Not well. I had a scheduled appointment which the provider confirmed through Angie's List. The provider never showed up and despite at least two calls to its office, did not return my call on that day. It was a waste of my time, and the fact that no one had the courtesy to return my call that day suggests to me that they don't really have effective support staff. The company did call the next day and left a voice mail. No apology for the error; just a request to reschedule. Having expended a day waiting on them to show up, I was unwilling to reschedule. Angie's List refunded my money with no problem.

Went very well, they did nice work. Would recommend to others.

Very punctual, polite, professional and friendly - most of all, very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them and will call on them for any other roofing needs I may have. I have already recommended them to three other friends as well as one who is a very successful realtor in my area to pass on to her clients. I sought bids from 4 highly-rated firms and tried to learn precisely what I should request based on their competing bids and follow-ups. Although Exterior Medics appeared to offer an excellent proposal, I chose KPM for its much (e.g. 30%) lower price for what appeared to be very close to the same quality of service. Moreover, I appreciated that Jason Reed was willing to patiently and quickly answer many questions and explore many options, including giving me what I view as fair comments about competing bids, - assistance in protecting myself when I decided to terminate a contract I regretted - clear communications when I needed to postpone meetings or the start date a few days - keeping me appraised of how the project was going during the day, even providing an update photo, and asking how to address issues that arose - determination to complete the job in one day, as you had predicted. I don't have the expertise to evaluate the quality of the work, but so far so good and I'll report back if I have any problems.

They missed the first appointment but made up for it with promptly coming the second time and offering the previously mentioned free service. Both men I dealt with were extremely nice and professional.

Jason was on time for the appointment. He checked the complete roof for any damage. I also showed him in the sunroom where the ceiling had gotten wet. Checked the roof and could not see any problems. He said to call him if it leaks again so he can see on the ceiling. He mentioned about tree limb dropping egg corns on the roof and staining the shingles. Jason also said that due to age of the roof that she shingle life left in the shingles was around 2 years or so. Jason very professional and knowledgable.

I noticed my crown vent sticking up so I called and left a message with Jason at KPM to schedule their $99 roof inspection. He got back with me the same day and was very accommodating to find a convenient time for his roofer to come out ( also named Jason). Two days later Jason arrived punctually and was very knowledgeable and courteous. He thoroughly checked the skylights, flashing, vent boot, , took care of the crown vent and re-caulked the nails. Very impressed! Hopefully my cedar shingles will last another 10-15 years, but when it is time for a new roof, without hesitation, I will be calling KPM, They also do remolding work.

I scheduled this appointment on the 29th and requested a service date 2 weeks down the road. KPM responded in a very timely fashion accepting the proposed date and even suggesting a few additional dates and times closer to the scheduling date. I called KPM at the cell phone number that was provided in their initial response and was rescheduled for a same day appointment (even though it was not an urgent matter). Jason was very professional and responsive to my requests over the phone. The crew gave me a follow up call in the afternoon to make sure my plans had not changed and arrived within minutes thereafter. They inspected the roof took care of some minor repair issues and where done in less than 30 minutes. -It was cold - it rained - they still delivered on their promise 100% - I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Very happy with the service. Went above and beyond and caulked a hole in my siding I couldn't reach on my shorter ladder as well.

Very well, Tech informed of what was needed in the future, and advice regarding my gutters. He only needed to do some caulking.

I had some roof damaged. probably caused by storms. He took pictures and showed me the damage. Not normal wear and tear. Told me what I needed to do with my insurance company. Everything was taken care from that point on. He was a great person to work with.

Jason showed up on time and was very courteous. After our inspection, he was very informative regarding our roofs condition and proceeded to do some minor repairs. I would recommend his service to friends and family.

Jason was on time and took the time to discuss options and gave me a detailed list and explanation of what we will need to do in the future. Did not pressure us to buy anything. I will definitely use this company when it comes time for us to replace our roof. He was also very professional and promptly handed me his card when I answered the door.

Jason called ahead and informed me that he could come earlier if that we convenient (which it was). He arrived on time, was courteous, and walked me through all of my questions. My roof rake was beyond repair and needed to be replaced, and he gave me a quote on the replacement cost and his timeline. All in all, he was very easy to work with, and my roof rake should be fixed in short order.

They were prompt and courteous. They did and excellent job, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased.

Jason called me about a half hour before he was due to arrive asking if he could come early. He arrived within five minutes of the phone call evaluate the situation, made a repair, and was out the door before the time of the original meeting. He was professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable, and represents the company very well. I would highly recommend this company for any roofs issues you may have.

Jason of KPM Home Improvement arrived on time and prepared to perform the roof work that I had requested. He asked for and listened to my concerns regarding my project prior to beginning the job. He also briefed me before repairing a section of missing shingles to ensure a slight color mismatch with the new shingles would be satisfactory. Jason displayed great professionalism and a terrific attitude. He also provided a reasonable quote for a siding issue that I have on my front elevation. Great overall experience. Exceptional!!! We cannot say enough good things about our experience with KPM Home Improvement, L.L.C.. When my father passed away my sisters and I were faced with a neglected home in need of many repairs before it was in any condition to sell. We had several "quick buy" companies trying to get us to sell the house at give away prices. After several interviews with contractors we contracted with KPM Home Improvement, L.L.C. to do the work. Since Jim Kirsch and his team completed the work we have increased the value of the house by over $125,000.00. Jim and his team, Jason and Andrew, were very professional and met our every expectation. Jim was available anytime to answer my questions and to advise me on the many decisions I had to make. He is well versed in all areas of home remodeling and his years of experience allowed him to advise me on many different areas of the project. He made the whole remodel a pleasant experience. We had no hidden expenses. What we contracted for is what we were charged. We even asked for additional things to be done and they willingly added them and still completed the job within the time frame he gave us. I have recommended KPM Home Improvement, L.L.C.to my family and friends and would gladly have them work on any future projects. Honesty and integrity are rarely found in this business. I found it in Jim , Jason and Andrew on our project.

I had some minor leaking on the ceiling at my rental property, especially after heavy rain and called KPM for an estimate. I left a message with Jason (co-owner) and he returned my call promptly. We then scheduled an apt for an estimate on the same day. I was appreciative of the quick response and the flexibility. Jason showed up promptly at the appt time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He was very efficient and extremely professional. I highly recommend this company. Would definitely use them again for any future projects.
