Brandon Lewis from F.H. Furr showed up on time, uniformed, and in a marked service vehicle. He took ample time to entertain my electrical questions and had a very pleasant demeanor. While I understand that licensed electricians come with a cost, my cost was >$400 to screw 4 wood screws into a panel box. Had I had more time to solicit more bids I likely would have, but at that point in time I was eager to get the meter box reattached. The work was done quickly and to my satisfaction.

Marco was quick and explained everything he was doing. He even drew a picture of how a blower motor operates. I ended up having him replace the capacitor. I feel my furnace is ready for another season.

Michael Bowley completed the work very professionally and efficiently. He explained the issue and made recommendations to prevent further leakages. He also checked our main water supply valve and noted that it needed replaced and suggested the best way to do that. I was very pleased with his work as well as his thoughtfulness.

The HVAC service tech, Mayer, who did the service was prompt, professional, and courteous. FH Furr had previously done the work to install my HVAC system when the old one blew up the week before Snowmagadon in February 2010. They finished up the installation as the storm was beginning and ensured I had a working furnace.

The plumber was so good I had him come back later to look at a supply valve to the outside spigot that wouldn't close. I thought it was broken like the kitchen supply valve. He determined that it was just really tight and not broken and he as was able to get it closed so I don't have water in that pipe during the winter with the potential for it freeze and break the pipe again. On this second call he was at the house within a couple of hours. I'm very pleased.

F.H. Furr assigned Lloyd for the next day. Lloyd arrived on schedule and was very professional. He replaced a 240v breaker and verified the circuit to the water heater. Llloyd was very easy to work with and he would be a top pick if we needed electrical work done.

I could not ask for a better experience. The two FH FURR technicians arrived on time. They were super courteous and explained in detail the procedures they were going to use. They put a great deal of effort in cleaning the ducts, moved furniture when necessary, and advised my wife and I what rooms they were doing next so we could relocate comfortably. First class operation. I have use this company for plumbing work in the past. They did tremendous work then too.
