Purchased Roofer911 service for infrared scan with $50 repair credit, and the next day Steve contacted me. We met 2 business days later for the estimate. Steve checked all upstairs rooms carefully, then explained what he believed was causing the leak and what needed to be done to address it. He also suggested two additional actions (install of ridge vent and reinstallation of existing fan that had been improperly added to roof), but there no pressure to buy. I received his estimate within 15 minutes and his proposal included three options: 1) basic repair; 2) repair with ridge vent install; or 3) all 3 services. I usually don't buy added services, but the ridge vent install and fan reinstall was the right decision for this property. The very next day Steve's crew was on site to do the work. They were efficient and did a great job of cleaning up. I'm happy with the work that was done and would definitely use Roofer911 again should the need arise.

We moved in to a house that had had the roof replaced, but our inspector found the ridge vent had not been properly installed. We were also experiencing sewer gas smell in our basement. Steven came out and gave us a quote, he was very professional and knowledgable. The next day Joon and crew came out and did the work. Joon gave us a lot of good information, was right on time, and did a great job.

I called Steve concerning a leak in my bedroom ceiling and he came out the same day. Steve was professional, courteous, and thorough in his examination of both the inside and outside of our home. I like that he explained the problem to me and showed me the infra-red photos as we went through his inspection. He knows the roofing business thoroughly and is very knowledgeable. There were three areas that needed to be repaired to fully fix the problem. His crew came out the next day and made the repairs and his crew was as thorough and knowledgeable as Steve was. They showed me pictures of the repair areas before, during, and after the repair which was great. A professional interaction from beginning to end. Overall, if I know anyone who has a roofing problem, I would insist they use Steve for the repairs. He's simply the best.

There was a leak in a ceiling in one of our homes bedrooms. They found the source of the leak in my roof which was caused by incorrectly installed flashing. They removed and reinstalled the flashing, replaced the shingles and fixed the issue. The work was also guaranteed. Steve came out the morning after I called him and his team was on site 24 hours later. Wish there were more contractors like them. Would hire them again without hesitation.

With the recent rain my husband and I noticed water coming in through the roof of our all-weather sun room at the back of our house. Steve came over personally on a Saturday to look at the area. He looked at the sun room and then went up on the roof. He recorded a video showing not just the leak that we had called about, but a couple of other leaks we did not even know existed. He recorded areas on our roof showing us dried caulking that had shredded away leaving gaps for water to enter our house. He also showed another area that had previously been repaired incorrectly. He emailed us a quote within minutes after leaving and he even included a link for us to view the video that he had recorded. His team came to our home the next day - Sunday - and completed the entire job in just a matter of a few hours. I would absolutely use him again.

Cleaning was very professional -- they used a magnetic "roller" to pick up any nails that may have landed in the yard. The supervisor of the actual project was very knowledgeable and professional. They kept all their materials contained to one area.

We were very pleased with our experience and would definitely use them again. The infrared pictures were really useful as we had leaks in our bathroom ceilings that we were unaware. Very prompt, courteous, and thorough.

Steve (Roofer911), showed up at appointment time. Did an infrared scan of the ceiling and found multiple leaks in the front and back of the home. Two of the four ridge vents were appearently leaking surmised due to location of the water marks and his past experience. We discussed the options and he recommended repair of all four ridge vent. He structured the job for two ridged vents with the option for four ridge vents based upon finding the problems. A crew showed up the next day and It turned out that all four ridge vints were not properly installed (Never chaulked and all nails into plywood, none into roof rafters), Problem was corrected. Minimum of damage, and work was completed within 1 1/2 hours. Actual bill was less than estimated. Roofer911 did a prompt quality job. Now I have to wait for a hard wind driven rain to see the results.

Steve came by the same day I called and provided an in depth review and explanation of what was causing the leak and why how it can be rectified. He was very professional and polite. He also provided an infrared scan of our home and located many areas where the previous contractors removed but did not replace insulation thus saving us quite a bit in heating costs. Steve assured us that the problems will be solved 1000%. Steve and his team arrived 2 days after the initial inspection, they too were very professional and polite. Work was completed that day except for the gutter replacement which was done the following day due size issues. We had some serious rain here yesterday and the night before and no leaks. Two other contractors attempted to fix this problem and were unsuccessful. Two skylights reflashed and refitted with flashing having to be situated underneath the vinyl siding. Gutter replacement Roof "valley" tile replacement and repair. We are extremely satisfied with the work done and would use Steve again.

Couldn't be happier. I expected good service based on prior reviews, but Steve's professionalism, candor, and speed to execution went well beyond my best hopes.

Steve and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, and PROMPT. Steve was very thorough in his explanations of both the problems he identified and what needed to be done to fix each. We were emailed a detailed proposal shortly after meeting with him, and we were able electronically sign it, return it, and receive a PDF of the final agreement within what seemed like just a few minutes. The work was completed the following day. Steve's narrated video provided the best opportunity we've ever had to really understand what needed to be done and what the plan was to take care of it. Also, since he uploaded the video to YouTube, we were able to review again later in the day. The roof looks wonderful -- the replacement shingles are visually indistinguishable from those that they replaced. The crew left nothing behind but improvements to indicate that they had been here. Steve phoned to ensure we were satisfied with the job and to remind us that there is a 6 month warranty on workmanship. He obviously loves his work and genuinely cares about providing quality service.

Steve came to the house within several hours after the call. Examination was thorough. Repair was fast. Would use this provider in the future if needed.

On Friday, 9/25/15, after a particularly heavy rain I noticed a discoloration below the southern edge of my Master bath window. On closer inspection the drywall in that area was soft and the in the same area but above the window there was a crack that went all the way up to the master bath ceiling and It was also soft. so I went to the dormer which is the floor right above it. The area of dormer window and ceiling was dry and had no sign of leak. I called Roofer 911 and he came by the next morning. By this time the wall had dried sufficiently that readings of moisture were low or insignificant but the evidence of a leak was still there: my finger indentations on a once soft moist drywall and the crack. Steven of Roofer911 checked out the dormer and went out of the window to check the roof below it down to the gutter. He also did a visual inspection of the rear of the house. He concluded that the causes of the leak were more than likely do to a shallow pitch of the rear gutter that allowed water to overflow on the wall on heavy rains and along with a short overhang of shingle off the edge of the roof that allowed water to meander to the rafter and wall before it hit the gutter. He scheduled his crew to do the work on Sunday. He was particularly busy that week but he wanted to have the work done before the next heavy rain. He told me I did not have to be home for the job. So I left that day and when I got back that evening there was a curtesy call from Steven of Roofer911 as he does in the completion of all his jobs informing me the detail of their work and that it was completed. That night and the day after we again had some heavy rains and the leak in the master bath has not reappeared since.

I had JW Home Improvements doing repairs on interior damage from a prior leak and they noticed that the dry wall on the opposite side of the dormer that they were working showed signs that might be do to a leak. I thought it would be great if I could have the roof repaired prior to the completion of the drywall repair so that I could have the people doing the drywall work take care of any potential problems. Roofer911 exceeded all expectations. Roofer911 was there the next morning. He verified that indeed there was a leak, the source of the leak, and assured me that moisture measurements were still low and that mold would not be a concern--- that once the source of the leak was stopped what any residual moisture that was in the walls would just dry off on its own. He had an estimate emailed to me the early that afternoon and he fixed the roof leak the very next day. While his workmen were here on the roof they discovered early in the job that the real problem was that the section of the roof north of the front dormer had been improperly installed and was missing the membrane that goes underneath the shingles. Yet despite this hurdle roofer 911 finished the job within the same day of arrival. Within a few days time from the repair the drywall hardened as he had foretold indicating that the residual moisture in the wall was gone. Beyond his punctuality and dedication to quality his quick response to my concerns have been key to removing the stress and tension of repairing my roof. And I would like to add that my roof is no easy job its a four story town house with nine to twelve foot ceiling per floor. Many if not most roofers decline to meet the challenge of repairing my roof.

Mr. Briesemeister came to my house to assess some water damage in my kitchen and performed an inspection of the outside walls and gutters. He also (at no charge!) did an infrared scan of all the rooms on the upper floor to make sure there were no leaks. I cannot be more happy and satisfied with his knowledge, professionalism, friendliness, and service. I strongly recommend that you give him a call for all matters related to roofs and water leaks. I am glad I found him and I highly recommend his services.

Despite all of the service companies in the area being extremely busy with the storm damages, I called Roofer 911 yesterday afternoon and the owner was at my home at 7:40 am this morning. Very professional and knowledgeable. When I need a new roof, I will certainly call them back!

Steve is very professional. After purchasing the infrared leak detection package and scheduling an appointment for an estimate, I canceled at the last minute due to a false alarm. I was satisfied with the transaction/experience and would use Roofer 911 in a heartbeat.

After 3 days of heavy rain, there was a big wet spot on the ceiling of my bedroom (2nd floor). It was Saturday, I called the phone number of roofing 911 and Steve picked up. The scheduling was quite easy and the next day, Steve showed up in my house with his imaging gear. He scanned the ceiling and pointed to me all the damp places, he told me that the roof ridge cap need to be fixed and I need to take out all the wet insulation in the attic to prevent molding. He gave me pictures of his scanning result so that I can find the places where the wet insulation are, that was very helpful when I got into the attic. He sent his crew on Monday to fix the leak. Even though I need to wait till the next rain to see the result, I'm very confident that Steve does a great job.

What a great experience! I am so impressed with Steve and his company. First of all Steve was right on time. Second, he is such a pleasant man to deal with. He is genuinely a very honest and sincere man. Steve performed an Infrared inspection of my roof in every room and closet of my third floor townhouse. This was so cool! Steve, then showed me pictures on the infrared device where problems existed. I have had a manual roof inspection done once or twice before. However, I never really felt comfortable with the results I received in these prior inspections. That is not the case this time. Then as promised, Steve prepared a price quote and said it would be emailed to me in around 10 minutes. That proposal also included photos of the damaged areas we saw on the infrared device. The price quote was extremely professional. It spelled out what work was going to be done and the exact cost of everything. All I needed to do was type my name and enter my credit card info. That was it. Steve's crew will be here tomorrow to do the work. Steve is a man of his word. I felt so comfortable dealing with him. You don't find too many contractors like that around anymore. I look forward to further working with him and his company.

Will post again once the work is complete. My scheduled appointment for roof repair was October 4th; however towards COB, Steven called to advise his repair crew would not be able to do the repairs on this date. Steven apologized, then advised his crew would be at my house the next am. Soon after talking with Steven, one of his field crew managers called to again apologize for not making the scheduled date. The crew manager assured he would be at my house the next am to begin repairs. On Oct 5th, a two man repair team arrived at my house late am. They assessed the damage - finding more damage then previously assessed - and immediately went to work. The crew manager advised I may have some additional costs due to the extensiveness of the damage which was not previously known. The team spent two hours conducting repairs. They also gratuitously repaired some loose vinyl siding on my house, as well as did some preventive maintenance that was not part of the scheduled repair. They were very thorough, and cleaned up all accumulated debris and mess subsequent to completing the repairs. On Oct 6th Steven called me to advise that due to his team not making the original appointment date - as promised - he was not going to charge any additional costs for the additional repairs. Steven was exceptionally professional and attentive to me as a customer. It was very clear Steven was cognizant of customer service, as well as good quality workmanship. Highly recommended.

*** UPDATE: Apparently none of my emails or voicemails were received. Steven arrived at my door this morning around 8AM after seeing my review on Angie's List and getting my address from it, apologizing profusely for the issue. He did a walk through with a thermal imaging camera to find and record the water damage and diagnosed the problem as an improperly installed ridge vent, provided a written report and the video, and had a work crew onsite within an hour or so of me signing the paperwork. The crew worked quickly on a miserable rainy day to get the job done and were finished within an hour and half. Overall, the experience went from terrible to great. When it's time to replace the roof, I'll definitely give them a call first. ------ I came home to a wet ceiling in a bathroom after a recent heavy storm. I left a message with Roofer911 in the hopes of a quick callback in the morning, as well as submitting a request through their online form. I ended up calling them back mid morning and speaking to Steven, who asked me to send an email with my address, and he would be out himself between 7am and noon the next day, which I did immediately after hanging up, about 9:30. I did not receive a response to the email, and my phone call to confirm the appointment the next day went unanswered. No contact, did not show up. I still have a serious leak in my roof and the lost day and a half means all the other roofers in the area are booked up with damage from the storm. Extremely unprofessional to make an appointment and not meet it or even warn that you won't make it. I now expect to have even more damage as a direct result of this no show.

I was truly amazed that not only did I speak to the owner on the initial phone call but he advised me he could assess the problem, provide an estimate, and complete the repair work the next day. He mentioned he wanted to complete the work asap as we were expecting a week of rain. Other companies I've called did not or took forever to even return my call. After he used infared to assess my leak, he emailed me the contract and had a crew out here within 2 hours. The work was completed and the area cleaned before 2:00pm that day. I will definitely use this company in the future and will email my neighbors, who have similar leaks, and suggest that they used this company.

Another superb job by a top-rated Angie's List company. We called Roofer 911 after discovering water damage in our 93 year-old mother's house. They surveyed the house the next day, and did the job the day after that. The work was skillfully done. The crew was prompt, courteous, and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again.
