Complete failure. When calling to set up appt after confirming that they could service Noritz tankless heaters, I provided model # so tech would be sure to have necessary part along should a change be necessary. Morning of appt tech arrived on time but had never worked on tankless devices. When he called in for help, he repeatedly pronounced the device name. Not a good sign. When I called dispatcher again, she apologized for sending a tech incapable of doing the work and promised to send someone forthwith who could. I spoke with her supervisor, Sharon, to reiterate what I needed and to ascertain whether the tech coming would be familiar with the device. She assured me he would be. Enter Wayne about an hour or so later. Making “jokes” as he entered, he did not even have a screwdriver on him to remove the cover. I provided one and after doing a cursory exam, he sat down and started taking notes referencing his phone. Finally he presented several alternatives, one in excess of $2k which would have involved installation of another device and the second for $500+ to flush the system and clean the filter. The system is working perfectly ... all I asked for was a filter change/replacement. When we finally agreed on a price for the work I actually needed, he commented that I must have gotten up on the wrong side of the bed. Needless to say, this visit went downhill. I asked if he wanted to do the work, he replied no, and left. I again contacted Sharon (supervisor) to report what had happened. Left msg ... no callback. This company is only interested in your business if they can up sell things you don’t need/didn’t request. They were rude, condescending, and wasted my time. Be forewarned potential customers. There is a lot of competition out there ... do your homework!

It looks great, and Nathan did a great job of improvising to install the faucet without the base plate (as we requested). Everything works, no mess, great job.

Edgar was terrific. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to explain it to me. He provided a number of options and once I selected one he got right to work. He removed the old water heater, ordered the new one and got it installed the same day. And, he left everything clean and tidy when he left.

Great! Plus Scott J answered several questions about kitchen sink faucet heads, how to get slimy gunk off kitchen insinkerator disposal flaps, and how to increase the flow down the sinks. The appointment took longer than my original task, but he was very patient and willing to handle a couple extra tasks. He also had all the parts on the truck.

It went extremely well. Alex had the replacement parts in his truck (I had him replace both cold and hot water valves) and went right to work after donning plastic booties and placing a mat in front of the sink to ensure cleanliness while he worked. He got the job finished in the time he told me it would take, and there is no more leakage. Very professional!

Excellent. The replacement part was hard to find but the technician was able to find one in minimal time.

The plumber tightened a small set screw, then charged my wife $156 (which was not quoted before doing the work). THIS COMPANY WILL RIP YOU OFF. Their customer service is horrendous. Do not call these scammers.

Richie was able to fix the leak in less than two hours. It was a pleasure having him come fix our leak. He is such a nice, friendly person.

Lee was very thorough and explained every test he did and what the results meant. He was the only professional that offered a hard start to get our unit up and running on a 96 degree day. It may be a temporary fix until we can get a replacement but he was honest about it all and didn't try to inflate anything.

Before he left he asked if he could try to snake the pipe to restore water flow. After a couple of hours he had the pipe unclogged and cleaned the bathroom. To look at it you couldn't tell that a plumber had been there. The cost was less that others have charged for less work. "My Plumber" is my plumber from now on.!

Overall I'd grade them a "B". I would use them again.

The first plumber didn't have the right tools to fix the pipe. I was scheduled again for the next morning and no one came during the four hour window. Called three hours after that to say plumber was on the way. An hour later the plumber was in traffic and still hadn't arrived. The plumber was rescheduled for the next morning. He did show up on time then and completed the work.

Awesome! Edgar was very professional and explained everything before he did the work and walked me through all of the repairs. He is such a nice man. I'd hire him back anytime.

Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and expensive. It was bait and switch. The water heater tech drained the entire water heater and pulled out a rod, saying it was corroded. He then offered us three options ranging from $1,000 to $450. He had us convinced that the rod was contaminating the water. We went with the $450 option. The same day, the AC tech arrived and said he saw a "problem" with the AC unit. We went to the attic and he pulled out the pan, showing there was a little water. He suggested we run a $150 diagnostic test and add other options. Then he said we should turn the air to 80 in case the water drained. It sounded strange so we consulted another technician we have worked with over the years. He checked the AC and blew out the tub with a half cup of water, and told us the water would drain. Charge? $49. He then looked at the water heater rod and said it was perfectly good. So we wasted $450 on that. We called to complain and the customer relations manager was quite rude. She demanded that we copy and send a "diagnosis" from the tech who thought there wasn't a problem. She suggested he was bad mouthing them for business. We refused, saying there was no need to drag another person into this. We wanted some of our money back. She refused. Stay away from this bait and switch, overpriced company. Better Business bureau has many complaints about them.

I have had two MyPlumber plumbers work for me. Both were stellar. The most recent one troubleshooted a rather stubborn toilet leak. He wouldn't quit until it was fixed. And I'm grateful. He also replaced a toilet valve and flushed my water heater, which I'm happy with. Some years ago, another MyPlumber plumber came to replace a valve. He also did a general plumbing check in my home. He told me that I needed a new water heater, which I agreed to. After he drained the water heater and started to remove it, the bottom disintegrated. I don't even want to ponder what I was spared from. Sometimes I have a "like it never even happened" moment only to be grateful that it never did happen!

They did good. I'd give them an A. I've used them maybe over the last ten years probably a half a dozen times and they always do well. They're a little expensive but you don't have to call them back twice. That's who I would call if there was something leaking.

Darrell T with My Plumber did a fantastic job. There was confusion regarding the services requested and Darrell handled it like a true professional. He was patient, understanding, and handled the communication between us and the My Plumber office. To make a long story short, he got our system back online and I paid much less than quoted. I was so impressed that I signed up for their Priority Club.

They were very professional, came when they said they would, and they gave me the cost upfront. You can tell they were confident and knew what they were talking about. They provided advise and are were very resourceful.

The service pro -- Darrell -- was extremely polite and professional. He also was very competent and honest. It was a very good experience. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work performed. We have used My Plumber previously. The service plan is a very good deal as long as you are sure to use the included regular servicing. The cost of the service I have listed is for a one-year plan.
