Description of Work: Owner met me for initial consult on what I wanted done - railing for basement staircase that presented a fall hazard, and hand rails for front and back stairs to house. He had lots of helpful suggestions - what would look good, what might not. Fabrication and installation were a relatively quick turnaround. One item wasn't exactly what I had asked for, and he was very responsive, quickly corrected it and got the right railing installed. I higtly recommend Reliable Rails.

Description of Work: I highly recommend this company. They responded in a very professional manner to my telephone inquiry. I thought the railings would need to be completely replaced as they are original to the house. However, the owner (Lawrence) saw no reason why repairs could not be made, followed by sanding, priming and painting. Consequently, by following their recommendation I saved over $1,600. Description of Work: Although we had a bit of a glitch on the scheduling, these guys were great. They fixed our wrought iron fences and because of the small glitch with timing gave us a discout. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: I wanted to get a hand railing for the six steps that lead from one level of my yard to another, so I called Relaible Rails. Lawrence came out the next business day after my call. He took measurements and e-mailed me two estimates: one for me to install the railing; and one for him to install it. I decided to do the installation myself. Two days after I let Bina, at Reliable Rails know about my decision, I received a phone call to let me know my railing was ready. I brought it home, installed it, and it looks lovely (as well as functional).

Description of Work: They re-sleeved 4 railing posts for an outdoor metal railing on a standard townhouse 4 step stoop. The posts were rusted and were repaired and re-cemented into the stoop stairs by the repairman. Good work so far ...it has been a few days. I primed and painted the railing myself with Rustoleum since Reliable only repairs...no problem by me. This railing was not wrought iron but a standard metal.
