They had come out to clear a stopped up toilet drain. We found out that it was not the drain, it was the toilet. They were very courteous and friendly. They answered all our questions. I will call them again for plumbing needs.

They did a fantastic job. They did all the work in two days and when they were finished, you couldn't even tell that they were there. They also made any repairs to the drywall if it was necessary after accessing the pipes. I will continue to hire them for all my plumbing needs.

I have a couple new toilets like this in my house that I had them do the same work on and I was very happy with them. There was a slight leak in the last one so I thought I better do the same to it. I was happy with the work they did but I did feel there was a slight scheduling problem. I had taken off work the day it was supposed to be done and they didn't show up. I called their office and they had accidentally put me down for the next day.

We had a problem and after calling them they were at our house within about an hour. They showed up well equipped to work and performed everything in a very professional manner. The price was high, but sometimes you get what you pay for.

I think this company is very good. They did everything right for me. When I call them, they were easy to get in touch with. The worker did show up on time and fixed the problem in a timely manner. I have also used them for other services in the past and they did a great job then too.

They carry around a little book of other prices from there competitors and they are definitely the cheapest. I like that they could show me other prices and I didn t feel like they were making them up. I don t really remember how much they charged me for this job particularly but I will tell you I have used them plenty of times.

This was a terrible job to have done. I felt that they took very good care of me. They stuck to the estimate they quoted me and gladly replaced the ceramic tile when they were done with the water line. They did not charge me extra for the tile.

I had My Plumber send a technician to fix an outside spigot that was not giving a full force of water. Technician did not take it apart but told me that it was a frost proof spigot and he would have to cut out some of the drywall in order to install a new one. He also said that the inside valve was frozen and would have to be replaced. His estimate was an exorbitant $774.55, without the foggiest notion of what might be wrong with the spigot and inside ball valve. I declined to have the work done paid him 59.50 for the call. Since an outside spigot was not vital, I forgot about it. I recently had my kitchen remodeled and was talking to the plumber subcontractor about the spigot. He had me turn the main water off and he disassembled the spigot and the ball valve. Both had the same problem: the valves would not turn because pieces of washers were clogging them. He installed a new washer in each and both are working perfectly. The charge was $62.00 Goodbye My Plumber!

I told her they were not scheduled until after 10am, so she said they would call back. They called at 9am and said one was finishing up and could be out at 10am. They were excellent. They come out the same day and the person who came spent a lengthy time explaining things to me and helping me understand how to conserve water and take care of my plumbing. I thought it was excellent. The person I spoke to in the office was very helpful.
