Roy was very helpful and gave me information on installing a new Aprilaire humidifier as mine is very old.

Lloyd Ferguson, electrician, was sent. Within 5 minutes of testing the outlets he discovered a loose wire that was breaking the connection to all of the outlets that were not working. Lloyd was great and very professional. Would definitely recommend!

They advised an hour before they were to arrive. I also received an email with the picture of the service technician that was coming to my house. And, he arrived on time! He found the leak and then saw some other issues with plumbing in my house. He was not pushy at all and seemed very knowledgeable. He also cleaned up all the plumbing parts and took them with him.

Christopher C. was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He inspected the toilet and shower and presented me with repair options and costs. After I selected an option, he then completed the repairs in the time he said it would take. If I do have plumbing issues again, I would call F.H. Furr and ask for him specifically.

Todd is a very enterprising young man. When he arrived he was faced with an unhappy costumer. He was answering to a called back that was not resolved with the first technical who came to my home. I have the thermostat with Wi-Fi capability. The Wi-Fi stopped work. I called Lennox and their response did not resolve the problem and was quite frustrating. In less than five minutes after arriving Todd had diagnosed the problem and presented a resolution. BRAVO TODD. Todd totally resolved the problem beyond my expectations. Then he sold me on having additional services preformed by F.H. FURR - having my ducts cleaned. He immediately notices that a member of the family was have breathing problems and told me how having the ducts cleaned would help with their breathing problems. He also fully explained what the UV opponent does within a Heating/HVAC System, which he will be installing for me. Todd’s entrepreneurship brought more business for F.H. FURR. I would not be surprised if one day he owned his own business. I look forward to doing more business with Todd in his representation of F.H Furr. JOB WELL DONE.

I am writing this 5-star review (on all evaluation factors) for JOSEPH ARGUETA., who cleaned all of the ducts in our townhouse with another crew member. My review for that other crew member is on Facebook. First - a comment about F. H. Furr - I have always been satisfied with their quality of service (Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, & Electrical). F. H. Furr was truthful about the length of time the vent cleaning would take (3 - 4 hrs), which is important if you have to call out of work to be home while the cleaning is going on. F. H. Furr was also able to approximate the ETA, which is impressive because the it's a 1.5hr drive from Manassas, VA to my home in Montgomery Village, MD. Here were some real positives to my experience with the duct cleaning: - I received a text message when the crew departed from Manassas, VA. Included in the text message was a link that allowed me to track their location (distance & ETA)!!!! This really put me at ease and I wasn't going to be in the bathroom and then be surprised by a knock at the door. What a relief!!! - We have a dog with anxiety and the crew accommodated our need to keep our dog in a separate room with the door closed. Sure, we had to move our dog to a different place when they absolutely had to get in that separate room, but at least they worked on a plan with me and everything went smoothly. I really felt like Joseph A. cared. - When Joseph A. and his crew member arrived, they asked me to locate all the returns & vents in the main floor of the home, which I really liked. Makes no sense to clean ducts in a home if you aren't getting all the vents, right? They found & cleaned every single vent & return, even the return upstairs that F. H. Furr recently installed! - In the middle of cleaning the vents on the main level, Joseph A. asked me if I wanted to see the inside of one of them. He put a camera down there and I could see all the things that were stuck in the vent!!! Like - how does that even happen? Well - he allowed me to see it with my own two eyes on a monitor within the toolbox he was using. SOOOO COOL. He even allowed me to take photos!!! I really enjoyed being able to see what those things were. Joe A. was not bothered by my questions at all. He was polite and informative. We had a vent that was obstructed by a food container (SEE BELOW) and had no idea because it was WAAAAY in there. How else would I have known? Joseph A. did an outstanding job. He made it seem effortless, but I'm guessing that he's done this like 1,000 times. Thank you so much!!!!

Up to this day, I still don't understand why they would quote a price for Lennox XP21 5ton heatpump thousand dollars more than Carrier's Infinity 20 Green Speed 5ton unit. I contacted FH Furr via my Costco membership. They worked with me from a ridiculous high number, then subtract all the rebates and discounts from Costco, Lennox and FH Furr. Still, the number is close to 4 grand higher than Carrier Infinity 20. I just can't believe it. I used both Lennox & Carrier. Carrier is rated better but this company dare to sale Lennox's 2nd best at a much higher price than the best Carrier offers? Future buyers need to be aware of their tactics. You don't need to take my words. Just do a few comparison. i.e. Talk to HomeDepot HVAC. Oh, Costco, you are sucks too! You need to protect your members, not to throw them into lion's den.

Ryan Myers did my HVAC maintenance. He was very professional, a great adviser and did an excellent job giving me suggestions and ideas to keep my HVAC running smoothly. I will definitely recommend him and absolutely use him, again.

Cable TVs on new cable lines intermittently failed to transmit programing . After several visits by Cox Cable, one of their technicians examined the new lines in the wall and attic and discovered that electrical tape rather than proper materials were used. In the attic a connection was made in the line with a bare copper wire. One of the splitters used was an outdated version of the device. Also, the appointment was made for a Monday but when no one showed up I called and was told the appointment was for the following day. The technician also gave us a price for the drywall repair which was incorrect. Furr did honor the original price quote.

He work on the toilet bowl in a half hour, so quick.

FH Furr was great. After submitting a request online after hours, they called me the same night and booked an appointment for the next day. Marcus arrived on time and immediately diagnosed the problem. He took care to make sure the problem was fully fixed and cleaned up after himself. Great service!

Fine, I guess. I did an informal survey of co-workers if they’d ever had ducts cleaned; “yes” won by one vote. This is one of those services I’m still not sure I “ need,” but I must say the upstairs hall registers don’t rattle like they did last year when the heat came on. Furr employees were 100% spot on professional but I have to follow up on their “5-year guarantee,” where the person on phone and the service person at my house said they would come back and re-clean the ducts “for any reason” within five years. I need to get that in writing, because it’s not on the receipt.

The new furnace was intalled several days later. The associates were prompt and professional, giving us detailed information on the new system.

Excellent. Very professional. Provided technical info and demonstrated how to look for issues with water circulation. Showed potential issue with clogging of condenser and suggested ways to ameliorate the issue.

Very well. Sales rep was well informed, answered all questions, gave breakdown of cost with some recommendations, but was never pushy, even when there was only one day left for Costco,s promotion. He is well worth your time if you are serious about hvac replacement.
