They were excellent. They come out the same day and the person who came spent a lengthy time explaining things to me and helping me understand how to conserve water and take care of my plumbing. I thought it was excellent. The person I spoke to in the office was very helpful.

Called them in the morning around 8:30 and got an appointment for 2:00 pm the same day. The plumber called at 1:35 pm to confirm someone was home. He arrived at 1:55 pm. I explained the problem - water would not re-enter the house after turning off the main water supply to replace a worn washer. The plumber looked at my main valve and said this happens a lot. He showed me the cost for repairing the valve which was based on the diameter of the pipe and the type of turn-off valve. He asked if I wanted to accept the price then had me sign the form. In about two minutes, he had the water flowing back into the house. He waited until the water was flowing properly through all the faucets and that leaks had not been created. He explained the main water valve should be replaced with a quarter turn handle versus the current knob-type device to prevent future recurrences.

The experience was very pleasant. The plumber arrived the same day we made the call. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Gave us the info we needed and gave us a coupon for $25 off the next visit and gave us a 25% discount the day of service if we made a canned food donation to a charity they participated with, which we did.

Plumber reversed hook up for dripping faucet, so that hot ran cold and visa versa. We had to wait a day for the further repair, and then, the repairman showed up 4 hours late (though it was supposed to be the first stop of the day). Repairmen were polite, but the charges of $500 seemed high, particularly since the job was done in an hour.

I have had them out twice and both time they have been excellent! They always show up on time and have very fair pricing. I will continue to use them in the future, and would recommend them to others.

The plumber was on site in an hour. He was courteous and professional. He identified the source of the leak, fixed it, and was gone in two hours. They quote a per job price, so you know your cost up front.

The repairman was very sloppy & messy looking, came in and looked at job, summed it up quickly, told me difference in price bet fixing & replacing toilet. He seemed rushed. He did do a good repair job, but was very messy and left the kitchen & bathroom very dirty. It was also very expensive I thought, but I needed to have it done.

They have always been very good! I had a big mess. They were able to come out right away and help. They do excellent work. I will definitely use them again.

They analyzed the situation, told me they would take a few minutes to write up an estimate - which was broken out by item/task - and then after I approved the estimate they would complete the work. They completed the estimate, answered my questions, proceeded with the work, and were finished in just a few hours. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves, and professional in every way. I wish every contractor I dealt with could be just like the guys from My Plumber.

Ive check My Plumber on Angies List, and most people seem to be put off by the price. I called two plumbers listed on The List and was not impressed with them. A friend suggested I call My Plumber. Yes, my job was more expensive than I thought it would be, but in the end, I think it was a fair price. When I called the job in, I didnt mention the three leaking valves, but when I asked the plumber to look at it, he said he was mine until all the work I had to give him was done -- they werent trying to keep to a schedule. They had their obstacles: they had to chisel through the cement to get to the main water shut-off valve, etc. They were friendly and thorough. Since they were contract workers, I wanted to tip them: He wouldnt take it! My Plumber may be a little more expensive, but compared to a plumber that charges by the hour (they were there for four hours), I feel I made out OK. I would call them again. I can even request the same guy I was happy with.
