Jim the owner came out to give me an estimate and i found him fair and honest and very trustworthy. I felt very comfortable immediately. He walked me through everything and gave me some suggestions. He never pushed and was very helpful to me. The work was done very efficiently but also very quickly. In one day my roof was completed and the job was done very professionally. Can't say enough good things about them. The job looks great. The carpentry work looks great. Fantastic company.

A lot of the covers weren't placed back on.

Quality was good. They came and said there was nothing wrong with my roof. I think paid $200. They didn't do anything and they didn't give me any refund. I won't use them again.

Great. The Technician reached out to me, scheduled the appointment. He inspected my roof and made minor repairs as needed. Didn't invent any non-existing issues and I will have them come back to do the same next year

The contractor could not inspect our roof at the first visit due to the height and incline of the roof. He came the second time with a help and did an Excellent job

Excellent. Flexible scheduling. Jason was honest and reported that there was no damage. He also did a little routine maintenance while on my roof. I appreciated his promptness and honestly. Would use again.

Fine - found one gap in the shingles along the edge of the main house.

Fine. The extra repairs were expensive for what they did, but at that point it did not make sense to go through the hassle of finding someone else to do that work.

After agreeing to $250, he never came back to do the work. He also never returned any of 10 calls. I am sure he is very busy and this is my first attempt to use Angies list and it is a disappointment. I see many more reviews complaining about this company. Angies list should drop this company. They may be a big company and may not be interested in small jobs.

They were scheduled to come out last Friday and they did not show up. I tried emailing them and calling them as well and I never got a reply. I cancelled the deal and will not use them again.

Impossible to schedule. After a few weeks from placing the first call, I got a call back but the person I spoke with on the phone requested that someone be home although the tech does not need to get inside the house (odd but OK). I called back trying to schedule a time. Several calls were made to the cell phone number left from the initial conversation and to the main number. No response. Why sell a service but won't fulfill it? Don't sell something that you can't/won't deliver. I requested a refund from Angie's and will not ever reach out to this company for any work.

I bought Angie's List deal for roof maintenance based on the good reviews that I saw for this company. However, when I contacted them via email and phone to schedule a time for them to come out for the roof maintenance, I've received no response from them. I tried calling them on different times and days but received no response to the voice mail that I left. I also contacted them by email but received no response. I should have paid careful attention to the other review by another person who said that they couldn't get hold of this company but I did not see it until later. It is unfortunate that I was not able to use the deal but, luckily, this was within the 30 day refund period for the deal.

The roof inspection went very well. We purchased the house 4 years ago and just wanted a check of how it was looking and an estimation of the roof's age. Jason provided a good review and some pictures.

Jason is the person who came out to inspect my roof. He was very friendly and professional and seemed honest. He took pictures of my roof with his phone and showed them to me after his inspection. His recommendation was to replace my roof sometime soon, something that I had already suspected. Jason also suggested to me that I take into consideration how long I planned to live in the house when considering replacement. I called KPM at the cell phone number that was provided in their initial response and was rescheduled for a same day appointment (even though it was not an urgent matter). Jason was very professional and responsive to my requests over the phone. The crew gave me a follow up call in the afternoon to make sure my plans had not changed and arrived within minutes thereafter. Jason was on time and took the time to discuss options and gave me a detailed list and explanation of what we will need to do in the future and did not pressure me to buy anything. I will definitely use this company when it comes time for me to replace my roof.

The man arrived at the agreed upon time, was polite and professional. He explained what he found and the repairs that he did. He recommended corrective measures and improvements. I would consider them for future work.

It took little bit of time to schedule and then reschedule, but they did good job. Thank you.

They have never contacted me to set up an appointment or responded to messages I left. So far, a total waste of money.

After the 2 weeks went by, I started reaching out. I have continually reached out to find out why they have not been out, every phone call, text message, email, AND message through Angie's List has been ignored and I have received no replits. They sure don'the seem to want people to give them money to do a job. I now have to shop around and try and find someone else. I would never contract them again and they are totally unreliable, and unprofessional. Even of slammed with work, it takes NOTHING to shoot someone a quick reply.

It went very well. Jason of KPM always called in advance to keep me informed on when he would show up. He did the work needed without additional charges. I found him competent, professional and very ethical.

It went great. I had a leak in the roof which i wanted to get fixed. I had another company crew come over earlier and they suggested the leak is coming from Ridge vent and i need to replace the ridge vent and they gave me an exorbitant quote. I decided to try KPM and first wanted to get it inspected and get their suggestion for leak fix. Mr. Jason who came over asked if i have any concerns and i mentioned about the leak and approximate place of the leak. He did the inspection and came back with pictures to show the cause of the leak which was due to bad caulk where the leak was happening. He fixed the leak and applied caulk not only to fix the leak, but in other places as well. Mr. Jason is awesome and is very honest about what exact repair is needed. I got all this done with the purchase of roof inspection deal from Angies List. Most importantly, as soon as i purchased the inspection from Angies List, Mr. Jason promptly sent me an email within 30min of purchase and asked me for the schedule. Though he was booked for few days, i explained him my work schedule and he was very considerate of my schedule and gave me a schedule within 2 days so that the leak could be contained before next batch of heavy rains. Unfortunately, there was rain forecast on the scheduled date and he was flexible to come on Saturday to fix the leak. On Saturday, he called me 30min before scheduled arrival time and said he was on his way. He was on time for the scheduled appointment and after hearing my concerns, he quickly got to work and not only he fixed the leak, but he said the roof is pretty good and would last another 10-12 years at the least based on quality of the shingles. Great job Jason and KPM! I would definitely consider this company for my future repairs and any home improvement needs.

The service was not great. I have not gone up there to examine it and check yet. Supposedly, they sealed it up so there should not be any leak, but there were some damaged shingles. They said it was too cold to repair them, but that was covered under the package we purchased and to give them a call in the spring and they would come out and take care of that. When I first initially made contact with them, they had to reschedule multiple times which I understand because it was winter and it was busy. In the spring, I tried to call them three times. I left them three different voice messages and I had not heard any contact back. So, we just gave up. When they came out and did the work, they were great. It is just now that I cannot get a hold of them. The price was good. They had to reschedule and it was last minute.

Jason cancelled on me on 3 sunny days. On the final time he didn't show up or even call me to let me know, which is very rude.
