I would not recommend them to anyone. They do not seem to care about anything but making a buck.

We have a contract with them and they come out on a quarterly basis. We have used their services for many years now and they do a decent job. The quality of their work is good and their responsiveness is very good too.

I did not have any termite problems while using this company's services. I was disappointed about promises that were made when I upgraded from their old trap system to the newer system. At the time I was having an addition put on the house. When the traps were installed they did not account for where the addition would be but I was told by the company that these types of changes were covered and that once the addition was in I should call them to have the trap system adjusted around the changes of my house. Once the addition was finished I did call the company, they sent out a rep, and he said that I would be charged for the changes to the system. Then he tried to sell me on the chemical treatment which would cost about $3000 for the house, plus $75 per quarter. I called Orkin, they did the same work for less than half the cost, their annual charge is lower, and monetary ceiling on their warranty is higher.

I am very pleased with this company. We have used them for a least ten years and they were willing to replace our old monitors with updated ones. The always leave you evidence that they have inspected the monitors.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR ALMOST FOUR YEARS. I AM CONFIDENT IN THEIR SERVICE AND THEY ALSO PROVIDE A WARRANTY AGAINST ANY INFESTATION. AFTER SERVICING THE HOUSE, THEY ALWAYS LEAVE A NOTE EXPLAINING ALL OF THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDED.

SENATE COMES AUTOMATICALLY EVERY QUARTER AND CHECKS THE BURIED TERMITE SENSORS FOR ANY INDICATION OF TERMITES. WHILE I HAVE NOT HAD ANY TERMITES AT MY HOUSE, THERE HAS BEEN SOME IN THE COMMUNITY AND WANT TO PROTECT THE HOUSE FROM BIG DOLLAR DAMAGE.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT THEY COME OUT EVERY THREE MONTHS AND FORM THAT SERVICE I WOULD NOT USE ANYONE ELSE THERE WOULD BE NO REASON TOO. THEY ARE SO POLITE.

I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ALL PEOPLE I KNOW THAT THEY SHOULD CONTACT AND WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE THEIR PRICES AND MANNERISM WERE REASONABLE AND SUFFICIENT FOR WHAT THEY DID.

A SALESMAN CAME OUT TO TELL US WE WOULD NEED A NEW BAIT SYSTEM. HE WAS VERY INAPPROPRIATE AND TREATED ME POORLY. HE USED POOR SALES TACTICS--SCARE TACTICS. I CONTACTED THE HEAD OFFICE AND THEY HAD HIM LEAVE. THEY ASSURED ME THEY WOULD FOLLOW UP. THEY DID NOT CALL FOR OVER TWO WEEKS. I FELT DISAPPOINTED IN A COMPANY I HAD RECOMMENDED TO SEVERAL OF MY NEIGHBORS. I AM STILL WAITING TO HAVE THIS RESOLVED.

THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PROFESSIONAL AND UNDERSTANDING EVEN WHEN WE HAVE FORGOT TO OPEN THE GATE AND THEY HAD TO COME BACK FOR THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THIS COMPANY FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS. THEY COME OUT QUARTERLY AND INSPECT THE TERMITE STATIONS. WE RECEIVE NOTICE THAT THE INSPECTIONS HAVE BEEN PERFORMED BY WAY OF INSPECTION REPORT THAT IS LEFT ON THE FRONT DOOR.
