Jimmy was super fast, got the corroded pick out and fixed with the new piping, and all at a super reasonable price. Best part was FH Furr got a plumber out to our house in a few hours the same day we called. Will absolutely use them again in the future!

Great - Osmin did a thorough review and recommended three things be done. I will ask for him when I have the work done. He even came recommended a way to move the placement of my main turn-off valve without having to get the County, the condo association and the property manager involved. I had been wanting to do that but that 3-way coordination is such a pain. Now I don't have to worry about that or inconvenience my neighbors.

Excellent work -- and this was not easy because, as it turned out, I will need a new furnace, I believe. Rodney took a good piece of time explaining why this is necessary and what the consequences of not having a new furnace would mean. All in all, outstanding work on Rodney's part.

Joe was very helpful and thorough in educating me on the requirements and alternative options and costs for increasing the capacity of the electrical system in my home. He also explained the code changes that have been implemented since my house was built and would be required to be implemented to pass country inspection as part of upgrading my electrical box, like upgrading my fire alarm system. He was very articulate and did a great job of explaining the complexities to a novice like myself. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Company gives a courtesy call and email one day before the job. Then a text message telling you that the agent is on its way. And the agents (Alieu and Sergio) performed their job excellently. They showed courtesy and attention to details when they noticed that we have a baby. I provided them easy access to the basement via outdoor walkway and they left the work area clean and the door close etc. I am satisfied with their service and would hire them again.

Jerry showed up on time. He was quick, professional, and efficient. My only gripe would be the upselling of products and services. It was low pressure and, I guess, almost to be expected these days. It was a minor annoyance though. Glad I chose FH Furr for my heating and cooling.

It went great. They showed up on time. Gave me options with my old water heater and also options for a new water heater.

Joe and Frank arrived on time and confirmed the job(s) to be done. They asked if there were any items I wanted them to take particular attention to for the install. Prior to working, they explained what they planned to do and asked me for any suggestions to improve on their plans. They did very diligent work, was always responsive to any questions I had along the way and was always welcoming whenever I entered their work area. They were very respectful to us and took great care not to do any damage to the house. The install was efficient and went without any problems; it was organized, neat and was done in a very safety-conscious manner. The work area was cleaned up when work was done. They showed me how to operate the new hardware and discussed the paperwork clearly to me. Joe and Frank worked very well as a team. Definitely a very pleasant experience at a price I found to be very reasonable. Would certainly use FH Furr again in the future and would highly recommend to others.

I woke up this morning to a dead hot water heater. F.H. Furr had Jason to the house within the hour and we worked out a price to replace the unit same day. The quality of the work was excellent and we don't have to take cold showers in the morning (smile).

They sent two techs out to look at our issue, the first of which made sure the new system was working. The second tech came out and noticed problems with the design of our duct work. He put in a damper that we had been told could not be installed and made a couple of other adjustments. The problem is completely fixed and FH Furr included these fixes in our installation fee, even though they were problems from when the house was built. We are very happy we chose FH Furr. They have been very professional and responsive and stuck with us to ensure the new system could function the best it is able to for our house.

The F.H Furr team of Percy M. and Seung P were fantastic! They arrived on time, were very courteous, and got busy immediately. Because of the amount of equipment to replace and the custom duct work required, they had to work almost 12 hours to complete it. They were working fast and hard the entire time yet took time to explain what they were doing every step of the way. If you need an AC/Furnace/Water heater, I cannot imaging a better company or team to get the job done. John

F.H. Furr sent Maxwell out to scope out the replacement sizes for an AC and Furnace. He was very informative and educational regarding the work he was doing and why there was a need for a 3.5 ton vs. 3 ton AC was necessary for our home. Excellent guy!

An extremely professional team from the initial proposal to the installation done on time, on schedule, clean and orderly layout, post implementation cleanup. Our HVAC consultant from F.H. Furr Adner Rubi-Flores did an excellent job of planning out the requirements, providing a proposal and explaining how the implementation will proceed. He made drawings and measurements to check for CFM capacity, checked the electrical panels for capacity, looked at existing runs of ducts, wires, pipes etc. He costed out a Lennox system which is a higher end system than the Goodman system we had earlier. The Sales Manager Mike Shields was very courteous and was able to give us a fair price. At all times we went with the Costco partnership that F.H. Furr has, so we are buying really from Costco. The implementation team of Osvin Jimenez and Andy Chirinos were there promptly at 8:30 AM on the day of installation ready to hit the ground running. They prepared the installation prerequisite check - covers for shoes, drop cloths for the walkways, and estimating the best way to get the furnace in, and a large cardboard box to dump the debris that was being generated. They worked steadily through the day and were done at 5:30 PM. They ran through extensive tests and checks, cleaned up after themselves and were systematic in crafting ductwork, pipes, wiring, switches, in a professional and neat way. When they left, the only trace of their presence was a brand new Lennox furnace, quietly running. They also instructed us on the various parts and maintenance items as well as the very attractive iHomeComfort Lennox thermostat that came with the package. The combination of Costco's commitment to product and customer quality coupled with F.H. Furr's professional consultants like Adner and installers like Andy and Osvin make a powerful combination. If value and quality are important, they are not the cheapest folks in town, but will provide a professional solution that makes sense for a 15-20 year investment!

My tech was Osvin and he was very thorough in his work. Extremely polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. I could not have been more satisfied with his work.

FH Furr's electrician ("Lloyd") very quickly diagnosed the issue (a bad electrical plug) and recommended the most cost effective option. I decided to also replace another nearby plug. He went the extra mile and fixed wiring that a non-Furr plumber had left dangling around the garbage disposal unit. Lloyd was extremely amiable, professional, and instructive. I felt as if he really understood our issues. I'd have FH Furr back in a heartbeat and specifically this electrician.

This was part of my service contract annual furnace check up. Chris is a brat technician who is very knowledgeable and very helpful.
