My mother-in-law, who is handicapped, is coming to live with us. I contracted Miracle Method of Fairfax to cut out a portion of our bathtub so that she has safe and easy access and also to install two safety bars on the tile walls inside the tub area. The work was scheduled for March 28.
There was a missed appointment and a late appointment and a wrong part that needed to be reordered and the tech had to return to complete the job. Also, during the bathtub work, four of our floor tiles were damaged. It took quite a bit of time for the owners to finally get someone out to replace those damaged tiles, which was done on May 12. Communication was not very good and I am glad to finally get it done.
