They did a good job.

Prompt email reply to my email inquiry which resulted in a scheduled inspection for estimate at no cost to me. Staff agred to perform the inspection without me being at home because of my work commitment. Written estimate was left in my mailbox, pursuant to the telephone conversation when the inspection was schduled. I phoned the company and left a message after normal business hours because of my own work schedule. I was pleasantly surprised by a return call that evening from the owner, who listened to my concerns about best protecting my home within my budget constraints. He recommended a course of action which has been FANTASTIC! He discussed a more expensive option, but based on the existing condition of my gutters, he did not believe that was necessary. The job was completed while I was at work (again). I received a follow up call (again) from the owner to learn if the job was completed to my satisfaction. I was sent a bill for the work as agreed upon on the telephone conversation with a warranty to call them with any problemes within one year. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIRBY KEARNS CONTRACTOR. INTEGRITY WAS THE BY-WORD FROM THE GET-GO; I WILL DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!.

Excellent! Not the cheapest, but they are very good at what they do!

Kirby installed larger downspouts and mesh gutter covers and performed minor siding repairs for me in the past. I was highly satisfied so I called his company again. The downspout of our of our 2nd story gutter was originally situated on the front of the house and emptied onto the edge of our porch roof. This was too much for the roof's gutter to handle, and invariably water would pour off the edge of the porch roof. I called Kirby's company to replace a porch post which looked to have some dry-rot from the runoff, to replace some dry-rotted wooden trim in the area as well, and to re-orient the downspout around to the side of the home and so that it was a straight shot from the 2nd story roof to ground level. Dennis came out and surveyed the job when I was out and mailed me a detailed, itemized estimate. He determined that the porch post was sound and what we thought was dry-rot was instead a natural knot in the wood that had not been painted over when we had the exterior repainted several years ago. We were happy to save money there. Reorienting the downspout around to the side of the house necessitated replacing the entire length of gutter on the 2nd story. I approved the work by phone and he came by when I was at work to start the job. When I came home from work, he was finishing up and he showed me everything he had done. All trash was picked up and he had done such a good job matching the caulk to our siding and replacing the piece of trim that you can't even tell anything was done. I loved that he was able to reinstall our gutter covers and the new system works much better.

I liked everything about them! They were very responsive, prompt, and they had quick service. They also did a very good job with the roof.

They did exactly what they said they would, exactly when they said they would, and it cost exactly what they said it would. We are very happy with the work they did and the windows they installed. Our house is much quieter and cooler with the new windows. The installers were very nice, tidy, and efficient. It took 2 days to install 20 some windows. I would absolutely recommend this company!

Amanda Kerns set me up with a date and low and behold, the crew cleaned the gutters while I was not even home and did a fantastic job. The price was fair, or actually a little on the low side based on a couple other places I checked. I'm very happy.

Mr. Kerns came to our house after a major summer storm, at a time when he was extremely busy with emergency roofing repairs all over the area. At the time, he was working seven days a week. He quickly found the problem, installed a temporary patch, and also corrected two other problems. He scheduled a follow-up date to do the permanent repair, which was handled and installed beautifully. We highly recommended Kirby Kerns Contracting.

PUT IN A TOTAL OF ELEVEN WINDOWS AND A DOUBLE SLIDING DOOR. WE ENDED UP SPENDING LESS THAN WAS EXPECTED. THEY TOOK OUT A COUPLE WINDOWS AND PUT IN A PICTURE WINDOW. COMPLETED JOB IN JUST A COUPLE DAYS. WE FOUND THIS GUY THROUGH A TELEMARKETER WHO CALLED OUR HOME.
