All went well. Technician, Richard, was friendly and knowledgeable and stayed to help me program the Ring floodlight he installed for me in my IPad app.

It was great. We use FH Furr for most of our home needs. Curtis Duncan did our plumbing work and William Tanner did the electrical. I would definitely ask for these guys to come back to our home, should we need any additional work done.

Installation was quick, he was informative and he offered several solutions to my problem.

We received three estimates and selected Furr based on price, experience and the obvious competence of their guys. They took real trouble in designing the right system, and the installation was quick and efficient. They even returned to replace a valve they thought might in the future be faulty and included a thorough duct cleaning. The guys were courteous, quick, and in every way professional. We were very impressed and pleased with the service.

Every time we have FH Furr and think it can't get any better with their personal here comes Randy B and his team. They were here the entire day and worked non stop. I don't know who at FH Furr trains their technicians but they are outstanding, polite and knowledgeable. Randy led the team and between the inside work and being up on the roof that had a really full day. Randy was more than a perfect "10". When the day was done they cleaned up so well that I wanted to hire them as a housekeeper. FH Furr is truly the best. If you need a company run don't walk to hire them; you won'd be disappointed.

The installers from F. H. Furr HVAC showed up when scheduled even though it was pouring rain and rained most of the day. They did a professional job.

Mark found that our heat exchange was shot so we are replacing not only the heat exchange but the heat pump also. He had other techs come out to do measurements since our heat pump is on the roof. He spent hours with us and walked us through everything especially what to expect next week. We love FH Furr.

We had an annual inspection and service performed. As always, the technician was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Our home was on the market. The buyer's agent's home inspector performed a test on our system incorrectly and challenged the health of our system. F.H. Furr responded immediately, rechecked the system, diagnosed the error made by the inspector and documented their work so we could move forward. Sales person ( Craig) was very good at giving us the rundown on the system we were going to get, things like what it does, how it works, warranty, installation. A follow up visit was done to correctly select the size of equipment, and insure installation and location of the two mini-duct and the outside heat pump. Day of installation the team arrived ( Bruce and Chris) - put on the little booties to see the rooms and start work. Bruce gave wife and I a good run down of what they were going to do. The work started and it was done in a few hours. gave us a short show and tell on the remote functions and they then cleaned up all the material and construction debris and were gone. Overall really professional installation.

The technician was super nice and very professional.

Joe explained that the unit just needed a routine maintenance procedure which he demonstrated. The disposal now works again. Joe spent extra time patiently explaining to us useful procedures for efficient use of the disposal. This all took place during the warranty period for the unit so there was no cost.

On the whole, the end result was average but the cost was relatively high. To be fair, this is very old plumbing from the 60s. We requested that they replace "seats" in the showers as the showers couldn't be shut off completely and were difficult to open. The initial tech wanted to rip out the existing handles but then agreed to replace just the seats. They had to order the parts, which they did, but took over three weeks to return. When they did, they did replace the seats and also repaired one faucet and rebolted a loose toilet. Overall the faucets can now be turned but we did have a small leak that they corrected. However, the faucet is now reversed between hot and cold and the toilet is loose again. Still, a good company overall and good management.

Mixed bag. Technician was a very courteous and prompt. When he first examined the faucets he recommended replacing the whole valve assembly as just replacing the stems was usually very difficult. After talking to him I was able to get him to just replace the valves. He also replaced a sink valve. Unfortunately that is where the trouble began. He has to order parts and was to return in a few days to complete the work but weeks went by and I heard nothing. And correspondence to Fuhr and got a message several days later telling me to call customer service. Customer service said they would send a message to the technician and again no call. Finely I asked them to just cancel but got a very timely call by their management so promised to quickly fix the issue and they did. The overall quality of the work was good but for the price issue I expected a better.

Excellent! The consultant was very professional, as well as personable. His expertise in the product and HVAC field were evident. He was respectful to both me and my property and he represented the F.H. Furr organization well.

Paul was prompt and worked steadily and quickly to get done what needed to be done. FH Furr installed my HVAC system approximately 4 years ago and have performed service on it for me since then.
