Brandon Lewis was the technician and I cannot say enough good things about him. He evaluated the problem thoroughly and gave us multiple options for repair. The costs were also quoted right up front. Brandon was punctual, efficient and in spite of the snow storm we had, he got the work done on time. I had a medical emergency and he worked around my absence to finish the job.We became preferred customers with F H Furr and it was well worth the fee, which was also substantially less than the former company we used.

A technician was scheduled for the same day and we received a call prior to his arrival to let us know he was coming. When he arrived, the technician went over all the options available to us for replacing the water heater and explained the extra work that was required due to changes in the building code for our county. The company was able to have the new water heater delivered and installed within hours of his arrival at our home. The work was done in a very professional manner and the work area was left clean at the completion of the job. We are very satisfied with all the work that was done, and the technician was very friendly and easy to deal with on all parts of the job. We have used FH Furr in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Leak occurred late Saturday night so I used the online contact form on their website. I was never contacted at all by F.H. Furr. Don't call the man on the back of the truck. He won't bother to answer.

Fantastic! Bob is very knowledgeable in his trade and very thorough with his explanations. I appreciate Bob taking time to explain things to me in simple language (as I'm not handy). He was very friendly and appreciate his recommendations! Cost is based on estimated items needed to be addressed.

Great work, responsiveness, and professionalism. We had our water heater die on us. I called FH Furr after finding them on Angie's list and reading some reviews. They scheduled the work to be done the next morning. Our technician, Kyle, arrived on time and was great from start to finish. He quietly worked to replace the unit, answered all questions, and left the area spotless after completing the work. At the start of the job after receiving the quote, I did ask if there were discounts for Angie's list and he wasn't aware of any, but I found a coupon on the site for water heaters and he honored it. I just had to print it off for him. Overall, I would definitely use FH Furr again and recommend to others.

We had a very large gathering of local and out of town family and close friends for a grandma's surprise birthday party when disaster struck. We contacted F H Furr Plumbing and to the rescue Jimmy B arrived! He explained the problem, began the repair, and was in and out in the blink of time. Lloyd was phenominal! His honesty, feedback direcdted at our needs and not a saleman pitch was perfect. I have two other companies coming this week for estimates but Lloyd made us feel as if we were talking to a family member. I doubt we wil not move froward with Lloyd and F.H. Furr within the next week.

I haven't had the work done yet but Michael B. was was my introduction to FH Furr, and I was so impressed that I decided to purchase my water heater and have them fix my plumbing. During his consultation he was sincere, respectful, and professional. I will follow up to this review regarding my experience once FH Furr Implements my water heater but I have no doubt Michale B. will do an excellent job!

Initial meeting went well and I'll admit I like their general "guarantees", including warranty offerings, but even those are more competitive nowadays. Where FH Furr failed is with unprofessional pricing strategy. Initial pricing started out at $13,500 and then ended up being $9,300 for the same "average, decent, middle of the road" heat pump system. I contracted with a different company offering a comparable product because they priced the job, not what they felt they could extract from the customer.

Patrick did an excellent job with consultation on a new system and bringing the existing remaining system ductwork up to code and performance. The old system was short on return and no return from the basement addition. Chris and I worked through upsizing to a 3 ton ac system with gas furnace. I am a mechanical engineer and it was at my pressuring to upsize to a 3 ton from a 2.5 ton for my home. We decided on a two stage system. Bruce and Chris installed the system with no issues and cleaned up afterwards. They stayed on task and were courteous and professional the entire time. All were prompt and polite (no pressure for anything). The beauty of FH Furr is its a local company with a long reputation and enhanced warranty (system purchased through Costco). There may be lower priced bids, but it would be at the sacrifice of no upcharges on install unknowns and for less than a warranty that covers Parts, Labor and Refrigerant for 10 years. We also considered a Carrier system, but in the end for the warranty etc decided on Lennox. For a whole system and modifications to ductwork, less 15% (special, usually 10%) from Costco rebates it settled in at about $11,000, plus a low percentage rate financing from Costco for 48 months. (Add in consideration for the warranty!) -Purchased through Costco/FH Furr, and I was not compensated for this review.

Jonathan was very helpful and professional. Water heater need to be replaced and work was completed very promptly. Also replaced two toilets and kitchen faucet, all of which were not operating properly. He came back the following day to replace pressure valve.
