Mitch arrived on time and did a wonderful job of installing my bathroom sink drain. He also made sure that my water lines were tight and that the sink was properly installed to prevent future leaks. I was pleased with the price and I appreciated the quality and professionalism of Reddick and Sons, Inc. I wouldn't hesitate in hiring them again and recommending them to others.

There was a leak under my kitchen sink so I called Reddick & Sons and they were able to send someone out the same day. Miguel was very professional and friendly; he talked me through the repair process and had the problem sorted in no time. I appreciate the quick turnaround and would definitely call Reddick & Sons for any future plumbing issues.

We received an estimate which was too high. Owner called after seeing bad review and asked what happened. After telling him the story and what needed to be done, he said I apologize, plumber that came out wrote estimate for 2 pumps and battery replacement. On which I responded he clearly did not understand, we asked for upgrading the existing sump pump. Owner offered to refund the fee and also provided the new estimate one with sump pump and sump pump/battery replacement. If we were to hire the company, I'd prefer having the owner do the job.

Mr. Reddick was very professional. I had to call him again for the same problem because after 2 days of fixing it, the water back up is still there. He came and look at it and fixed it again. I admire his professionalism because usually I will meet some contractors that only wanted your money. With Mr. Reddick, he cares for the services that he do. I also had to send him a text on a Sunday and he immediately responded and promised to see me the next day. I will hire them again in the future. This company is a good one. Danny and his team were very responsive to my phone call, and they made my service a priority. He arrived on time and quickly began his diagnosis, explaining the system and the fault...and working toward a solution. Danny is a master plumber, electrician, and HVAC expert with very competitive rates. He's the best repair professional we've ever hired...and we are his customers for life!

No heat on a Sunday in 15 degree weather with a two year old are not good combinations but Danny came to save the day. He was honest about the problem and fixed it in less than 30 minutes! Thanks for helping turn in a somewhat stressful situation around rather quickly!

Awesome experience. It's Sunday and temperatures are in the single digits. Called Danny with Reddick & Sons and he made time for us immediately. Told us that he can't have a customer and their family in the cold and he would work us in. He diagnosed the problem within minutes and had us back up in running. Called and was able to get service that day. 1st technician arrived during the allotted time. Determined it most likely was an AC problem so he called and got another technician out within 30 minutes. Danny arrived and was super helpful and did a thorough inspection to make sure nothing else was wrong. Highly recommend Reddick and Sons for any plumbing, heating, and air needs.

I was very impressed by Daniel Reddick's professionalism and attention to detail. Customer service is obviously very important to Mr. Reddick. He arrived on-time, providing a half-hour call-ahead as promised. He explained what he was going to do, answered my questions about the failed valve and the replacement valve, and provided me with an up-front price. When he was finished with the replacement, he showed me the new valve installation which included an in-line pressure gauge to verify the correct pressure. I would definitely hire Reddick & Sons again!

A/C unit stopped working suddenly during a 95 degree week. Arrived right on time. Danny was very friendly and pleasant, in spite of dealing with countless similar calls all day. He was even good-humored about it. Went right to work and quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed shortly thereafter. Would definitely use again.

Danny came to our home Sunday to fix our broken AC on a 90 degree day. He was professional, very knowledgeable and HONEST!! He had our AC back up and runnning 40 minutes.
