Description of Work: I purchased a Deal for a water heater flush. I'm still not certain/convinced the water heater was actually flushed and it just turned into a massive sales/pressure pitch for a new hot water heater, a new dip tube (which I was told would be ~$400...I can buy one at Home Depot for $3 and watch a YouTube video), and several other "fixes" to the tune of ~$6000. I just felt like they were trying to pull one over on me rather than do the job they were there to do.

Description of Work: The rep ce and took my old motor out repl with another one that motor began to smoke very quickly and rep said he would be back and Didn't fix my A/C and Didn't call or come back this company souls be pulled of ur listing ASAP. And now after I got another company to come out and they fixed it . My Plumber Heating & Cooling are only interested in is harassing and poor tech people,

Description of Work: Arrived in 2 hours ~ very happy about that. |Plumber snaked our kitchen sink nearly 50'. |No hard clog, but major sludge. |A little pricy... but i needed a sink, |and he was there. | |The thing that tipped the scale for me at that price was a 90 day guarantee, and a camera down the drain if the problem recurs |-- all included in the cost.

Description of Work: Broken sewer pipe in back yard. Found the break and repaired pipe dug a deep trench and filled it with new construction. Fast and very good service. They gave us back our water and use of drains in the house. Great job.

Description of Work: Changed water heater. Arrived on Sunday, 1st words after plumber saw it was that they couldn't do it that day. Had to convince him to do it. He sais that there were no 'runners' in the area. That proved not to be true. Could not do the job himself. Had to wait for help. We saw online that water heaters were at a reduced (sale) price. He knew nothing of this. Had to take a picture of my PC screen. When the bill was presented, it was beyond quoted price. It was a disaster trying to clear that up with the home office. NOT RECOMMENDED

Description of Work: I had arranged for the plumber to come the day after Thanksgiving to look at a leaky kitchen faucet. The faucet had stopped leaking, but I kept the appointment. The plumber who came looked at the sink and discovered that our garbage disposal was cracked. He replaced the disposal, careful to make sure that all connections were tight. We liked him so much that we requested him by name when we had a problem with our regulator the following month! Not cheap, My Plumber comes when they say they will and takes care of the problem.

Description of Work: Repaired water heater which had sprung a leak, as well as changing the pressure valves. Technician (Van) saved us the need for a new water heater. He came back a couple of times and checked to see that everything was okay.
