The plumber was very punctual and the work was very good. He also had to center the drain both upstairs in the bathroom and below the floor in the basement. I'm having a new floor installed so he will have to come back and install the sink and pedestal, and hook up the water lines. But I'm very pleased with the job.

They were wonderful! They worked hard all day, thoroughly cleaned when they were finished, and gave me the most competitive price. I would recommend and use them again. I'm very happy with my decision to use them.

What a wealth of knowledge and experience on this team. I haven't found this kind of customer service and work quality in the trades anywhere else in Northern Virginia. They don't push any gimmicks or sales. They know what they are doing and they do it well. We have worked with them several times over the past few years (installing a new water tank, dealing with different plumbing issues and HVAC needs) and every time they leave, I know the job has been done well. Reddick & Sons feel like family and I trust them with all of my HVAC and plumbing needs.

I had a very good experience with Reddick & Sons from beginning to end. I contacted them via Angie's List about a quote for recessed lighting and they got back to me right away. They sent a representative out to see the work we wanted done. We wanted recessed lights put up in 3 rooms. I initially told them that I wanted 4 lights in each room. However, when the representative came out, he told my husband that we really only needed 2 lights rather than 4 in two of the rooms. I appreciate the fact that they made a recommendation that saved us some money, even though it meant they would not make as much on the job! The person who came to do the job showed up on time, was friendly and professional. I showed him the rooms and he got straight to work. He did a great job. We were very pleased with the final product. I would not hesitate to call on this company again.

We used an Angie's List deal to have a chandelier replaced. Reddick and Son's was prompt, friendly, and quick. I was home with my daughter and the professional was friendly with her and understanding, and worked quietly so as not to scare her. We plan on calling them again for a quote to install lighting in our living room.

Our Air Conditioning was not cooling. They came right out and found that the Freon was low and possibly leaking. The man showed up early and spent a long time checking everything out. He repaired it and fixed the problem and now the air conditioning is working great. This is a great company and take pride in their work. I would suggest anyone who needs this work done to give them a call.

Both electrical and plumbing technicians were great and explained every part of the job. Work was completed to my satisfaction and all my questions were answered. They also recommended some additional future work, with no pressure, but with price estimates for my consideration. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to customer service. Working with Reddick and Sons was a great experience! From the first phone call to paying the final bill, everything was handled professionally. The technician arrived on time and there was no push to add on any extras.

The office representatives are super responsive and the project manager, Michael, was very punctual, knowledgeable and skillful. The price was reasonable for a 22KW Generac I believe.

Reddick was well prepared and very professional. I had several concerns, most notably cost. They talked to me about options and didn't try to upsell. Dan stopped by for a pre-check that took maybe 10 minutes. When the crew of 3 arrived, they were ready for anything. They asked whether I wanted to keep a fixture from a previous service (I did, so they taught me how to save money by replacing it myself); they laid down plastic to avoid scratching my floor (even though it was unfinished and I told them I didn't care); they carry a saw to clear away shrubs from the outside unit (with my permission, of course); their work included a new base and a new thermostat (both very welcome). The team was friendly and sociable the whole time, answering all my questions politely and openly, and they cleaned up when done. Very pleased.

I had Reddick and Sons replace my hot water heater recently. I was very pleased with all aspects of the job and would not hesitate to recommend them (which I have already done with a neighbor) or use them myself again for any plumbing needs. I like that they are a family owned and run company. All associates I dealt with were courteous and professional.

Our system stopped working, and Reddick and Sons sent Dave to evaluate the problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. After discussing the options, we decided to replace the entire system. Thankfully, we were on the schedule within a matter of days. The crew that replaced the system (Matthew, Dave, and one other fellow) were meticulous and professional. They readily answered all my questions. I felt I was treated very respectfully. They were thorough and honest. The new air handler was assembled in a very clean and neat appearance, which I like even if it doesn’t impact performance. The work area was nice and clean when they were done packing up all their gear. Debris removal was excellent. The new system is fantastic and so quiet. The comfort level of temperature and humidity in the house is wonderful. I expect the energy bills will be improved, as this system is a big improvement compared to our much older one. We had an Homeowners Warranty, but the company they were going to send had very poor reviews on several sites, so we decided we’d have a much better result digging into our own pockets for a company with superior reviews (painful in the short term, but better in the long term). I am very happy we decided to hire Reddick and Sons, and would highly recommend them.

We have now hired Reddick & Sons for both HVAC and electrical work. Their customer service and responsiveness are top notch. We also could not have been happier with either of the technicians (Jan and Michael). They we're both very pleasant and professional. The quality of work, cleaniness, and cost met or exceeded our expectations.

These guys really do it all, which ran me down a rabbit hole with them. In short, the plumber and electrician which came (two separate visits in the same day) were excellent. I started by just needing to figure out how our 3-way switches were working - or more accurately, "how I'd broken 'em and how to fix 'em". and led to having them also come look at a minor plumbing problem. There was a bit of a wait to get a person on the phone (I'd say a few minutes), but she was wonderful in getting me set up. I wasn't in a rush, but they were still able to set me up with an appointment window of about 3 hours the next morning. They called about 30 minutes before arriving, and the electrician was great. He was incredibly friendly, and listened as I explained what I was doing, and walked me through all of his troubleshooting so that I'd understand what to look for in the future. It took him a minute or two of thinking (this wiring was not awful, but definitely not normal, electrical installers are a rare breed of crazy sometimes), but he figured out the problem and both explained what was going on as well as what to look for in the future. He then fixed another odd 3-way switch, explaining what to look for in the future there as well. While 3-ways are definitely the bane of my existence, at least I now have more information to tame the beast. Before he left I explained my plumbing question (the plumber was coming an hour later). He looked and was as stumped as I was, but had some thoughts. He also had me start running water in likely problem areas, so that when the plumber showed up I had more information to help through the diagnostic. The plumber helped track down one of the leaks, and had pretty solid advice that the ducts had condensation in the summer, and that there isn't a ton to do about it. I really appreciated all his advice, and again explaining what was going on, how he made the determination, and what ideas I can do to address it in the future. I also asked for a quote to replace two toilets, which ended up coming in cheaper than the cost an individual plumber had given me when I replaced the first two toilets. While I think the diagnostic fee of about $70 is a bit steep (I preferred the discount price I received via Yelp), I do understand the necessity. And since I expect to always have the work done by them, I haven't seen it as an issue. Reddick & Sons have now become my go-to electricians and plumbers. They really were incredible.

David was courteous and knowledgeable. 25 years of HVAC experience. Very friendly to my kid and dog. Didn't push any ridiculous services that typical service people push. I am very appreciative of that. I will be a repeat customer.

Hands down best experience I’ve have with a plumbing company. They came over and fortunately fixed the leak within a few minutes and didn’t charge me a dime. Very honest and I will be contacting them again in the future.
