My Plumber Heating Cooling & Electrical

Ive check My Plumber on Angies List, and most people seem to be put off by the price. I called two plumbers listed on The List and was not impressed with them. A friend suggested I call My Plumber. Yes, my job was more expensive than I thought it would be, but in the end, I think it was a fair price. When I called the job in, I didnt mention the three leaking valves, but when I asked the plumber to look at it, he said he was mine until all the work I had to give him was done -- they werent trying to keep to a schedule. They had their obstacles: they had to chisel through the cement to get to the main water shut-off valve, etc. They were friendly and thorough. Since they were contract workers, I wanted to tip them: He wouldnt take it! My Plumber may be a little more expensive, but compared to a plumber that charges by the hour (they were there for four hours), I feel I made out OK. I would call them again. I can even request the same guy I was happy with.

The work was very overpriced and would not use this plumbing company again. The technician appeared when expected but could not explain why price was high.

While the plumber was nice enough, they were unable to do only the repair work, they had to charge us for a ''package'', which was extraordinarily overpriced. They left us with fixtures for the tub and shower because they could not do only the repair. Their invoice, written on site, says only that we purchased a moen fixture, but does not detail the repairs at all! We called them for the repairs, not a fixture. The water in our house was turned off due to this leak, so we were left in a bind and had to have them do the work. However, had we had any other options, we would not have used them. This was NOT an emergency call, it was a regular call. In the end, totally overpriced and we were left feeling like we'd been screwed by them. Would never use again and would never refer anyone to them.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB, AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO BE AROUND. THEY CONDUCTED THEMSELVES VERY PROFESSIONALLY, BUT THEY DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED AND I DIDNT LIKE THAT. OVER ALL THOUGH, THEY WERE GOOD.
