Description of Work: We had a new heating system installed, and were given a free year of service for both that system and the other. They installed quickly and left everything clean.

Description of Work: The cost was $112 but for a few dollars more we had a whole house check-up. They were very professional and gave us a written quote but the were VERY pricey. Don't think that we would use them in the future just due to the cost. Their estimate for the same work as another large company was more than a $1000 more.

Description of Work: Replaced attic fan. We were told it would take 3 - 5 business days. Never heard anything from them. Finally called first time after 1 week and first person we talked to was very rude, and kept telling me that they came to me a week after they were at my house and they were within their time limit of the order, but this was the time they placed the order, 1 week after they were at my house. She said someone would return my call. I waited until Tues. for the return call since this was a Friday, giving them ample time to call me back. No return call, called again and the information I was given was different from what they told me was going to be installed. Once again was told the tech would call me. Still no response or return call. This went on for 4 more calls to them and still no one would return the call to me to answer questions, until the last time I called and told them to cancel my order that I finally got my call return from our tech. He explained the problem with the order finally and came out to install the fan almost a month later. Once we had contact with him and he came and replaced the fan, his service was great. They need to have better customer service in their office and return calls when they promise they will. We have used Parrish several times in the past and this was the first time we've had problems. I'd rate their customer service people who answer the phone as very poor. They might not be my first choice to call in the future.

Description of Work: We have a service contract with Parrish. They check and clean our heating system in the fall and the AC in the spring. The office calls to remind me when the service is due. They arrive when promised and do a good job. They replaced our old oil burner in 2011.

Description of Work: A capacitor blew out in my A/C, so Parrish was selected through my home warranty service. They did a great job, and explained everything very well. The only issue that I have is that the repair tech showed up a little late. Other than that, all went well.

Description of Work: Had my ac checked and cleaned the tech was very professional and courteous. He found a problem and explained it to me in detail and quoted me a price and I had it repaired, Great company!

Description of Work: The price was for TWO full units, TWO full service calls EACH--for a total of four services (2 in spring, 2 in fall). Thoroughly checked both our heating/cooling (dual-zone) units, both inside & out. One unit is natural gas; one is a heat pump. From the staff answering the phone (& following up with me when I didn't call back) to the techs who came--and we have used them twice--they are beyond professional, appear very knowledgeable, and are patient answering all of my questions. I feel that both sets of people who came (spring & fall) dealt honestly with me in their recommendations of what maintenance was needed & what could wait & just be aware of (our units are 11 yrs old). EXCELLENT service & communication; the last team, we were all laughing all the way out the door after the work was done & we had headed up from the basement. Great team in all respects. Very professional & I would have them back in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: I have been a member of their Priority Service Plan for a year. That includes annual check of the heating system in Fall and air conditioning system in Spring. Also, with this plan there is no service charge for most requests to come to house regarding plumbing, hot water heater, etc. The current job of changing out a toilet was estimated over the phone at between $475 and $575, including cost of new toilet and haul away of old one. When service man came, he told me the price before he did the work, and did a fine job.
