Description of Work: They did not do anything.I understood that we had weather problems that made it unsafe to do the work. I understood when the person who was to do the work fell off a ladder and could not come. I understood when the same people got sick and again could not make it. But it got to the point that they would not answer e-mails. Left message at one number they did not call back. Called the other number listed for them plus the cell number I was given still no answer. Here is what happened they were not busy in Jan/Feb and were looking for business but when they did start to get busy and the weather inproved it was forget you. To bad if they had shown up I had other work to be done being they were general contractors. Will have to find someone who is reliable to to that work. Thanks to Angies List I got my money back . They should be removed from being able to list any services on Angies.

Description of Work: I purchased the roof maintenance package and it's a real bargain. Not only do you get great, professional service but you don't break the bank either. My roof had two broken shingles and Jason and his crew took care of it. Sent me pictures too. Again, great service, great team. Highly recommend.

Description of Work: When a scheduling problem within their organization initially occurred, Jason Reed immediately responded. He looked at my roof and determined nothing should be done without checking two other possibilities first. He recommended that I ask for a refund of the $99 I paid to Angie's List as he had really done nothing to earn it.

Description of Work: Roof inspection. Repaired a few minor items, replaced cover/collar on exhaust pipe. Job was quickly and nicely done. Pictures were taken before and after. Very professional and courteous.

Description of Work: They came and inspected the roof. We're immediately upfront about amount of damage done and recommended an insurance claim. Sure enough, insurance company covered full roof replacement less the deductible. They were very polite and professional. Only issue was they were one day late on installing roof with no notice. Apart from that though quite happy and would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: A problem exists w/Angie's system of allocating work. Several times I ordered service at a location different than my residence and both times the vendor showed up at my residence while I awaited for them at the address noted on the service order. In this case I had to re-schedule twice before the vendor was able to respond to the appropriate address.

Description of Work: Used Angies List basic roof maintenance coupon. however, upon roofer inspection, was suggested that my pipe collar be repaired for extra $100.

Description of Work: The company checked my roof for damages. No roof damages, but there were some areas that needed to be re-corked. The areas were re-corked. However, I noticed water drops after a recent heavy rain, however, not as bad. The corking helped, but did not eliminate the problem. I do wish the corking would have eliminated the problem. | |The guy that was sent out to take care of my roof had a long drive, and with the traffic, he arrived 1 1/2 hours late. This was not a big problem, since I was working from home that day. He was a very friendly individual that apologized several times for being late.
