Arrived on time. The control valve was "frozen" in place but Alex was able to extract the entire mechanism and then install a replacement. The task was difficult and time consuming; however, the cost of service was based on the job, not the time.

They did a professional job replacing the drains and repairing the toilet but were expensive. Got estimates to do additional work but the prices seemed so high on simple work that I contacted other providers on Angie's List and ended up getting the service at less cost.

John was wonderful. He explained everything to me as he did to repair answered any questions I had. Without a doubt it was a situation that a repair person could have took full advantage. John was very honest I would recommend him to my family and friends and will be the only person ever to work on my AC unit again.

Excellent! Oscar arrived before I did, was personable, professional and very pleasant at the same time. He assessed the problem and had to wait for a second person to arrive, but told me about when the other person would arrive. When the second person arrived within the expected time frame, he introduced himself and the two men got to work. It took almost exactly one hour to change and sweat copper pipes, new parts, drip pane and new 50gallon gas water heater. So pleased! No old parts, dirt or trash was left at all, everything was sparkling clean. Oscar asked me what temperature I wanted the hot water heater set to and showed me where the gauge is to change it. One the way out Oscar even planted my three tomato plants and watered them.

Everything was routine, the technician was punctual. He alerted us to a problem, a part that had been removed and never replaced at some point, and he fixed it. We very much appreciated this since this situation had not been noted by any of the techs who checked the equipment over the past few years.

EXPENSIVE and outrageous pricing. Had an estimate from another provider that was nearly $400.00 less. Also the person whom did the estimate turned me off by laughing about the plumbing work that was in the house over 30 years ago. He made it sound like amatures installed the existing system. I get how the home is 30 years old and maybe things have changed with new plumbing methods and materials, but I found his attitude to be a huge turnoff and just wanted him out of my home.

AC check was very good. Thankfully, didn't need any serious work done at this time. Don't know how much HVAC work usually costs so can't say if the pricing is fair or not.

Fixed it and was very professional. Outrageous cost for a 20 min disposal easy fix. It did not have the typical release button so I needed a Plummer. In cases like this, there should be a much lower rate to encourage the customer to call again. Instead, I felt unjustifiably charged. In the end, I am ot inclined to use them again.

Technicians are good, but each time they came, they had suggestions for additional work that should be done. Prices are very high. I scheduled a maintenance inspection. They kept me waiting around all afternoon and then called long after the scheduled block to tell me they were scheduling me for the next day - to wait around again. I would not recommend using this company.

Work was satisfactory. Charge was highway robbery. Plumber was at our home for less than 1 hour and installed parts worth $10. I would never use My Plumber again.

I was pleased with the booking process and also happy with the plumber and the work he did. I was not at all happy with the timeliness of the visit. They asked for someone to be home during the window of 4 to 6pm. At 6:20 they called to say that the technician was "on his way." This is very disrespectful of client time. The second issue I have with them is they have set pricing for jobs, which the technician cannot deviate from. I was not told this pricing until the technician was finally onsite and the tenant in my apartment had been waiting almost 3 hours. The price for what was a 20 min job was OUTRAGEOUSLY high. If I had sent the technician away at that point I would have had to pay the cost for a visit with no service. I felt that My Plumber had me trapped with deceptively high pricing. I will not use them again. One other note - the customer service rep did call me the following day due to my unhappiness. She spent a lot of time trying to convince me that their technicians are "masters" and therefore worth more $$. Not sure it's worth that kind of premium for a simple clogged drain.

The job took eight straight working days to complete (no job hopping here). Both bathrooms look great, perform better than we expected, and overall we're highly satisfied. But read on... We were very impressed with the quality of the workmanship and the professionalism of the crew. Jorge G. was the master craftsman in charge of it all. Besides taking precautions to keep dust and dirt to minimum, he vacuumed daily and had the trash from demolition hauled away immediately. He also consulted us whenever questions arose, offered suggestions, and kept us informed as to the plans for the day. Most importantly he did almost all of the work himself "the right way". No cutting corners or doing the minimum just to get the job done. For example, he reinforced our walls with 2 x 4s, added insulation where we requested, eliminated floor squeaks and installed a sub floor so the new planks would be smooth and secure, took care to re-position the faucets and make certain the shower pan and tub would remain rock solid, and installed wood backing to reinforce the grab bar, etc. etc. etc. Jorge G. had helpers to carry out trash, pickup and deliver parts and equipment, and assist whenever necessary, but he was here every day for at least 8 hours doing all the work and making all the decisions. This was great because we didn't have to deal with different people in charge, and there were never any internal disputes or complaints about how something was done or what should be done next. His enthusiastic helpers were eager to learn, and as one of them said about Jorge, "He's the man."

On time arrival; quick assessment; expert repair by a courteous, skilled, and efficient professional. Oscar Sosa-Morales is a comsumate professional.

They are incompetent. We almost burned the unit down. They are on a hard sell. We had people come out and inspect and say you didn't need any of it. Units were okay, probably a little high in price. They try but it just didn't work well. They had to come back a couple times to correct minor stuff. The workman are nice they are not rude or anything like that but they are trying to sell you stuff.

They were a really good company. What stood out most was their professionalism. They state what the cost is going to be upfront.

Initially it was a good service, the tech that came out the plumber came out did a really good job, inspect our heater and plumbing but I made an appointment to have a consult for a water treatment system and that information never got pass, I lost a whole day of work waiting on them to show up and they never had schedule so I have a mixed emotions on that company. They tried to reschedule and I basically told them I didn't want the work with them on that. In a negative way I would.

He kept checking and looked puzzle I tried to assist but holding my flashlight while he spoke to other techs on the field. After awhile he decided to call a tech with more experience who said that if the HVAC was okay then the problem could be the little condensation pump on the floor. He took and empty the water in the pump and determined that he needed to cut the attached PVC pipes. But after checking his truck he had no PVC pipe in the size needed so went out to buy some that took around 45 minutes to and hour. After putting together the PVC pipes mind you this took four hours till the unit went on. What we were charge for just putting a few pieces of PVC pipe cost us $175.50 a bit too high. But that's not all afterward the unit did the same thing and the HVAC again stopped working. I went outside to check the condensation line and discovered it was frozen at the very end even though insulated. I called him and told him what I found but there was no positive response on his part. It was not the PVC pipe nor the unit but a frozen condensation line that was not letting the water drain out. A high price to pay for a repair that was never accomplished. The worse part was that I the homeowner figure out the problem and ended up fixing it.

GREAT! Serviceman followed up with estimated time of arrival and was here promptly. The work was completed in a professional and timely manner.

we were told that the technician would arrive in the morning. I received a phone call from the office saying he was on his way at 11:30. A few minutes later the technician, Lee Davison, called me to advise me he was about 45 to 50 minutes away from me by drive time and apologized for running late. He arrived at 12:15 like he said he would and after asking several question on concerning the problems we were having with our hvac equipment, he assured me that he would diagnose the issue and then give an exact price to make any repairs or adjustments before he made any repairs. 20 minutes later he had diagnosed the problem, found many issues that should be addressed and had the prices for all of the options he had diagnosed. He offered me a maintenance plan that would save me money on the repairs and would include several yearly visits to prevent many issues or problems before they become costly repairs. He repaired the a/c and heating system that we approved of, and he had us up and running properly in a reasonable time. He then asked if I would like to see the repairs that he made before signing off on the acceptance of the repairs. I have never experienced this level of service from any home service company. I was so impressed that I gave him a $100 tip and told him that I would only allow him to service our heating and cooling system in the future. Lee Davison is a true asset to My Plumber heating and cooling and I will follow Lee for service wherever he works at . However, he speaks highly of My Plumber heating and cooling and said he plans on staying with this company for many years. It's my hope that he will stay with your company and I hope you realize the valuable asset that Lee brings to your company.

I called My Plumber, and they promptly returned my call, and made me an appointment for later that day. I then received another call, when I returned home from work, letting mm know the plumber was on his way. He showed up on time, and was very fast and efficient. He had all the tools he needed, and did an excellent job. I didn't do any research on what other companies charge, so I don't know how My Plumber prices compares to other competitors. I will call them again if I have any problems, because your time is worth money, especially if you have a leak, and live in an apartment or condo. If someone lives under you, and you are responsible, it can be costly, so you need a plumber who will come right over, not give you a "four hour window', which means you have to sit around for 4 hours waiting, while your unit is leaking. In addition to the price which I thought was a bit high, when I asked on the phone for the cost I was told they don't give out prices over the phone. I would rather know in advance the price ranges, so I know whether I can afford it or not. Nevertheless I would recommend My Plumber, especially if you need help fast.

Bad! Employees make commission, on top of that they told a costumer that a valve was installed wrong, and then sold the costu,Ed a hot water heater when they didn't need one! The employees will talk bad about other companies just to get sales! Stay away!!!lol then they charge 4,000.000 for a hot water heater a,d they have the nerve to bad talk other companies?????

My Plumber Heating & Cooling seems to be that they're on the expensive side, I mean the snaking alone costs 450, close to that. A very. easy simple job but they have a flat charge of 450. It wasn't emergency service or anything. I mean, nothing special, it was okay. I don't really have amazing things to say about them.

I can only describe My Plumber's (Manassas Virginia) pricing structure as predatory. They gave me an estimate of $850.00 to stop three faucets from dripping, something my Dad would normally have fixed with fifty cents worth of washers from the hardware store. I would have sent them away right then if my wife had not insisted on getting the work done that day because we were getting house guests soon. The plumber was not able to complete one of the jobs because he did not have the right parts so he was willing to discount the fix for two faucets down to the six hundred dollar range. When he ran into problems fixing one of the faucets and the job became more difficult, the job went up to $1,262.00. When all was finished I had paid $1,262.00, had one faucet yet too fix on my own and had two small holes in the sheet rock that was going to cost more to fix. The estimate to fix the sheet rock from the My Plumber restoration team was $750.00 for $10.00 worth of sheet rock and an hour's labor. I told them to take a hike. I will never do business with this company again unless it is to use the warranty for the work they did that day. This company is a predator who claims to be a reputable company but is out to milk its clients. In retail sales, it is ethically legitimate to charge what the market will bare but in the service industry it is morally and ethically incumbent to do a good job for a reasonable price. People do not have the money to pay these ridiculous fees but feel compelled to pay them because they absolutely need the service. My Plumber and all the other predatory service businesses out there need a good beating down by the consumers. I hope they get it. SHAME ON YOU MY PLUMBER FOR RIPPING OFF YOUR CLIENTS! MURRAY J.
