Description of Work: Had a problem with my heat pump. Called and they were out the next day as they had promised and during the allotted time. They trouble shot the problem and had the part on hand to quickly fix the problem. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Description of Work: Had them inspect and replace a hot surface ignitor in our furnace. Very good service and personable tech. However, we felt like they took advantage of our situation and charged ~$260 for installing a ~$30 ignitor. I could have installed the part myself in very little time but was out of town... | |All except cost was good.

Description of Work: Checked air flow. Found incorrectly installed filter and replaced with existing electostatic filter which wasn't working correctly. Very quickly fixed it and has been working fine since. Also supplied tips on keeping it working and ideas for improving air flow through rest of house. Agreed to a service contract and immediately started checking system. Found a horrendously dirty A/C unit outside and proceeded to clean it. Had just bought the house and was felt previous owner never had cleaned it. Cooling is now noticably better.
