new attic fan and Steve's guys fixed the roof around the new fan and told me that an old rusted vent was not connected to anything so they removed it and added plywood and roofing material. Standup guys. The price seemed reasonable, if not excellent, though I didn't do much looking around since most roof repair people don't answer the phone, let alone come same day, like he did the first time we used Roofer911.

Very pleased. Called Wednesday, Steven came out Thursday to give me a quote. I signed contract Saturday, and the work was completed that morning. The crew explained the work that was needed, and even showed me pictures of the specific areas that needed repair. Initially I thought I needed 3 pipe collars replaced, but the crew was able to repair 2 and only had to replace one. I appreciate their honesty as it saved me several hundred dollars.

Wonderful.. Steven came by and inspected our roof from the inside using an infrared dectector. We had had an area of ice damming in the past and wanted to make sure we had no water damage. In addition, our home is 11 years old and just wanted a double check. Steve is great to work with and super honest. Will definitely be calling on him again if we need any roofing or inspections or have ice dams. Great person to do business with.

I was referred to Roofer911 by a deeply trusted contractor that vouched for his services. I phoned Steve at Roofer 911 requesting he inspect our roof for $850 in repairs that another contractor said were 'urgent' (while installing gutter guards). He immediately verified I did not have a current roof leak/no emergency situation. I submitted a ticket online to the website with all my contact info, but was only able to upload one photo. I was able to upload all photos to his cell phone. He verified our roof was not leaking, and set an appt to check our roof. Steve was professional, punctual and thoroughly knowledgeable! NONE of the suggested repairs were required!
