Very responsive on providing the estimate. We felt the estimate was fair and detailed. Install team was friendly, well trained, hard working and thorough. Very happy with the completed project.

Mike and Jodee were professional and kept us up to date every step of the way. Extremely responsive, and they did it at a reasonable cost. While it seems like everyone else is blaming COVID for their price gouging prospect flooring sold a quality product at a cost which was fair.

The office and sales people were very nice and accommodating. The installation staff were friendly and did a great job.

This is our second go around with Prospect Hardwood Flooring. A year ago when we bought our house we had them come in and refinish our hardwood floors and they did an excellent job. Now we are in the middle of a kitchen reno and we had them come in and pull up the current tile flooring and install hardwood flooring throughout the kitchen. In the process they had to replace the subflooring and finger in the new hardwood with the old hardwood. The result...you can't tell the difference between the 50 year old flooring and the brand new flooring 🙂.

Our floor was in bad shape from large dogs we’ve had over the years. Prospect flooring came in and sanded and restained the floors and they looked like new. I highly recommend these pros for the job.

This was the 3rd job Prospect has done for us. This time we removed all carpet from upstairs and steps and laid hardwood. A superb job and all in one day!!!

I called on Tuesday snd spoke with Jodi, who is super knowledgeable; she explained the cost and the details of the job. Mike came out on Wednesday for a quick visual evaluation of our dining room floor, and explained everything about the refinishing job. His team was at our house at 8:15 on Thursday doing the lion’s share of the refinishing work and returned at 8:15 on Friday morning to lay a second coat of the urethane. It was quick and the cost was reasonable. Thanks Jodi, Mike and crew for our beautifully refinished dining room floor!

My wide and I are very impressed. They refinished all the floors in our home on multiples floor levels, removed some tile in 2 rooms and then added new flooring, interwoven with existing flooring such that it is indistinguishable for knowing where the new flooring starts vs existing/restrained flooring. They also offered for a reasonable fee to provide us with wooden floor air vent registers that are recessed flush into the floor surface! It looks so nice! They even came back to fix a small issue that was not even their fault - related to a bracket I removed after the work was already finished. We are now looking to hire them again to do our wood surface countertop in the basement laundry room. Thanks Joe for being a straight shooter.

Estimate/measurement appt. was low pressure and low stress. Price for the work and materials was reasonable. Communication with office/rep/crew was easy and clear. The work crew was fantastic. Thoughtful, polite, and FAST. And they have good taste in music to boot

Excellent job at the best price. 10K square feet took three days. Expect lots of pounding! Just FYI, we cleared most of the closets, but the clothes we did leave behind didn’t get dusty.

We recently hired Prospect Hardwood Flooring to install flooring on our main level and replace the existing carpeted stairs with hardwood. We also had some damaged flooring which they repaired and you can not even tell there was a problem. The flooring matched perfectly. Prospect flooring was great! We had a formal estimate in writing immediately on them coming to our house. They were professional, on time, friendly, and informative. They weren't the cheapest option, but worth the extra cost to have the dependability and professionalism. The final re-finishing of our floors was beautiful.

This has been the best Service from anyone in all the service industries I've use (plumbers, electricians, roofers, etc). They were the best priced. Very fast to respond, Mike even made time from his busy schedule to swing by and address some concerns. They worked with us, by sending crews out several different times as we built walls and made some last minute changes. Jodi, was great with call backs and updates on crew schedule. Actual worker bees were very polite, courteous and friendly. They would also call before showing up to let us know their ETA. Never late, never got a "sorry we left X back at the shop". They worked nonstop till the task was completed. They never left the site unfinished and always cleaned up and left site as if they were never there. Calling these guys next time without bothering to get quotes. The attached picture is to show where they installed the new floor and matched to the existing floor which had a 1/2" difference in height. You can guess to where they new install is but I'm not telling.

I just have to shout from the rooftop about some EXCELLENT service we received with our hardwood floors. We just had Prospect Hardwood Flooring install 1800 sq ft of hardwood along with the corner round, all new baseboards, and staining our stairs. It only took them two days with a full crew and today only 2 guys to finish up. To say they were of the utmost professionals isn't enough. From the owner coming to our home for the estimate to him having a crew here the NEXT day to install (He has 10 crews). Usually, you expect 2 or 3 guys to do a job and I know we had at least 6-8 guys here who were all just as professional and respectful. Sometimes quality comes at a cost and originally we only called them for an estimate to do our stairs because where we ordered the flooring from used someone for installation that doesn't sand and refinish floors. When the owner came in he knew exactly what our floors were and rattled off the cost. We canceled the installation with the original company because he saved us thousands.....We could have probably saved money buying from them too and missed out, but I will send ALL of my hardwood clients to them in the future.(I’m a realtor and have been very loyal to another flooring company that has always beat the competition). I will also say I could have saved even more if I had know about this company prior to ordering my hardwood floors, there were $1.20 per sq ft cheaper and I shopped internet companies and many others locally. If you have repairs or looking to buy make sure to call these guys.

From start to finish, the customer service was amazing! They are quick to respond and definitely want to please their customers! Workmanship is top notch. I have zero complaints and 100% recommend them!

Jodi in the office is very helpful and friendly. The process was easy. They worked around are contractors schedule. They called right back. The hardest and longest part for us was matching the floor colors. They were done in less time then expected.
