Description of Work: One of my railings broke. It was over 60 years old, so I guess it was metal fatigue. I decided to replace all the railings in my 2 story house. Reliable Rails came out, inspected the railings and measured for new ones. They gave me detailed estimates. After signing the contract, they and came out and installed new railings, both indoor and outdoor. They were fast and the work was done neatly and quietly. Very impressed with this company's products and services.

Description of Work: The stair railing came loose from the side of our small front porch. It was very easy to set things up with Reliable Rails through email, which I prefer. In one day they came, replaced the rusted out rails and reinstalled it on the porch. It feels very sturdy. We will recommend them to neighbors.

Description of Work: Reliable Rails staff were very helpful in picking short house entrance exterior stair rails that fit nicely in the space. They were really prompt in coming out, they made an appointment to come out and sent the estimate immediately and they were very, very timely and nice. They were really attentive and it certainly wasn't an issue of their personality. It was a very positive interaction. I would recommend them to other people even though we will not be using them.
Description of Work: Reliable Rails Inc gave us a bid for replacing our chain link fence with a rot iron fence.

+ -1 moreThey were very friendly on the phone and came out right away to give us an estimate for fabricating and installing custom, wrought iron rails on flagstone-covered stairs that go from our screened porch to our patio. Their estimate was was about $70 less than other places we checked with. It took less than two weeks for Reliable Rails to fabricate, paint and then install the rails after we signed the contract and gave them a desposit, which we think is a great turnaround time. The rails themselves are beautiful and they are very sturdy. I only wish they would have cleaned up a little better -- there was some white residue on our patio, patio furniture and flower pots. That said, we would use them again (but we'd request a more thorough clean-up).

I highly recommend them to anyone who needs railing work done. I am attaching a photo so you can see how terrific my steps look now....and my mailbox!
Description of Work: I had new wrought iron railings built and installed on my front steps, which had been covered with flagstone. I was not sure I wanted the railings, although my husband did...but now that I have them, they are the perfect finishing touch and much safer than having no railings at all. They also installed my new post mailbox into a cement footer....I had not been able to find ANYONE who could install it, and other companies were telling me how dfificult it would be. Reliable Rails made it look easy and they did it quickly and beautifully.

The price was a bit higher than other vendors, but included more work (e.g., painting new rail posts). Ultimately, the company agreed to come down in price to an amount closer to other vendors. Reliable Rails also worked with a tight timeframe for completion. They arrived on the job site on time and finished in about an hour.
