Description of Work: Rick Jr was the one who came out to give me an estimate and the one to eventually send the estimate to me. He was very professional and courteous, and the crew did a good job. They also came out promptly when they need to make some adjustments. The only frustrating experience I had was responsiveness of the office. I had to keep calling over and over again and the lady that picked up, while pleasant, never got back to me what I needed. Eventually, Rick Jr was the one who got the estimate to me and got a crew out. I am very happy with the work, but they could definitely use improvement with their administrative staff. The crew that came out to install, and the crew that came out for the adjustment were all very polite, pleasant and hardworking. I would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreFound company through recommendation in Washingtonian Magazine. Company rep arrived promptly when scheduled and provided detailed estimate. Very knowledgeable and pointed out problems I had not yet discovered that needed to be repaired. Very professional, w/one catch. I did not hire them because they refused to provide references or contact information for people who had work done by them. They would provide "testimonials", but would not give me the locations of their jobs or contact information so that I could talk to anyone that they had worked for or so I could check out their work, stating that it was an invasion of their customer's privacy. They have been in business for over 20 years, so they can't be doing too bad, but when I originally made my request to the receptionist, she acted insulted and incredulous, as if my request was out of the ordinary. She passed my request on to Rick Jr, who returned my call and spoke to me about it, but never acted upon my request.
Description of Work: Contacted company to provide estimate for wrought iron railing that had deteriorated due to exposure to rainwater.
