Terrible experience, I would never use these guys again. We purchased a roof maintenance package for a piece of fascia that became loose and was now hanging after a recent windstorm. Between the time we purchased the deal to the time the estimate happened the piece came completely off and now needed replacing. The scheduling of the estimate went well and they arrived on time to provide me a quote for the work. The price seemed fair so we agreed to have them do the work. After a couple of weeks I hadn't heard from KPM so I called to see when they would be able to schedule the repair as we are moving out of the country soon and have renters coming in. A few voicemails, emails and Angie's list messages later I got a response about a week later that they apologized for lack of follow up and that I would hear from them by Thursday of that week to schedule the job for Mon or Tue the following week. Of course I never heard from them and a few additional (unreturned) phone calls later I gave up. Thankfully Angie's List refunded us and we had another contractor do the work (the new contractor took my initial call, provided an estimate AND completed the work all in the same day). Maybe it's because it was a small job to them, but that kind of service is genuinely terrible.

This was a pretty good AL special for roof inspection. I like to get the roof inspected every-other-year because I don't know when the last roof was put on. We had some minor scheduling issues that worked out for both of us. Called to confirm appointments and called before arriving. I was happy about the communication. We walked a 24" ladder through the townhouse to the deck without damaging anything. Spent about five minutes on the roof looking at the various things that are on a roof. The roof looked good and it was recommended that we look to replace in about five years.

We gave him 2 dates for the service but he could not make it, so we agreed on 4/19 in the afternoon, but did not hear from him anymore. He did not show we called and left a message, but did not get a call back.

It went well. Appointment was scheduled right after the purchase. Jason showed up on time and inspected the whole roof. Provided an honest evaluation result with roof still have a lot of life left.

This was an Angie's list special for a roof check. I knew I had a leak somewhere so I called. He came but did not find the leak until my friend climbed up there and showed it to him. He then sealed it. The guys was very nice though. The little hole was tricky I guess and hard to see.

To be honest, he came and he said that he was going to look around and was like 10 minutes and then he left and he said, oh everything is fine. We told him that there was some leaking. We thought that maybe it was too much money for the 10 minutes. For us it looks like he didn't do anything. Maybe for people that have a bad roof, it is going to be worth it but in our case, it was nothing. He was courteous.

Once ordered, I specified which dates (I had to pick 3 different dates/times) I would like the work done. The same evening I placed the order, I received an email from KPM (Jason) who stated they would only be available to come on the last date I picked and wanted to know if that was okay. I replied back and told him yes. I then followed up with a text to Jason's cell phone the very next day. Two days had passed without any word from KPM. On the day service was supposed to take place, I called Jason's cell phone and left a voice message. I also called KPM's other available phone number and left a message with the machine there. The service date/time came and went without so much as a phone call or response from KPM. IF you need immediate work done, don't call KPM. If you can afford to wait for repairs to take place, then maybe they might be worth it, but I don't appreciate dealing with companies that schedule a date/time and then don't show up. I had to take off from work in order to be here to meet them, which upset me even more to find out they never showed or called. Based on initial experience, I will not be using KPM in the future and would not recommend them.

I was concerned about the amount of snow on my roof after Snowzilla. Jason did a thorough check and took pictures of some points of concern for future reference. Explained in detail what to look for and what would need to be done to fix the problem. Very satisfied with the whole process from making appt. to the actual inspection. Will use again in the future.

I contracted and paid for the service on March 1, but did not get a response from the provider until March 14, and this only after repeated emails. The work was scheduled for March 24 and the service accomplished. But during the inspection the provider found the source of the water leak issue that was the main reason I contracted for the service. He promised an estimate for the cost to repair the damages by that evening and has still not provided it to me five days later. So they will not get any further business from me.

They missed the first appointment - and apologized profusely for the scheduling snafu. Jason showed up promptly for the next scheduled appointment. He was courteous and professional - and fixed/caulked a couple of spots on the roof. We showed him where we believed some water may have been leaking in the interior of the home and he thought he found a spot under the siding with some wood rot that was allowing water into the home - he took some photos with his smartphone and showed me. Fixing wood rot was obviously not part of the roof inspection package - so we agreed to follow up in a week for some quotes on fixing the wood rot spot. I left several texts & a voice mail over the next few weeks but never heard back from KPM. So I am hiring another vendor to do the follow up work. Great friendly guys, professional on the job, and were punctual following the earlier initial scheduling snafu. The lack of follow-up is why they get a "B" instead of an "A"

Jason arrived a little earlier than scheduled, after calling me to be sure that would be alright. He did a very thorough inspection of the entire roof. He found the source of the leak that caused a large stain and located other potential problems. He caulked several areas. He took pictures of the areas he corrected and showed the photos to me. Everything he did was included in the Angie's List order. He did not try to "up-sell" anything to me. This was a very pleasant experience. I will absolutely use this company again.

I had an issue with provider showing up for the appointment and being on-time for the follow-up. Ultimately, though, he arrived and completed the service and was professional.

We purchased the roof maintenance package from Angie's List for KPM Home Improvement to inspect our roof and caulk required areas. Jason Reed is the owner/operator and he was a pleasure to deal with. Very professional and scheduled our meeting within days of me calling. Jason inspected the roof and caulked problem areas. We had a couple of leaks in the roof and he caulked those areas, providing a long term solution if we should continue to have problems from ice damming under the vent. We will definitely use KPM Home Improvement for any future roof work!

We asked several companies for proposals on finishing our basement. KPM was the second company to visit and assess the work. Immediately, we liked David. He was extremely professional and very likable, which made KPM a top contender. After receiving the quotes, KPM turned out to be the highest. David worked with us to show where we could reduce costs and still get what we wanted. The next phase was where David brought Carlos over to look at the work we wanted. Immediately we liked Carlos. While he was quiet, we could tell he was working things out in his head. Sure enough, he made a few suggestions and again, we liked what he also had to say. I was quite surprised when the work started. I came home from work and was anxious to see what had been built. I wasn't thinking there would be too much work, but too my surprise, framing the first room was complete and work had started on the second. The speed with which these gentlemen worked was incredible. The framing was completed the next day and the wiring was started. I was on my way home from work and my son called to find out about where a couple of outlets were going to be positioned. I told him to where I thought they would be, but after confirming with my wife, I found out that I had given the incorrect location. When I got home, the electrician was wrapping things up. I felt really bad asking him if he could reposition the outlets. Like a true professional, Henry put them where my wife suggested. Plumbing went smoothly as well, with the two water bibs installed exactly where I had envisioned them. Finally came the drywall. While this is a dusty job, the team had been great cleaning up as they went and covering furniture and carpet, keeping the mess to a minimum. The whole team did a phenomenal job and we are completely satisfied. This is a true testament to KPM and its management.

The inspector arrived on time and conducted a thorough inspection of my roof as well as the flashing and the seals around the vents. He provided me with a report and we discussed what he observed. He told me that the roof was in excellent condition; he could have told me I needed repairs since his company does this kind of work but he was honest and fair. He did some minor resealing around a vent as a precaution. I was satisfied with the work and plan to use this company again.

Jason, et al were great. We had to reschedule a few times due to inclement weather, but we eventually had a break in the weather and they were able to come out on a Saturday morning. I was especially pleased with Saturday availability because I didn't have to take off work. Prompt and professional service - exactly as expected. Would definitely contract with them again for roof work/other repairs.

Awesome!!! Jason was a complete professional throughout the entire process. He showed us before and after pictures of our roof which we were completely satisfied. We trusted his expertise so much that we would consider KPM for other house projects.

Jason Reed was personable and professional. The first inspection time was canceled due to a major snow storm since snow was still on the roof and was rescheduled for 3 days later. Would recommend KPM to anyone who has some concerns with their roof and I will call KPM again when it's time to replace the roof!

I purchased the maintenance package due to a leak in one of my bedrooms and patches of shingles that we found on the ground. The maintenance check turned into a quote for a new roof due to the poor condition of my roof. The work was performed on schedule, the team was professional, cleaned up after the job, and end product is beautiful. I highly recommend the company and Jason B, who managed the project, and showed a genuine interest in making sure the client is comfortable with such a huge investment and providing confidence that the job is done right.

It was okay. It wasn't great. The guy did some extra stuff. He kind of upsell me a little bit. It was something I needed to do. I was satisfied with it. They were okay. The guy wasn't quite as professional as I would have hoped maybe he was.

The service was extremely friendly and honest. He took pictures of my roof (in daylight, which sounds obvious but it's not!) with his phone and showed them to me after his inspection. He recommended what I already knew: replacement was suggested. Additionally, he took my concerns, such as how long would I actually live in the house into consideration while providing the estimate. I ended up shopping around and going with a different roofer to have my roof replaced due to wanting a warranty, but if you need a good, inexpensive roof, then I see no issues with going with KPM because they seemed trustworthy and not aggressive.
