The job was quickly and efficiently done. The owner and the installer were very professional and the installation was solid.

I explain to them I had a bad experience with one company and they started off by saying we not like other company we can bet there price not true and we can make it how you want not true I told them I need black and bronz to match my furniture I get a email with the quote of 4,500 just for a plain black wrought-iron handrail when I found another company that can do everything I ask for 3,700 I attached the conversation of the email when we spoke and what they try to charge me for a plain black handrail

I was contacted promptly after submitting my request for an estimate. Mr. Giles arrived on time for our scheduled estimate meeting and had the estimate sent over the same day. The product was ready and installed EARLIER than the promised delivery time (which is almost unheard of in this area). The installers were also, on time, courteous and very respectful of my property. We are very pleased with the new rails, they are exactly what we envisioned and we would highly recommend working with Reliable Rails to anyone!!

Excellent experience with Reliable Rails. Imagine calling up a company you haven't talked to before at 6PM, and the owner answers. Imagine having a wrought iron railing 12 feet above ground suddenly come loose---really loose. Not only did Mr Giles listen and know what I was talking about, he asked if I could send him pictures. I did. Within a few minutes he said that was what he thought, the price was very reasonable and the job could start the next day (p/u railing, fix it, paint it) and be finished the day after that (bring it back, secure it). The job was done as described, and Tim, the installer was prompt, careful, and skilled. What more could a customer ask for? Thank you, Mr. Giles and Tim.

Reliable Rails did a great job. He was able to repair a broken rail on the rear basement railing saving me the cost of replacing it it. He also installed hand railings on the front portico of the house. The look terrific. They were real professionals.

Lawrence worked with us on design for a new iron railing inside our town house to replace an old wooden rail. Installation went well and the rails look fantastic. Lawrence and Bina were responsive to questions quick to follow up with a few design changes. We would certainly use the company again for future projects again. Thank you.

Lawrence was awesome and made the process very simple. We showed him a picture of what we wanted, showed him where we wanted it, and he handled the rest. Price was in the range we were expecting, job was done quickly, and he was able to accommodated a slight special request we had as well. Highly recommended.

Very well in both cases, one of which was a much larger job than the other. A couple of small installation glitches that were corrected the same day, so there was no real problem at all.

Company responded very quickly to my initial request. Installation was done the next week, and they even accommodated a last-minute change from me. I'm very pleased with the result.

When the representative gave me an estimate for the work, he gave me the choice of repairing or replacing the railings. He suggested repair, and didn't try to upsell me to a complete replacement. He arrived promptly to do the work, and the work was neat and efficiently done.

Excellent. They responded to my request quickly. Gave me an estimate, and performed the work within a few days after I accepted. The workmanship was excellent and I like the new look of my front porch.

Very well. It was a small job and we were delighted that they could fit it in. For the replacement they matched the existing metal and the resulting railing seems very sturdy. We were quite lpleased with he results.

1/23/18 - I set an appt for the next morning for Lawrence Giles to come over and give me an estimate. 1/24/18 - Lawrence Giles showed up on time and took measurements of what I wanted. Before he left, he said he would email me an estimate. Later, I received the estimate which said how much each railing job would cost individually and that I would get a $50 discount (from the $800 estimate) if I authorized both jobs. I authorized both jobs. I then prepaid for 50% ($375) of the work. 2/1/18 - The installers for the basement railing showed up a few minutes earlier than what I was told. That's OK, I was ready for them. About an hour later, the installer for the stoop railing showed up and he installed the railing in about an hour. Because that railing was sunk into drilled holes and was secured by concrete, I was told not to use it until the next morning. With the yellow "caution" tape on the railing, it looked like a small crime scene. I got to use the basement railing almost right away after a small amount of touch up paint had dried. 2/2/18 - I untied the caution tape and used my stoop railing for the first time. Yippie! I have hip arthritis and have been using crutches since 2012. Because the stoop slopes (I think for water drainage), I always had to be really careful going down the stoop. Other houses on my block with 3 steps or more had the railings put up in 1980, when the houses were built. My stoop only has 2 steps, but I wanted one for safety. I got the permission from my HOA. My basement handrail was wooden. I had duct tape across the top because I had gotten splinters in my hand years ago. It was also too wide to wrap my hands around it, so again as a safety item, I wanted the wrought iron railing as a strong railing, which I could wrap my hands around. It was installed against a concrete wall just opposite the existing wooden railing. So now I have two railings. Even better!

Unlike several other companies we contacted for estimates, Reliable Rails responded promptly to our initial inquiry and Lawrence came out the very next day to assess the situation. He understood exactly what was needed and we are delighted with the beautiful result which looks as though it has always been there and best of all is now once again sturdy. Even though the weather was very cold and uncooperative, they also delivered on their promise to have it installed in time for our Christmas party so we would not have to worry about the safety of our guests. Lawrence and Bina GIles were both a total pleasure to deal with and we would not hestitate to use them again!

The railings that were delivered matched the size and style that we requested. The finish is particularly attractive. My wife had one concern about the flooring for the new balconies. Reliable Rails heard our concern and quickly provided an adjustment to the original fabrication. The manner which the firm acknowledged and addressed our concern demonstrates their determination to make customers satisfied both in process and product.
