Our services include the installation of solid, engineered wood flooring and plank flooring, hardwood floor refinishing, custom stain colors, custom fabrication of stair treads, risers, nosing and reducers. We are a family-owned company with a complete chain of command for the responsibility of quality assurance to which we adhere. We personally oversee a job from start to finish. Description of Work: Unlike their competitors, they provided an excellent price the day they did the estimate. They removed existing carpet in living room on main floor, on all stairs & landings. They successfully matched to an existing hardwood floor in the family room & kitchen. You cannot tell any difference between old/new. | |They cleaned up every day and dust was minimal. Office called us every day late afternoon to confirm how the day went and plans for the following day. | |Prospect Development is a 1st Class contractor that sets the highest standard for product, service & labor.

Description of Work: I had a hard time finding someone to stain and refinish the older areas of the hardwood plus stain and refinish the new hardwood floors. They answered my request promptly and completed the work before my tenant move in. I was so grateful and completely happy with the work.
