Description of Work: Replaced about 5 missing shingles and re-sealed the affected area. Very responsive, friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Steve arrived promptly. He introduced himself properly. He was organized and carried what he needed to assess the problem. He listened to my evaluation. He did his evaluation, and identified the problems quickly, but then pointed out the cause of something I had noticed and knew was trouble, but wasn't sure how to manage. He explained how each problem could be corrected. He stated that he would email the estimate within 15 minutes. Wow: Photographs with arrows pointing to areas to be addressed and itemized format for repairs. I signed electronically and the workers arrived about 1.5 hours later, and finished the work in 2 hours. They showed me the work when they were finished and left a perfectly clean area.

Description of Work: I called Steve at around 4PM on a Thursday explaining I had a problem with the ridge cap on my roof. He was there early Friday morning as scheduled and we agreed on work to be done and a price. Antonio, Steve's assistant, and his crew were there within two hours and the work was completed by 4PM. Good work, pleasant crew.

Within minutes of my initial phone call, a photo was exchanged, an estimate was provided and the actual repair was completed within several hours. Do not even hesitate...call them for repair!! Description of Work: They came on time. He was able to diagnose a problem which has plagued my roof for years, put together an estimate, have his guys onsite and complete the repairs, in less than 5 hours. Yeah, he's that good. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Fixed a leak in the roof that was causing damage to the insulation in cathedral ceiling.

They also repaired roof vent and replaced missing shingles. |Everything went well and completed in a timely manner to repair a leak in our roof. The roofer showed up first thing in the morning and provided a detailed analysis and proposal to fix the leak. The repair crew came early that afternoon and carried out all the repairs that were listed in the proposal. We had a heavy rainstorm two days after the work was completed and there was no water leaking. Very organized and professional.

Description of Work: Roofer911 was exceptionally prompt in coming out to investigate my leakage problem, and provided photos of the problem along with a quote the next day. I got two other quotes. Roofer911 was half the price of the other two. Once I gave go-ahead, they came out the next day and made the repairs. I didn't need to be home for any of it, so not lost time at work for me. I even paid over the phone. They made it SO easy. Best part--it just poured cats & dogs and not a drop came into the house. Nice job, Roofer911!

Description of Work: REPAIRED LEAK IN ROOF. I WAS SO RELIEVED THAT i did not require a new roof! HE INSTALLED FLASHING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROOF WHERE THERE WS WARPING,AND FIXED THE LEAK IN MY DINING ROOM CEILING. IT WAS A MAJOR RELIEF. HE TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT STORMS TO SEE HOW THINGS GO BEFORE REPAINTING THE CEILING. HE SHOWED PROFESSIONALISM AND CONCERN. HE SAID THAT IT WAS DUE TO IMPROPERLY PLACED NAILS FROM THE LAST ROOFING.

Description of Work: Roofer responded promptly, was completely knowledgeable as to how to diagnose problem. And repair work was expertly repaired the same day. Several rain storms later we are leak free. |I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: After he identified the problem areas with my roof, he gave me a written estimate later that day. The estimate was detailed. I accepted and he returned the next day to do the work. By the way, that infrared gun was very cool. He let me see the problems for myself. I feel confident that the problems have been caught before they could get much worse. He pulled up a large area of the shingles and replaced them. He also fixed part of the gutters, which were not lined up properly.

Description of Work: Attempted to discover and correct the source of a strange area of moisture in the corner of a wall. Both the company owner and Jorge, the man who actually climbed onto the roof were responsive and earnest in their desire to remedy the situation. They returned a second time at no additional charge when the issue wasn't fully resolved the first time.

Description of Work: Steve as on time and was able to identify the root cause of the leak in our foyer and upstairs in the bedroom, within 10 min of being inside the house. He was cordial and seemed to know this line of work well, and was thorough with his assessment. |

Description of Work: Did what our first roofing contractor failed adequately do TWICE and still wanted us to pay them for trying a THIRD time. Roofer911 came out, evaluated the situation, and identified what they "guaranteed" was the source of continuing water entering our home. They were even willing to work on a warm sunday in January before a predicted snowfall on Monday in order to protect our home. They began in the morning and finished at sundown on Sunday evening. Since then, no more water in the house. The multiple roof lines and peaks presented a challenge, but Roofer911 welcomed the challenge and did an outstanding job. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone who wants to address a roof problem, especially a difficult one.

Description of Work: Completely wrong diagnoses! Made a long list of problems and hold me the roof was incorrectly installed by the builder. Was pushing me to sign and repair the roof for $1900. Luckily I had a second roofer come out and check the leak which I thought was a roofing issue but it ended up being $100 plumbing issue. Would never use Roofer 911.
