Prospect Hardwood Flooring provided and excellent service. They were prompt and professional in all of our interactions. We had an estimate and the work was completed in 3 days. Mike explained in detail all aspects of the job including how to care for our refinished floor to maximize it's life.

They were awesome. I called them on the 18th to set an appointment and he had availability two days later. The crew was very professional and just had excellent service.

Firstly, the work completed was done very well. The logistics of everything was what I didnt like. It was supposed to take 5 days, and it did, but three days into it they were asking for an additional 4 days. We declined because we were staying out of town, and couldn't afford more time. We come back after the work was completed, and the house was a mess. The tile was cut in the garage where all of our furniture was. Everything covered in a thick cloud of dust. The walls in the kitchen had grout water stains. We even found empty water bottles all over our lawn, and a sweaty, nasty shirt on our front porch. Disgusting. We'll use them in the future, but will come by every day to make sure people are cleaning up after themselves. Which is ridiculous.

This all went quite well. The sanding was done with a minimum of dust and the stain and finish applications were first rate, We had wall to wall in living and dining rooms that they pulled up and disposed of. Because the floors had been covered with carpet, we weren't sure what shape they were in and if there were any stains in the wood. We did find that in a couple of places water had damaged the wood under the carpets to the point that sanding didn't totally remove the spots. However the finished product is great non the less. Prior to their arrival we removed all items from all furniture and stashed things all over the house. We are still trying to track down some of the stuff we moved. This made it considerably easier on the movers. One thing to remember is that you need a place to stash a whole houseful of furniture for a week. The movers were great and chatty and very protective of the newly finished floor.

I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process. The estimate and all work was done on schedule and done very efficiently. The crew had to remove old carpet, some old hardwood, and some tile and then install new engineered hardwood in a high-rise condominium. We were planning to sell the property, so chose a relatively economical flooring option among many to choose from. This firm's estimate was the lowest price, while the quality of the work was top notch. We plan to solicit a proposal from the firm for another property we will be updating soon and hope to have the same very positive experience.

They were very prompt, cordial and explained everything in detail before they started working. They called me back the same day and were on-time, every time. The cost reasonable and fair; it matched the initial estimate.

They were a little messy but the work done was well. The manager was responsive and addressed my Husband's concerns. Their price was the best of other estimates that we received.

They were extremely professional and reasonably priced. They were in and out and when we wanted some follow up repairs made to low spots (we're on a concrete slab) in the floor they were great about coming right back out. The work is guaranteed for up to two years. We priced the work out with other contractors and Prospect Development's cost was by far the best. They were charging wholesale pricing.

It turned out wonderfully. Scheduling was perfect. The dustless system was great and they did an awesome job.

They did a stellar job. The salesperson who gave the estimate did a great job. When we bought the house there was hardwood flooring in the foyer and half bath. We had Prospect pull this out and install the matching oak hardwood flooring in these areas as well. Prospect laid the flooring the right way and matched the flooring up board for board. I liked them so much that every room on the first level now has hardwood floors.

The customer service is outstanding. The staff were professional. I highly recommend company. I love my new flooring.

Of the 3 companies I interviewed, Prospect was the only one who offered options and suggested we try a conservative approach which was half the cost and did exactly what we needed to have done. Very impressed.

They did a phenomenal job. We found them on "Home Adviser" that was before I joined Angie's List and they have gone above and beyond our expectations. They even left extra product for us to use when the job was finished and they were just very great, very accommodating.
