Steve was great! Very prompt & efficient - 2 important things I look for in a vendor. He evaluated the leaks, made a recommendation, provided an immediate estimate and had the 2 issues fixed by the end of the day.

Repair delayed a day due to the work team having truck issues - was not a concern as I did not need to be present for the work.

I had a work estimate in 15 minutes, signed it, and his crew completed the work the same afternoon at a price I considered to be very reasonable. We received immediate call backs and email responses every step of the way, from the request to the quote, to the scheduling and to the actual work performed. They showed up on time, performed the work, gave us an explanation of what they did and of what they found. Pricier than what I would have liked, but worth it due to the ease of scheduling and having the work done in a timely manner. Would use again.

What a professional and honest company! We had water come in thru our bathroom ceiling and needed it fixed. We called numerous companies and most gave us a week window to come out just to look at it to give us an estimate. Roofer 911 came out the next morning pin pointed the problem, gave us a very reasonable quote and had workers out to fix it by the afternoon. Next day appointment. Punctual and professional. Equipped with infrared inspection gun, he precisely identified compromised areas of the roof ridge and cleared the rest. Next day, the repair men showed up on time and did all the repairs in under and hour. Cleaned up the area and left. It was the most pleasant repair job around the house ever done.

This was one of the best experiences I have had with any vendors. He was very honest. He told me the service I'd paid for wasn't necessary. When roof damage was discovered, rather than just try to sell me a new roof, he cleaned roof, re-examined it and told me a new roof wasn't needed. He repaired the damage and I haven't had a problem since. Since I had a lot of work done on my house, this was such a pleasure to work with this company. Completely honest and good price. I would absolutely use him again!

Steven Breimeister the owner of the company did the inspection himself in the morning. He used infrared to assess the leaks without breaking any walls. Almost like taking a house X-ray but using an infrared hand scan. He was able to tell the trail of the leak, where the water was collecting, and where it was coming from. He scanned the entire fourth or top floor to spot if there where any other leaks that were just not visible at the time of inspection. The scan was also informative in pointing out walls that had no insulation which explained why those top floor rooms where so hard to keep cool in summer and warm in winter. I personally was really impressed because here is a man that is using technology to take the guesswork out of the inspection. he was able to assess my delemma with an accuracy that others in the business do not provide. In fact I personally was surprised of the leak when it happened since i had done roof maintenance about five months prior. But then this other company I had hired for the maintenance had not used infrared scan. When Steven did his inspection he was not aware of the maintenance I had recently had done on my roof. But i could tell from the results of his inspection that the problem areas in question were different than the maintenance I had done and would not be covered by warranty. He was able to have the inspection results and an estimate available to me in the early afternoon and let me know that if I signed the estimate that day he could have a crew out to fix it next day. He was so confident of his assessment and that he could fix it that he gave me a one year warranty. I accepted and he had a crew out the next day to fix it. His crew arrived the next day with the scan pictures that Steven had taken. they came in to confirm the assessment and orient themselves on the pictures that had been taken inside the house. i walked them and aswerered there questions. when they walked out they let me know that they would not need to walk in again for any reason to do their work and that I could leave if I so wished. And that is the way it was. Later on during the day I got a call from Steven to confirm the work had been completed and no complications like rotted beams had been discovered in the process of completing the work. I was pleasantly surprised by the speed and delivery of quality that the whole job was done and would not hesitate to use him again for any roofing concern or to refer him.

Working with Steve was a pleasure, and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He was kind and very informative. The men who did the work were professional, let me know when the work was done and left the work areas clean. Steve has been in the roofing business for many years and is very conscientious with an extremely good work ethic. I will recommend his company to anyone who has a roofing problem!

Steve was prompt a courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problems leading to several leaks in my roof. His crew was out the next day to make repairs and Jun was great. A very easy experience. I just hope it works...but won't know until the next big storm!

In an attempt to track down a leak on the ceiling in the kitchen (whether it was a plumbing issue or roofing issue) I bought the $99 roof inspection deal. My tenant said he never got out of his truck. Took pictures from his truck and emailed me estimate of work needing to be done. I declined. Update *** Service provider contacted me and explained that he did get out of the truck and took photos from the back yard.

With the caveat that the quality of the job will in some ways only be tested over an extended period of the roof's usage, after a few weeks, the roof seems great so far. Reasonable price, prompt reply, professional demeanor. Quick work, and Steve did me a personal favor to be able to schedule my inspection within a day and my full roof replacement with only 72 hours of delay. The roof has had a series of problems in the handful of years we've lived here, including several incidents of lost shingles and a significant leak only last year, which was also fixed. But with the new leak this year, it became clear that patches on a bad foundation weren't worth continuing with. I am very satisfied with the new roof so far.

Fantastic!! We scheduled an appointment for the initial inspection on July 14th and the work was completed on July 15th. We took advantage of the $99 'gold infrared leak detection'! I wasn't home to see the actual inspection but my husband was amazed at how this was done.....and believe me...that's saying quite a bit! They arrived on time, did a very professional repair and cleaned up all debris! I spoke with Steve and he assured me I would be pleased with the work and we have a 6 month warranty. I hired Roofer911 to fix 2 leaks in my roof. From the moment of the first contact, until the job was done everything went smoothly. I was impressed on how quick they came to my house and how quick they did the job. Steve was professional, knowledgeable, and explained how they were going to fix the leaks in great detail. I am extremely happy with the results, and would definitely use them again in the future.

We called the contractor late in the day and scheduled an appointment for the following day to look at some leaks we had in our roof. Stephen showed up promptly at the scheduled time and provided a quote within 20 minutes of leaving the house. The problems were thoroughly explained and the quote was detailed with pictures showing the damage to be repaired. Once we signed the quote we were told that the repairs would be performed on the same day (Friday). The work did not actually take place till Sunday, though this was because of frequent rain. It was explained that due to the large amount of shingles to be replaced, working in the rain would probably cause more damage and leaks. The foreman called us each day to update us on the schedule until the work was completed. The work was ultimately performed on Sunday (2 days later) when the weather cleared. When the work was able to be completed, the crew showed up on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently. The foreman also noted out sign on our door requesting visitors not to ring the doorbell due to a sleeping baby and went to great lengths to make the work as quiet as possible. Cleanup was very thorough, the foreman taking the time to run a magnetic roller through my yard to ensure all nails and metal debris were removed. The original quote was to replace the missing shingles, but when the crew got on the roof they discovered a bad flashing repair job around the chimney that was performed by a different contractor a year prior. The crew repaired this at no additional charge and I was informed that it would be no charge since the chimney was "visible from the ground at the time of the initial walkthrough." Walking the job later, I believe that it was unlikely that the bad flashing job could have been seen from the ground and I would have gladly paid for the repair, though I highly commend the contractor's policy to be honest and fair. Based on my experience I will continue to use this contractor for all of my future projects and am recommending them to all of my neighbors.

We contacted Roofer911 to help with a leaky box bay window. Within minutes he returned our phone call, asked about our problems, and said he could be to our home within 90 minutes to inspect the situation. He did, and he did. Steve did a complete investigation of our home. He started at the box bay but continued throughout our home using moisture meters and an infrared sensor allowing him to 'see' through the walls looking for other damage. When he was complete with his evaluation he had inspected every part of our home, identified the source of the leak, and within a half hour had an extremely reasonable estimate in our hands. Steve stated that his crew might make it to our house before the day is out (the inspection took place around noon) and if not, the next morning. Without fail his team was at our house by 3:30PM THE SAME DAY and completed all repairs outlined in Steve's proposal. Highly recommend Steve and his team at Roofer911.

Roofer 911 is the best! We had a persistent leak in our family room that a previous repair person did not fix property. The owner Steve came to our home on a Sunday morning and using infrared and other equipment showed us exactly where the moisture was coming from and where it was going. He then got on the roof and confirmed that it was the ridge vents and windows, not the flashing as we had suspected, that were the real source of the problem. He also proposed removing an old satellite dish over our sunroom, then patch and repair the spot so that we do not have to worry about leaks down the road. His team came the next day first thing in the morning, and did all the work and then some in record time. After it turned out that one roof component did not need to be replaced, Steve provided a generous and much appreciated discount. Steve has a real passion for his work -- it clearly matters a great deal to him that a job is done right -- and I have total confidence in him and his company.
