Thank you for your polite and timely return calls. Thank you, John, for coming right out and doing a very good job fixing the issues I had. I appreciate your expertise in addressing all of those issues, you helped me so much. And I do understand a business needs to make profit and cover overhead. However, I think the amount of the fees were excessive and I will have to look for other options next time.

The work was completed. The charge of $575 for 50 minutes of work and probably $30 of wholesale parts maximum was outrageous price gouging. We have used My Plumber for years and years, but never again.

Their too expensive, their always trying to sell you something. You can schedule a appointment, their prompt but their just too expensive.

Chris L did a very thorough inspection of our air conditioning units. He was honest about potential issues with our units. One of our units is 14 years old. He did not suggest or pressure us into unnecessary repairs or new purchases.

My Plumber Heating & AC sent JD out to our house. He was very polite, professional, and competent. He fixed the issue and patiently answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. JD provided direct information regarding expected pricing and did a great job overall. I would definitely use this company again!

Excellent service. Answered all questions. Took the time to fully explain everything. Didn't try to "upswell".

He arrived and introduced himself and his trainee. He put on plastic shoe covers although I told him it was not necessary. He asked many questions and he programmed my thermostat although he told me that the thermostat was not causing the issue. He and his trainee went outside to check out my air conditioning unit. After determining the problems he came back in and discussed the problems he found and the process of repairing the A/c unit. After he told me and showed me on his tablet, the pricing he also told me that he would apply discounts to lower the price, which I thought was super nice. He also asked if he could check the funace downstairs and I told him yes. He went downstairs and spent quite a bit of time doing this, but came back up and told me that the furnace was older but wAs working properly and safely. I could hear him telling his trainee how to check parts out and how to properly replace the part that he was replacing. He told his helper to put it back together and Lee instructed him how to do that. The tech, Lee, was very patient, treated me like I was his only customer, and was very professional. Lee, the service tech, impressed me with his thourough knowledge, patience, and willingness to answer all of my questions and then answer my husbands questions over the phone. I started feeling cold air as soon as it was put back together and my toddlers were so happy. He even took the time to ask their names and he played with them for a minute or two. After this experience, I will always ask for him, Lee Davison. He did apply the discounts like he said he would and although the pricing is a bit expensive to me, I would still only use My Plumber and Lee Davison. I hope My Plumber realizes the value of Mr. Lee Davison because if Lee could t come to my house to fix my heat or air conditioning, then I would reschedule till he could come to my home. Overall, I will stay with My Plumber, because of Lee Davidson, even though I feel the price somewhat expensive. The air conditioning has now worked great for 3 days and I want to thank mr Davidson again.

They are bad. I used them and it worked so I sent them money and it immediately went bad. They did not do their job. The attitude was bad. They came and I told them I had leaks and he said the pump was fine and I still had to pay money. I had him put a lever on and it did not help at all when the pipe break. Within an hour it was raining, water was coming in and the pump was not working. I called them back out and they came and put in a better sump pump. I told them I would not have spent that money on the lever if you had done what you were suppose to and they said forget it, it is what it is and you have to pay for it. They put a truck in the parking lot so everyone could see them and I called the homeowners association and told them that is not ok.

I scheduled this non-emergency repair on Saturday, 6 August via the internet. Within 10 minutes, I received a call from their office and scheduled the repair for Monday 1000-1400 time frame. On Sunday afternoon, I received a call from the office, informing them that they had an opening for 0730-1000 and asked if I wanted to make a switch. I saw this as a good utilization of their resources and accepted the schedule change. At 0740, Joe Leffler rang our doorbell. He looked like a professional, dressed in a polo shirt and khakis. Of course, he was already wearing his booties, and I noticed a MyPlumber mat placed on the porch. This is to catch anything that he might bring in on his feet. I took him to the basement and showed him the gate valve that was leaking at the stem. He informed me that industry is replacing gate valves with ball valves, as they are simpler and less prone to leaking. He quoted me a price for the service--to cut out and replace the valve. I agreed to the price. Before he began the work, I asked him about another valve at the back of the house. It wasn't leaking--YET-- but I am certain it would eventually leak. He saw our Verizon FioS box right underneath the valve and recommended NOT replacing the valve until Verizon came over to change the location of the box. Joe then went to his truck, brought out the necessary parts to make the initial repair and completed the work in about a half hour. He then had me close the faucet valve that he previously had me open (to drain the line) and pressure checked everything to ensure there were no more leaks. I was most pleased with his work effort, his attention to detail, his clean up of the area, his friendliness, and his conversation. He is the type of guy that I would invite over to dinner. I highly recommend MyPlumber. I am certain that there are less expensive plumbers in the area, but as the old saying goes, "You get what you pay for." I would highly recommend MyPlumber for your services.

The leak was fixed as well as additional copper pipe replaced. I still have to deal with a large hole in drywall.

John M. arrived within 90 minutes of my call to My Plumber requesting help due to a burst basement water pipe joint. John was courteous, professional, and personable. He did an excellent job. The price seemed steep, but emergency plumbing services are never cheap. This was my first My Plumber experience. I was skeptical going into it. I'm pleased to report my skepticism was misplaced. I will happily use them again, and I highly recommend them.

Arrived on time, excellent performance and profession, however prices are VERY high and because of the required service charge in order to get an estimate for the repairs, there is little choice once they are here to not accept the service or throw away $80. $550 with a discount for less than 1 hour of work to fix both problems seems very high, even if the work is performed well. The estimate I received for additional work is also high as I have had the opportunity to compare it with others since the service visit so likely will not use this provider again.

They came and did what I needed. They come when you call. They clean up afterwards.

Technician arrived early, quickly identified problem, suggested additional actions, corrected issue quickly.

Septic tank backed up into finished basement. I had tank pumped first think in morning. Water used in house continued to back up into the house. Called MY PLUMBER. They showed up Wednesday afternoon. Plumber removed toilet and snaked the drain between house and septic tank. A distance of 8 feet. He then ran a camera through and showed me a tree root leaves and a broken pipe. Told me line needed to be replaced. Another plumber showed up about 11 am on Thursday the 14th of April 2016. He dug by hand a trench three foot deep and maybe eight feet long. I looked in. There was no tree root and no breaks in pipe. They replaced about six foot with new plastic pipe and two large clamps. For one man with a shovel. Six hours of work. the charge was $ 5060.00. I think they showed me a clip of someone else's house I don't believe The work was necessary. I feel completely ripped off. I am going to complain to the BBB.?

They were very responsive and professional and the plumber arrived within the time window expected. We were very happy with the service provided and will use My Plumber again.

He tacked on a lot of labor for the job. One of the valves he replaced broke 6 months later. I would use them in an emergency.

They are highly responsive and will get someone out quickly. They are extremely expensive.

Did not give them the job due to the outrageous estimate, They were also 8 hours late and did not have the equipment to do the job so had to reschedule for 3 days later.

Technician showed up late (managed to miss a 5 hour window). We were told we would be the first appointment of the day, but we clearly were not. The tech was polite and "checked" our 5 HVAC systems. He made a point of commenting that our coils were dirty, but that it would cost $500 EACH if we wanted him to clean them. Also, we would have to connect our garden hose and get it to him. Needless to say, no longer will My Plumber be MY plumber.

Leak under kitchen sink only required a fitting to be tightened. The plumber tightened the fitting and charged me the "minimum required" charge of $165.00. I was told on the phone prior to setting up the call that the minimum charge was about $75.00. (still very high for the work that was done). I called customer service to question the bill. Customer service was less than helpful.

All in all, I'd give My Plumber an A+ in every category but price. Our first contact with My Plumber was a result of a plumbing emergency we had in late February/early March 2015. When our regular plumber wasn't able to get to us, we started dialing around for highly-rated providers. Thankfully, My Plumber came to our rescue. We were blown away by their wonderful customer service and professionalism, and by the fact that they were able to see us and fix our problem so quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable, tidy and professional. We were so pleased with their emergency service, that we: had them return to camera-inspect our full plumbing system; signed up for their HVAC maintenance plan for our 5 zones (they gave us one "free"), and had them proactively replace an 80 gallon water heater which is located in a precarious spot. The repairs and water heater replacement were performed without a hitch. Our only (minor) disappointment was during our first HVAC maintenance appointment this spring; it's probably our fault for not getting clarification up front, but it turns out that their maintenance plan doesn't cover testing, and other things that most other providers include in their plans. (As a result, we are shopping around for a new HVAC maintenance provider). In summary, we would definitely use them again for non-routine or in emergencies if our regular providers aren't available, but will stick to less costly providers for maintenance and standard plumbing needs.

Although the tech was a little bit late, he more than made up for it with his quick work. I was having trouble with the bathtub in the basement after having to dump water and debris down the drain during a basement flood (which has since been repaired). Genti was able to snake it out and get the tub running again. He also helped me fix my kitchen faucet, even though it wasn't on the work order. My Plumber is a wonderful, caring company, and is managed very well! I had no idea that they were open on Sundays and did not charge extra. Whether they are helping out with the HVAC system at my work, or clearing out my pipes at my house, I highly recommend them to anyone. They are a large company, but the personalization you get when you work with them makes it feel much smaller.

kitchen sink was stopped up. Plumber snaked sink and garbage disposal. Took pipe apart to snake, then bottom portion of disposal off. Put disposal back together, or so I thought.Sink developed slow leak, that rotted my wold and created black mold.Call My plumber to make sure he was the one who had done work. Company agreed. My plumber agreed to send someone out right away. Plumber told me it would cost $1100 to fix. I asked him to come down on the price. He looked around in my house and said "you can afford it." He agreed it was a slow leak, but said it wasn't his company's problem. I called the company again and told them leaks didn't start until your plumbers came out. My plumber sent out a damage a Damage appraiser who came into look at the problem. I got a letter in the mail a few days ago saying company is not liable.

Tech inspected and tested water heater. After the inspection I was told that the cause of the issue was electrical and because of this they would not to pursue a repair. That is understandable and I have no issue with that. Visit took 30 minutes. I was charged $150 for a 30 minute visit. I understand that the company and its employees must be compensated for diagnostic time. But $150 for a 30 minute visit for time and labor only is outrageous. I left a message with customer service to discuss the charges. My call was returned by an associate. Despite the fact that I described my issues to him in a calm and polite manner, the associate responded to me confrontationally and aggressively. Their business model is predatory and I will not do business with My Plumber again nor would I recommend their services to anyone I know.
