I emailed the company to see if I could reglaze a fiberglass tub and they didn't have the courtesy to write back anything. I gave them 12 days to respond and they did not. I am happy to hear "No we cannot reglaze a fiberglass tub but thank you for your inquiry" but failure to answer is pretty bad form for an Angie's list member.

Brett was very professional. He provided us with a quote to refinish our 1970s bathtub, but suggested that we simply replace the tub to save money. We definitely appreciated his honesty and expertise.

With an outdated bathroom, we wanted to remodel and the Miracle Method option seemed like the best choice for our needs - very durable with easy-to-clean finish. We have seen the textured material on vanities in hotels that managed to keep a neat appearance and wanted the same for our new bath. First, the estimate was conveniently scheduled and they thoroughly covered my questions and highlighted some concerns that I had not considered such as loose tile that was not evident until you knocked on the surface. With the reglazing option I did not have to match the same tile to extend the shower tiles to the ceiling and wrap around the corner wall. The textured finish would cover them all for a uniform appearance. They also offered a variety of shower doors and a display with their most popular options. I had another contractor working on the painting and plumbing before they started the reglazing. Faced with several delays from the plumbers, they gladly rescheduled their portion of the work and adjusted the estimate based on several changes. The work was performed over 3 days normally completing each stage within a few hours. The final result was worth the effort and we feel it was the best option in addition to being the most economical choice. The garden tub and shower pan was now glossy white with a satin white area around the faucets. The tub and shower tiles were covered in a textured material with the vanity done in a slightly lighter color. The contrast in materials completed the look we wanted with a seamless shower door. We plan on updating the other baths soon.

Everything went very well. There was some confusion early on with the manufacturer of the shower doors, but once the dimensions were correct they installed them very promptly and professionally.

Charles the guy who did the work did a beautiful job and they were very professional. Charles was very good with my dog's and was very nice to be around as well. I will be using them again in the future. Brent, Lori, and Charles gave me ideas for home improvement on my home. The three of them had wonderful suggestions that were not even services that they provided. They were very helpful and the work was amazing.

The service representative showed up on time, was totally professional, did excellent work, cleaned up, left proper instructions for use of refinished tub. The work was excellent and I would recommend the company to anyone.

I was unaware that I could have the shower refinished, so I was interested when I saw it as a special deal on Angie's list. The gentleman who came to provide the estimate was professional and scheduled an appointment to have the work done the following week. He failed to tell me that we should not use the shower for 48 hours before the work, so on the day of the appointment, the technician arrived realized the shower had been used earlier. He cleaned the shower, but told me the work would have to be rescheduled after the shower had not been used for 48 hours. He also told me that I should have a fan blowing on the shower for the 48 hours. On the day prior to the appointment, I called the office ( I can't remember why) and the women who answered told me they had moved my appointment from early morning to late morning because another customer asked if they could come to her home early because she didn't want their workers to disturb her baby's nap in the late morning. She said she hoped I didn't mind. I told her I did mind. I had plans to be in my office in the afternoon and this was the third time I had taken time from work. I was floored by her casual attitude regarding my scheduled time and by the fact that if I had not called, they were not going to tell me the time was 3 hours later than I planned. She did restore my original appointment. The technician did a good job. They had to come back the next day to remove the tape, so my husband agreed to be there since I had lost so much time from work for this one project. This was a relatively small job so I was disappointed in not being made aware ahead of time of how much time and how many days this would involve or the prep work that we needed to do for the project.

After opening the Jaccuzzi tub bottom around the leak, he could find nothing to which to attach the repair material. Also, the nature of the unstable bottom of the tub (i.e. thin plastic sitting on but not attached to the cardboard bottom predicted future leaks would occur. He wasn't able to perform any repair, and charged only the $85 service fee, but nothing for his time and effort.

The job went very well. We are very pleased with the outcome on both items.

They took 2 days to finish the job. They were punctual and ensured to call before the technician arrived, to keep me informed. They were prompt and courteous. They gave me some valuable recommendations, which saved me $400. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

While I did not end up selecting Miracle Method for price reasons, the salesmen who came to my house was very nice and gave very good information on tub re-glazing that I did not know previously. They offer a 5 year guarantee on their work, and are one of the few companies who provide a non-acid etching approach to re-glazing. It sounded like a good product, but, as I was updating the bathroom to sell, I was working on a budget and was looking to go with the least expensive (but still quality) option.

Miracle Method refinished the tile and the tub of a bathroom we have in our home that had not been remodeled since approximately 1950. While the bathroom tub and tile was not damaged, it had become discolored and unsightly. Simple cleaning could no longer restore the appearance. After seeing Brent, the Owner of Miracle Method, at a local home show, we decided to get an estimate. Brent scheduled a convenient appointment, showed up on time, and provided a detailed examination. He generated an estimate on the spot, and explained the various options we should consider. I requested a copy of their insurance certificate, and his office supplied this to me within 24 hours. After checking the references on Angie's List, I contracted to have the work done. The work was scheduled, and the technician showed up on time and finished the work in the time frame promised. He re-caulked the tub and patched a few minor cracks in the tile. The technician was friendly and competent. He even offered to switch out the hardware in the tub at no additional charge. The bathroom looks brand new. If I did not tell someone it had been refinished, they would think I had replaced the tub and tile. I am very pleased with the results, and strongly recommend this Company.

Everything was very professional. I would perhaps be going with that person but I put everything on hold. They were pleasant and professional. It was an easier fix than having everything retiled.

The price was under $500. I was very pleased with them. They were very nice and they did a very good job. They were very clean and neat. They did an excellent job. I have nothing but the best things to say about them. The staff was very nice. The owner, his wife and all those who we spoke to over the phone before were very nice too. The man they sent out to do the job was as nice as he could be. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Very nice experience. Laurie and Brent were great to deal with, and Laurie had some cost-saving suggestions for remodeling my bathroom. She also has interior design skills and was able to help on color and texture suggestions. Charles did all the work, and he was prompt, quiet, and left the room each day cleaner then he found it. If he were a licensed plumber and could have done more for me in that category, it would have been perfect. As it was, it was very good and hassle-free. They did what they promised, on time, within budget (no surprises) and transformed the room for a fraction of what it would have cost with a regular building contractor.

We have been very happy with it. Both jobs look really nice. The prices seemed really reasonable and they were very pleasant to work with. We did have one problem where we couldn?t move our fridge out of the way. They helped us with the fridge but that caused a leak in the basement ceiling. They responded to help fix that.

It turned out great. It is beautiful and it is holding fine. They were highly professional. They were on time and finished a little ahead of schedule.
