Reddick and Sons did an exceptional job fixing the leak, and they also did some extra corrective repairs to the faucet heads and spout to address some installation issues at no additional cost. The company owner "Danny" and his colleague "Jan" assessed and completed the repairs for me. They were professional, punctual, knowledgable and just all-around great guys to work with. I was so impressed with their service that I recommended Reddick and Sons to my parents since they have some electrical and plumbing issues in their home. I'm just glad that I now have a trustworthy company that I can rely on for HVAC, electrical and plumbing repairs. Their customer service should serve as a model for other contractors/companies. Reddick & Sons did a great job. I got an appointment within 2 days, although they asked if it was an emergency, so I assume they could've come earlier if it was, but that wasn't necessary. They arrived within the stated window, and were very nice, and professional. They looked at the problem, diagnosed it, and gave me an estimate before they performed the work. It turned out not to be a leak, but a different issue. They fixed it and were done within about an hour. I haven't had any problems with it since. I had printed out a coupon from Yelp, but they offered the discount before I even had a chance to ask about it or give them my coupon.

I called Reddick & Sons, Inc. and selected the 'Emergency' option even though I could wait to get things fixed. Danny answered, was professional, and walked me through key pieces of information he required. I stated it wasn't a dire emergency but he had an open window so he came to check the issue and provided what seemed like a good estimate given he had to replace the entire tank. While fixing the tank he noticed my plumbing system was running at an unusually high PSI due to a faulty pressure regulator. He adjusted the estimate, taking into account he was already there, and completed that work as well. Best part is that fixed many other issues I had no idea were related. I won't hesitate to contact them for future plumbing work and already working on finding a good time to have them come check and service my Rheem HVAC unit.

I was very impressed with Daniel's professionalism from the first time we spoke. He showed up on time and everything went very smoothly. He was very courteous and his work was fantastic. We have used other plumbers in the past but will only use Reddick and Sons from here on out.

I have been very impressed with the work done. This company was very professional. Took care to clean up the area they worked in (sometimes better than when he even got there). Explained the work needed and made some suggestions for possible future problems. Not trying to hard sell you like some people do when they come to fix something in your house. USAA, our homeowners insurance company reviewed Danny's report and accepted liability. Danny and his team were in constant contact with us. The job required his company to dig nearly 11 feet deep. Upon unearthing our sewer line he found the culprit, a massive tree root had all but destroyed our sewer pipe. He managed the entire process, obtaining permits, over seeing the excavation team and kept us apprised to the progress. Not only did his company fix the issue but they took care to return our landscaping to its original state. We found Danny to be honest, set our expectations, exceeded our expectations and got us back in our home with functioning toilets in a reasonable time. Earlier this week we discovered our hot water heater hissing and leaking. Once again PlumbMasters to the rescue. He came out on a Sunday, replaced the pipe and switch. With zero hesitation I would highly recommend Danny and PlumbMasters. They are reliable, fairly priced and professional. I am not being paid for this review. I'm just a very happy customer. Finding a reliable, honest and professional plumbing company can be hard. But PlumbMasters has earned our family's business and hopefully they will earn yours too

Danny arrived to our home at exactly 10AM on Sunday April 3, 2016. Unbeknownst to me, he had already picked up the parts he needed to repair our hot water heater. He explained that when I sent him the picture of the heater he picked up the parts to make the repair. He fixed our heater in less than 30 minutes and also gave us a quote to replace the heater. I like the fact that Danny strives to fix the issued versus trying to push for us to buy a new system. In addition to our service call, he said should we iend up buying a new heater in the next 30 days, today's charges will be applied to replacing the hot water heater. Since Danny is a MasterPlumber, Master Electrician I casually mentioned our Hvac system might be on the fritz too. A few days ago when it was in the 80's I noticed that our AC was blowing air, just not cold air. To my surprise he said he can also work on our HVAC system. As a homeowner with a home that's 12 years old, it's such a time savings to have a professional like Danny and PlumbMasters. I know he and his company can address plumbing, electrical and Hvac issues. With zero hesitation I would recommend Danny any PlumbMasters.

The drainage piping was installed in one day and has helped alleviate ground water near the house. I've used Plumbmasters a number of times for services at a rental property and my personal residence - to fix or install toilets/faucets/bathroom fixtures, re-pipe a water heater, and install a new hose bib. The owner, Danny, is always responsive and professional and I would highly recommend Plumbmasters.
