The entire experience was great! Brent arrived to give us a price and explain the process. He showed us our choices for color and recommended the color he thought would look best. The work was started on time. The gentleman that did the work was on time and very professional. He explained what he would do each day and how long it would take. When the job was done we couldn't believe how great the bathtub looked...it looked brand new. It matched the sink and toilet perfectly! We couldn't have been happier!

Brent came by to provide the estimate. He is a very personable individual. The price was acceptable and we scheduled the work for 4/23 & 4/24. Charles arrived on time on the 23rd and did an excellent job of prep and refinish. (He worked his butt off!) He returned the next day when expected and completed the work in about an hour. We had a yellow tub that is now a nice white tub with a slip-resistant bottom. Excellent work all around. Thank you Charles and Brent.

Estimate only, but Brent was extremely professional, eager to help, and went over and above. Due to the price, we decided to put the project on hold, but will certainly use MM if we decide to go the refinishing route.

Brent came out and provided us with an estimate to refinish our hall bathtub last week as scheduled. We found Brent to be professional and friendly. We agreed to go ahead with the work on the spot and scheduled the work to be performed on the December 26th and 27th. It's a two day process. Blake came out to do the work. Blake was fantastic and obviously very experienced at his work. When the materials got a little smelly I asked him if I could turn on the exhaust fan. He replied no, that the smell would get into the exhaust fan and stay there so every time the fan would be turned on you'd smell it. He had a better system. He went out to his truck and brought in an exhaust fan, attached a collapsible duct to it and vented out a window. It worked like a charm! thanks Blake! This provider was very responsive, timely and professional. The finished product looks beautiful. The work was just completed today so as far as the durability of the work, I am assuming that it will hold up well over time as most reviewers have reported. I plan on updating this review in a few months to report on the durability.

When I called to get an estimate to have a tub reglazed at my rental property I was told by Brent (the owner) to present all coupons and discounts at the time of the estimate. My husband did so and was told by Brent to present them to the technician at the completion of the job. Brent gave us a written estimate but made no notation of the requested discounts. At the completion of the job the technician was informed that we wanted the 5% senior discount as well as the Angie's member discount. We presented the $35 coupon we downloaded from their web page. The tech honored the company coupon but not the senior or Angie's member discount. We were told we could use only one discount at a time. This information was not on their web page nor did Brent mention it to me. When I contacted Brent regarding this matter he became belligerent, so I terminated the conversation and told him I would never use his services again, nor would I recommend him to anyone. I had requested that the company contact my husband on his cell phone to give us a 1/2 hour notice when they were coming out to reglaze the tub. They never did. They always called my home line. Fortunately on each of those occasions I was home and could relay the messages to my husband who was at the rental property. Approximately a week after we paid for the job (credit card) I was called by Laurie (owner's wife) asking if we had a different mailing address because she could not process the credit card. Brent had been told on more than one occasion that the work was being done at my rental property. He had been given our home address. Obviously the vital information I had given him had not been notated. This to me seems a complete lack of organization.

The process was fine. The fumes are very heavy though but that is part of the process. The guy doing the job did a great job. The only downside was the overspray on the ceiling. I had to repaint it. We noticed a few areas where the product cracked on edges The countertops are beautiful. I did not wish to give the impression that we weren't happy. We love it!!

We originally were thinking about ripping out the whole shower and completely redoing all or most of the master bath, which could have easily cost $10-20k. The shower pan surface and tile grout were discolored, which was our main concern. We were pleasantly surprised to learn of Miracle Method and find we could have a new surface applied to the shower, which we did along with installing a premium shower enclosure. The shower now looks brand new and is great. The service and quality of work is outstanding!

The floor of the shower was stained really bad, and no matter what we used to clean it, nothing worked. Miracle Method did a great job recommending the best color/finish, and applying it.

It started out a little sketchy, but Charles was courteous, friendly and did a good job. He made sure to clean up after the job was completed....Update 09/12/2014.There were two attempts to repair the second tub....but the hole reappeared. I didn't want to call back a third time. My husband and I decided, after almost a year, to just replace the bathtub. Overall our experience was good and it did give us a little extra time before doing a complete tub and tile removal.

I was disappointed that the surface is not smooth in some areas--in fact it seems to be getting rougher over time.

This was a great experience and we are currently planning to use Miracle Method of Fairfax to resurface the basement shower and the tub in the other upstairs bathroom. We use the shower every day and it has not shown any signs of wear, it doesn't mildew and cleans easily with water. And it looks like granite! Very pleased. We showed our neighbors their work and 2 of them used Miracle Method as well - and they are just as pleased as we are.

We are very pleased with the results. Their price seemed high, but we feel they did quality work for us.

We were so pleased the first time with the work that we hired them again. It was easy to schedule an appointment. I liked the final product and how it transformed the bathroom at minimal cost. They did very well on both jobs.

Installer had to make a second trip because wrong kit was provided to him.

The cost was reasonable and a lot less than replacing the tub and tile.

The owner came out. He was very knowledgeable and they didn’t try to sell me anything additional. I thought the tub needed refinished. After they completed the cleaning, they learned that the tub did not need to be refinished after all. The work turned out well. I would hire them again and recommended them to others.

The flooring of the shower was 25 years old and had become discolored. After they completed the work, the floor looked brand new. They did a great job and I have no complaints.

We have used their services twice. The owner came out and completed the work. We were so impressed with the work that we hired them again. I thought they were very responsive and willing to come in short order.

They kept it for a couple weeks and then delivered it. I was not satisfied with the work and I took it back. They were easy to work with and refinished the bath tub again to my satisfaction. The cost was expensive, but I might use them again. In the end, I think that it turned out pretty much okay.

The service was great! The owner was the salesperson. He was very attentive and responsive. His wife also arranged for the service. The technician was also very pleasant, did a good job and was clean. They finished in the projected amount of time. They even came back and repaired one small problem that came up with no questions asked even though it was a year later.
