Description of Work: Replaced the furnace Humidifier. The technician was very good and provided me will all the answers to any question I had. After job was complete he cleaned up the area very well. And the system is working fine

Description of Work: I came to find out that I paid for the tune up for both heating system and the a/c unit. But the technician just went through the furnace tune up. Looks like it was not communicated to him. He did his part in a professional manner. But later on I found out the deal included the heater furncae and a/c unit too. So A/C part was not touched.
