Description of Work: Roof Inspection. I like to use small local guys instead of chains. He missed the first appt but called me to tell me so. He did call me while he was on the roof and described what he saw and did. I asked him to do additional work on putting a screen over the furnace exhaust. He did not come back when he said he would and I had to call to remind him to do it. He did do the job and was pleasant to deal with. I think he just has a lot of work to do (which is good sign if a lot of people want his services). I think he is a bit on the expensive side but would use him again.

Description of Work: Got $99 deal to inspect and do minor repairs to roof surrounding chimney. They were professional and friendly. They inspected and provided a before and after pic via text message. Def would hire again.
