Lloyd did an excellent job repairing my ceiling fan. He told me in advance what he would need to do and the cost to repair and/or replace if I wanted that option. He was very courteous and professional.

I had scheduling problems with FH FURR. We were a day apart so had to reschedule for two days later. However, all turned out fine. Inspection went fine and am satisfied. Overall experience has been outstanding and that includes the replacement of my HVAC, Heating unit and water heater about a year ago.

Rashid Proctor, with the support of a trainee, Latif Williams, performed an outstanding job. They managed to change out the support structure for the system, improving the stability of the system. I am still amazed at the work they had to do, and how easy they made it seem. This was truly an outstanding job. Talk about sending out the A Team - this is definitely F. H. Furr premier team.

Mr. Myers presentation of the solution was well understood and agreeable. His professionalism and casual demeanor was greatly appreciated. I must comment that the technician who conducted the pre-winter check was his son. I was happy to be able to tell Mr. Myers that is son was also very impressive.

A little pricey, but well worth it. FH Furr was totally professional and incredibly responsive. We noticed a leaking water heater on a Sunday night. Called at 7AM on Monday and FH Furr was at the house by 8:30AM. Really hard water was the underlying issue that was clearly evident in and around the copper pipes. As noted in the work done, problems cascaded, but Chris and his partner worked through to 10PM and everything was fixed and has operated since without issue. Every contact with FH Furr was a pleasure, from their call center to the plumbers who came out. Highly recommend this company

The drain is unclogged, so that is good! However, the gentleman did leave behind a lot of dirt in the bathroom and on the stairwell, which isn't so good. But the real kicker was the price. The worker tricked my wife into thinking that this would be a bigger job than it really was and got her to pay $330 for 15 minutes of work. I feel really taken advantage of and obviously would never hire this outfit again!

Shaun Dean, the technician, did an outstanding job. Prompt, efficient, prepared, excellent clean up I would welcome him back anytime.

Arrived very early in their two hour window. Team of two was thorough, efficient and very professional. My experiences with Furr have all been excellent. They seem to have high-quality employees in general.

They are a little pricey, but they send high quality people that can fix the problem right then.They are very good, they are probably the best in the area.

Scheduling was smooth and Tim and Gage did a great job with the installation of HVAC, pan, and alarm. They kept me informed throughout the process and stayed to make sure all was in working condition. They took pride in their work and it showed. The home office was very helpful during the scheduling of the install and the inspection afterward. A bit pricey but now have piece of mind.

Richard W was prompt on time diagnosed the issue quickly and offered multiple options to repair the attic fan ended up settling on the solar fans that Richard spoke highly of can't wait till they are installed.

Richard was extremely helpful and was a true professional he not only installed new exterior flood lights but also protected my home from surges in power and made sure my mother was able to reach her personal smoke detector all and all FH Furr has been and will remain my choic in mechanical companies kudos to there staff

Under the Costco purchase program, Furr installed a new heat pump system. I had not expected the very persistent sales calls from Furr. They did, however, finally offer price reductions to close the deal since it was off-season (early spring) and they had to be competitive. Based on other estimates that I got, pricing of AC systems is really variable and Lennox systems are pricey. Installation went well and the cooling system has worked well through the summer. Winter heating remains to be tested. Some issues: poor explanation and delivery of warranty documents, unexpected county inspection, minor debris, screws left in attic, a loose drain fitting, and insufficient warning of the amount of landscaping impact from relocating the outside unit. Fortunately the tech gave me time to save the shrubs but it was a rush and messy in the rain. Estimator could have given more location specifics to allow early site preparation. When removing the disassembled unit from the attic, recommend that tech place the rusted coil unit into a plastic trash bag to reduce clean up of mess down through the house. The techs did work very hard (longer than planned) and diligently to finish the installation. Hopefully no future problems and warranty terms will be met.

Excellent installation, extremely knowledgeable and spent time explaining how the system worked after spending 13 hours installing.

Markus B. is a pro. He assessed the situation and professionally went about installing the new faucet. The faucet is beautiful, works well and we're extremely pleased. Should we ever have a plumbing problem we will indeed request the services of Markus B.
