Roofer 911

We had a leaky roof for a number of years. Had numerous handymen out to caulk and seal on the roof but never knew what the problem was. I had a thought that it had something to do with the ridge vents due to the water line on my ceilings. I finally decided to call a roofer. First Steve and Roofer911 actually picked up the phone when I called. He said he could be out the next morning to take a look. Note: I still have not gotten a call back from the other roofers. Steve was on time at 10:30 AM the next day. He did his assessment and confirmed my concerns. I had a quote from him in less than 30 minutes from when he left which said they could come back the next day and do the work. The price seemed fair and after asking around I found a friend that had used Roofer911 to fix a leaky bay window and had no complaints. The guys were out the next afternoon and got the work done in a timely manner and cleaned everything up. So far so good, I am looking forward to a dry winter.

Steve and his crew were great. They were prompt and professional. I called about a missing roof shingle and they came out the next morning. Upon inspecting the rest of the roof they noticed a defective roof flange. They gave me a fair price and fixed it right then. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Steven showed up the next day, first thing in the morning. Within 30 minutes we had an estimate. Within a hour or two of signing the contract, workers showed up. Within the day, everything was complete. I was AMAZED! Especially since I had still been waiting just for a final quote from another company.

This is the second time we have used Roofer911. In both instances they were highly responsive to our calls, responding at night and coming out the next day to evaluate the situation. They used an infra-red scanning device that can easily identify where leaks are coming from and helps to scope the work. They provide an estimate of costs within hours and can be there that day or the next to repair the roof. The crew was knowledgeable and friendly. The work was done promptly and they cleaned up nicely afterwards.

A two-man team arrived and immediately went to work removing shingles in the area of the leak. Both men worked repairing the roof with new material and shingles without stopping. Once the work was completed, the roof was cleaned.

Due to heavy rain, I noticed that my dining room ceiling had a water stain close to the sliding door and my front porch was getting flooded. I contacted Steven to set up an appointment to provide me with an estimate of the work that needed to be done. At first, I thought the water was coming in through the roof. However, after further inspection, Steven determined the water was filtering in from the gutters. Steven's crew worked during the evening and morning to ensure the work was done in a timely manner. All the issues were fixed including extra work that needed to be done, which was not included in the original quote. Overall, great service! Definitely recommend Steve and his crew. Thank you!

I sent him and description if what I needed done and he told me that he doesn't do leak protection for my type of problem. He was professional about the matter.

We decided to go with Roofer 911 because Steve, the owner, did a great job locating the source of a roof leak with the IR camera (flashing around a dormer was leaking). And then diagnosed why were might be having water seepage in our basement (sagging gutters). Steve himself did a great job, but I was less pleased with the work of the crew that repaired the roof and gutters. The roof leak is definitely fixed. However, we noticed that the work left some siding around the bottom of the dormer bent and curling upwards. Steve was very responsive and sent the foreman back out to fix it, but the issue remained. After a second visit, the foreman revealed that our siding was badly rotted. This left me irritated and confused. Why didn't he mention this the first time? Also, the company also does siding. It would have been in their interest to mention this. On the gutters, the pitch was successfully adjusted in the back of the house, and we haven't seen water in the basement since. This is great. The front still appeared a little off after the work was completed, so the foreman came back to readjust. However, in the front, the gutters are still occasionally overflow down the side of the house. We've emailed Steve about this, but probably because this is several months after the work was completed, he said he lacks records that they performed this work and has declined to come back out.

I can't say enough good things about Roofer 911 and owner, Steven. I called in the morning and he came out within 2 hours to personally assess the problem. He was prompt, very professional and warm. He is knowledgable and in my opinion , trustworthy. Good customer service is almost non-existent nowadays in spite of the numerous choices we have , so it was very refreshing to find Steven , who actually cares about the integrity of his company and providing excellent customer service. Honestly, since I've never had a roof repaired, I don't know what is the best price for these kinds of repairs , but even if I could find a cheaper deal, I would still choose Roofer 911 for peace of mind. I don't mind paying for a perfect and honest job. Steven's team was just as courteous and completed the work in an hour. They also reassured the quality of their job and that I can call them back anytime , even if it's past the warranty date. Thank you Steven for your service. JM

I emailed Roofer 911 after a small piece of the ceiling in my den popped out during a rain storm and water started dripping into the room. The next day Steven B came out to do an infrared inspection of the ceilings on the upper 2 levels of my home. He showed me where all the leaks were in my home and explained the potential future damage. He was very professional yet seemed to care about my problem. He was very truthful with me, never trying to sell me something I did not need. He then sent me a quote with pictures and detailed explanations of everything that would be done which I accepted online and then proceeded to schedule for the next day. Today the workmen came, knocked on the door and told us who they were and proceeded to do the job. When they were finished, they came to the door and told us they were finished and showed us that they had cleaned up all debris. Very wonderful company to do business with. We will not know until the next hard rain whether it fixed the problem but I would definitely do business with this company again.

It went very well. The source of the leak was identified, and Steve also checked all the other ceilings for dampness, and found none. Within 15 minutes after he left the house, we had a detailed estimate via e-mail, and although it was intermittently rainy, the repair team arrived a couple of hours later. After the repair was completed, we were shown four or five Ipad photos that documented the repairs that had been performed. This provider has excellent skills to locate and repair roof leaks, and is particularly adept at using available electronic media to augment the services anticipated and provided.

I was extremely impressed by Steve's promptness and professionalism. He took the time to not only explain but also show through infrared technology where water was leaking into my town home. The work was completed within a day of the inspection and proposal agreement and by all account was well done and of high quality. Roofer 911, in my experience, really cares about both the customer and the quality of work performed and is owned and operated by good and decent people. Would gladly do business with again.

I thought Steven, the owner, was fantastic. Typically in these type of situations, a business owner would still try to get his money out of the customer. Instead, Steven spoke to me about my problem and explained that he may not be the best fit for what I'm looking for. He recommended something else and was very professional about the whole issue.

Work was done that afternoon. Problem areas fully addressed. He had about a 3-man crew who took 2-3 hours to repair the problem areas (incorrect gutter line, and absence of sealing on stacks) and all was done in a timely fashion. Heck of a nice guy, too-very trustworthy and professional. I'd absolutely hire him again or recommend him to anyone who needs roof work. I did forget to ask him what he thought the longevity of my roof would be (it's about 10-years old, and this is a 20yr roof). but that's my fault. Highly recommended!

Steve from Roofer 911 contacted me right away and came out to perform the leak detection the next day. He found several locations where leaks were occurring, and gave me a quote for repairs. After several emails back and forth we decided to just replace the roof instead of repairing it, but I was very impressed with the time Steve took to respond to emails and explain things.

I emailed this professional early in the morning. By 10:15 AM he was in my home and identifying the source of my leak. It was so responsive and professional. HE THREATENED TO COME TO OUR HOUSE TO KILL US. We had a leak in our garage. When I first called him, he said he would be able to identify "the exact source of the leak". He incorrectly diagnosed it as rain water leaking from the roof. After him, two separate contractors came and identified the leak as coming from a pipe right above the garage. I tried to call him several times but he would not answer. So, I emailed him explaining the above, and stating that his incorrect diagnosis cost me time and money. He replied back to my email asking me to call back. When I called back, he tried to push the blame on me. When I tried to explain to him that his diagnosis was incorrect, he started yelling and cusing me, when I replied, he then threatened to come to my house to kill us. This is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever seen. Update, in reply to steven's response: If you knew anything about the law, you would not threaten to kill your customers, you would not make false claims, and you would not scam them.

Roofer 911 also fixed a window and sealed a balcony at no extra charge. I would highly recommend them.

Steven Briesemeister is the gentleman the came for the initial inspection and contract negotiation for the subsequent repairs. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about his trade. He went through the whole house checking for leakage or evidence of water damage including the attic/roof and ceilings of each floor of my 3-story townhouse. Steven showed me his equipments and instructed what the readings meant. He also noted a little mold in the attic and even though his company doesn't handle mold per se he said he was going to provide me with a reputable company that deals with mold. Still waiting on that information, so he may have forgotten that. In any event, Steven took me outside to show me what work needed to be done on the roof to repair the source of the leak. He got me a quote and contract and their workers came and completed the work on the same day. The price (the combined big deal coupon price and actual repairs) was acceptable and surely beats having to replace my entire roof. Now I'm just waiting for a particulary stormy day to see if the repairs worked. More to follow.

Steven did a step by step analysis from the basement to the top floor and climbed up on the roof as well. The experience he has is the value more than the gadgets, since if you have a million dollar gadget and don't know what you are looking at and/or where to look for issues, it is worthless. Roofer911 is a great combo of experience and equipment. We also liked the simple style of explaining whatever he saw and how he was confirming whether or not it was a leak or an air flow due to bad insulation in the corners or up top in the roof is the best part. Not many experienced people know how to communicate and now many people know how to use their gadgets at the right places or what the customer is exactly looking for. All in all, Steven went through every nook and corner and found leaks that wouldn't have been found otherwise and all his theories and documentation were confirmed by the builder who is now fixing it. This happens in a brand new home that was just built and closed less than a month ago, in my case. So you can imagine, what would have happened if I had not gone through the inspection, assuming that it is a brand new home. Mistakes are common across all builders be it the most expensive to the least expensive, especially because builders are competing for numbers and wrap up homes in couple of months with any sub-contractors who bid for the cheapest price. I am sure that you are experiencing the same and I would definitely recommend Roofer911 if you have a home with a roof (be it new or old).

Within the day, they had roofers come out strip the damaged roof and reinstall everything. I write this after having had a heavy rain and can confirm that no leak was present at all after service. It was quick and painless, thanks for a great job, Steve. Your years of experience made it such a positive experience, I woudl recommend you to anyone.

We highly recommend Roofer911! We received numerous estimates to have our roof repaired but in the end we felt most confident it would be done right with Steve and his team and it was. Even our neighbors commented on how our roofers "seemed to really know what they were doing!". We are very pleased with the thoroughness of the job done and the pleasant service Steve extends - the whole team is a pleasure to work with and that is rare in today's world! Steven arrived on time for the survey and quickly assessed the issue. He attempted to complete repairs the same day, however, he received an emergency call from another customer and had to depart. He promptly rescheduled for the following weekend. He called the day before to verify. His team showed up on time and ready to work. They began immediately and completed repairman about three hours. Courtesy and professionalism was quite evident in Steven and his team. We would definitely use his services in the future should we need more repairs or roof replacement. His guys came out LATER THAT DAY! They were great! Everything was fixed as discussed and they were very professional. His main contractor did a walk through of the damage first to re-confirm the work and then 2 guys finished the job. Everything was left clean. So I was waiting to post until after a big rain to see if the job worked. Well - I am very happy to say that it did! No water (as of yet). These guys were great! They also include a 6 month warranty on the work performed. I am sure we will have no more problems. Thanks again to Steve and his team.
