They removed the old driveway and then we had several days of rain preventing the pouring of the new driveway. The company was very good at keeping me informed and made several trips to check on the condition of the site. As soon as the area was dry they showed up with a large team and completed the job. They requested no downpayment prior to starting their work. I only received a bill when the work was completed. Their price was about 60% of the other two bids I had.

M & F Concrete removed an old, cracked driveway and three holly bushes and installed a new, exposed aggregate concrete driveway. M&F had the best pricing (we contacted several companies) and also seemed to be the most knowledgeable. Many companies didn't seem to know much about exposed aggregate, and wanted to install a broom finish (not what I wanted, however). M&F was also willing to use colored concrete, as I had originally expressed an interest in adding color. We had to wait longer than we wanted to -- it seems that the company has a lot of municipal contracts. But we were willing to be flexible, because the price was very, very good and the company had great reviews on Angie's List. The end result is terrific. Driveway looks great, and the owner, Filipe, was here to oversee the installation personally. He was very careful about measuring the space, called me out a few times to make sure it was as I wanted, and worked gingerly around my neighbor's plants. I highly recommend M&F. If you can be flexible about timing, they're worth the wait.

Performed the work on schedule. Took great care in determining expansion joints and control joints. Broke the area up into smaller pour areas to work with quickly setting concrete. Clean, neat, considerate in dealings with the neighbors. Came back and completed all punchlist items. Made sure to have proper grade and slopes for drainage. Got many bids and this was an excellent value for excellent work. Looks great, but time will be the test.

I appreciated how the person who came out and gave the estimate showed up everyday to make sure the work was getting done and to make sure we were satisfied with the work. I was also happy that they charged us the price they quoted us.

They were superior, fast and we were happy with the job. He had made visits before and after the work was done to make sure the job was done correctly. We were expecting him to take three days, but he was able to finish in one day. He was $2000 less than other estimates and we also received more for the money. He also offered to put on a sealant. We will hire him again to do more work.

THIS JOB WAS DONE IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER. WE HAVE HAD NO TROUBLE WITH THE CONCRETE SINCE IT WAS COMPLETED AND HAVE NOT HAD TO CONTACT THE COMPANY TO COME BACK FOR ANY REPAIRS.
