Mr. Giles, the owner of this company, is an amazing professional to interact with. He was incredibly responsive, clearly knows his trade, and was very quickly able to schedule the work that I needed done at my house. His installers were outstanding. The painting crew he subcontracted with for the rail work on the porch were thorough and did a very good job. The work was completed within a few days of my initial call to Reliable Rails. I would highly recommend this company.

Lawrence responded quickly with an estimate. He showed me a book with hundreds of fancy options, but I decided a simple style that, I think, suits my modest home. I paid a deposit of 1/2 the total cost. Three weeks later, Anthony installed it professionally and efficiently. In the picture there is caution tape on it because it takes a day for the concrete to harden around the posts. I think it looks great!

After contracting Reliable Rails, Inc., it was easy to schedule a time for them to come out to give me an estimate. The owner of the company called me on route to say he was on his way, 15 minutes before his designated appointment. The owner arrived, he listened to my specifications, asked questions, and provide me with an estimate. I'd also receive other estimates for the work, and Reliable Rails was the lowest bid. The hand rails were installed approximately 4 weeks later, I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. I live in a historic house that was built in 1912, I wanted something to fit the historic structure. Reliable Rails, gave me exactly what I requested. When the work was completed, the hand rails looked as if they were always in place!. I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend Reliable Rails. I am SO VERY HAPPY! My 45 year old while wrought iron rail was rusted and ugly. I needed a new rail. Both Bina and Lawrence suggested I go with black, powder coated to prevent rust; they said it holds up better. After reflecting on their advice, I thought the black might enhance the lines of my white house. It did. I smile every time I go outside. My neighbors all love the new look. The quality of the rail is outstanding. The crew did a wonderful job installing it. Note: I paid $1,960 for approximately 20 ft of railing. I had another estimate that was slightly lower (but painted not powder coated), and 2 others at $7,000 (I don't think they wanted the job.) I went with Reliable Rails because I like Lawrence and Bina; I think they are very good people and they care about their product and customers.

It was WONDERFUL from start to finish. We left an email for the owner (Lawrence Giles of Reliable Rails), and he returned our call the same day. We discussed what we wanted in a general way and Lawrence came by the following day to assess the job. He made some useful suggestions to help us clarify our thinking, and quoted us a fair price. His co-worker ('Anthony') came by two days later and did an excellent job of making sure we understood what we were getting, and were happy with the way Anthony presented the railings in a temporary 'mockup' of what the installed railings would look like. He carefully explained what the next steps would be and marked with chalk where the railings would be drilled into the stone steps. My wife and I worked on other tasks in the house and Anthony called us back to see the completed project. The freshly installed (and painted) iron railings look GREAT! Anthony showed us how he had installed the railings with nice finishing caps the would prevent any water from leaking in around where the railings were fastened to the stone steps. Lawrence and Anthony we great to work with, as they communicated everything and then did exactly what they said they would do. I recommend Reliable Rails 100%. It went very well. I met with the representative and showed him what I needed. He measured the distance and height of the steps. This had to be custom made. When it was ready, which was a couple of weeks, the installer came and put it in.

Lawrence repaired and repainted it and it looks great! The job was delayed due to weather however Lawrence kept me informed and completed the job as rescheduled.

Very efficient, crew came when scheduled and was finished installing railings within 2 hours.

Lawrence was great to work with. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted but we explained our concerns. We wanted a rail that was unobtrusive and we needed to have access from the porch to the water spigot behind the bushes. Lawrence suggested the open design solution that worked best. The crew was quick and clean and did a great job!

They were quick to respond and very easy to deal with. They were lovely. There was a small issue the first time they came to install the rails, so they let me know what was going on. They took them back to the shop, fixed it, then came out the next week and installed them.

Working with Bina Giles and Deundrae was great. They were patient, professional, and articulate in explaining the project, scheduling, and costs with me. I really enjoyed working with them. The work was done as described...the 4 posts were replaced and painted to look just like new. Great job!

It went great! I called and they said they could provide and estimate the next day. He showed up right on time and provided a number of helpful options. He said he could repair or replace the railing. He took all the measurements on the spot, provided a quote that night. We approved the next day. He said it would be 6 weeks which was fine with us. 5 weeks later or rails were installed! Smooth and painless transaction. Would definitely hire again and recommend!

From the time I found Reliable Rails on this site until the job was done was less than a week. Once we agreed on the price and scope of work, it was 3 days. I am very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend them.

Went great. Took approximately eight weeks from start to finish, but I was told up front that they were running about three weeks out.

I knew what I wanted. The company delivered just what I had ordered, on time and the installation was perfect (on our new front stairs). I shopped around and know this was the best price for my specs.

Lawrence was awesome. He answered all of my questions, was very patient (there was a lag between when I received estimates vs. when I made the decision), and provided a great product. The install team was very nice. They were clean, efficient, and professional in their work

Work done was done well on the agreed morning. We had a touch of communication issue but nothing major and since the work was done by when it had to be done (selling of the house), all good.

The estimate and repair did not require us to be home, both occurring on time. As before, the work looks like new, and I expect the repair to last. I ended up speaking to four different people during this transaction, all polite, professional, and knowledgeable, no problems at all. They require half now, pay in full upon completion, which is not a problem for this small job. Should the final third of our railing need repair, I know where to turn.

It was great. I e-mailed them and had a response within 10 mins. When we final decided what was best for the space, it was a few weeks to getting it installed. Everyone was very professional and polite. Great people to work with.

If we could give Reliable Rails an A++ rating we would do so! They were a pleasure to do business with from the first phone call through the completion of the project. We had an emergency situation, and when we asked if they could expedite our timing, they far exceeded our expectations. The installation went like clockwork and the final product turned out beautifully. Also, we were very happy with the price. We wish we knew a dozen friends that needed new handrails because we would refer them all to Reliable Rails! We wish them much success in all their future projects!

The Reliable Rails team did a great job at a fair price. The team securely reattached the stairway - much more solid than the original connection - and repainted everything. The stairway looks like new. I highly recommend them.
